You see, this part of KL where Beach Club is, is called The "Golden" Triangle. As the name suggests, the hotel rate is quite "golden" too. 100-150 is really stretching it a bit as most hotels here are priced at 150 and upward.

If you can find hotels no 19 (Concord) and no 23 (Equatorial), Beach Club is right in between this 2 hotels.

One solution is to stay at Bukit Bintang area: It is just 5 minutes of taxi ride away from Beach Club under good traffic, has loads of health centres ( are basically massage parlour with working ladies, you get the drift), transportation is extremely convenient, food is at every corner (you can't just bonk and not eat man!!)

At Bukit Bintang, you can try Cardogan Hotel (no 33), Imperial (no 30) and Agora Hotel (no 47). These 3 should be in your budget range. They are GF. There is even a famous HC at 1st floor of Imperial. You should try Federal and Capitol Hotel too. Call and see what's their rate.

Otherwise, stay at the west side of the city, ie near Chow Kit area (infamous RLD with SW - exercise caution! - and a night bazaar). Try Plaza and Continental (no 8, 9), as they should be within your budget range. Both are also 5 minute taxi away from Beach Club.

To get to these hotels you can either use the airport limo taxi (perhaps RM85) or you can take the ERL express train at the airport (cost RM37) go to KL Sentral Station (see map in link above) in 30 minutes, then you have the choice of taking a taxi from there, take the KL Monorail, the LRT system, or if you can do it, take the RM2 bus.
