Posts: 133Very slow times in San Jose
Spent a few days there recently. I thought end of Covid restrictions might have made things much better but instead found that they have become much worse. There are hardly any beautiful looking girls anywhere in Taor, HDR, Castillo abd Sportsmen. Monicas is still OK but others have hardly any girls during the day and in the evenings while the numbers increase a bit, quality is completely missing. On top of that, everything is over priced, girls want cien for few minutes work, hotels in gringo gulch are old and basic but are asking for US hotel prices. It is just ridiculous.
I have ever seen the scene to be so pathetic. No wonder everyone has abandoned CR and moved off to Colombia.

Posts: 20First time in Costa Rica
I am traveling to Costa Rica along with some family friends. We are going to stay in La fortuna area and on the beaches west. I will have some time to sneak out. Wondering if facebook is even an option or seeking? If there are any utr girls you recommend I am more than happy to book her travel and tag along with me. Just looking for means other than the typical hotel / bar scene. Any guidance is appreciated.
Thanks!

And no, you do not need to stay there to connect with a chica there. You can take them to your hotel, or to a short term room somewhere. There are no short term rooms at the Del Rey. The chicas know what is available for short term.

Sup guys I'm headed to San Jose in 3 weeks. Just had a general question about Del Ray Hotel. Do you have to be staying in the hotel to date one of the ladies? Any guidance is appreciated.

I am planning a return trip to San Jose. My trip last year was somehow a success. I would normally head for Colombia where I always got great experiences. With the Covid situation there in the area where I frequented in BOG, I think San Jose is an easier choice. Can't afford to get infected and stocked in a foreign country even with 3 vaccine shots.
On my last trip, I brought up 2 girls from the hotel bar on 2 different nights, one did provide very good service but didn't want to complete the time agreed. The other is simply a disaster. Both were beautiful and young 8's in my book. I think hotel bars are still where you will find young candidates, and you can see what you are buying. Only it will take some efforts to weed out the bad apples.
Last time I also used cr. skokka.com with very good result. I will pursuit this venue again. I am in the process of selecting chicas I will visit. Knowing how they operate now, I am expecting even better result this time.
I went to both Golden and Oasis pensions last time. I only saw one doable chica out of the 2 establishments. With the intention to dine at Machu Pichu across the street, I will swing by Oasis this time just to see if the doable chica is still there. She was an 8. 5 actually, but I didn't get a chance to go with her. I know there are many pensions in the City, but I don't know others. If you guys want to share info of the other good ones, I will investigate and report back.

Posts: 98The lack of a guest fee at the Taormina is more the inattention of the desk clerk and less the number of booked guests. I've booked two guests before and still had to pay the guest fee, after the first guest. I'm glad others had better luck, but it's a YMMV situation.
