Not unless you're using a helicopter and your idea of close is far. It would be murderous from the Sheraton to these places in a traffic jam and even with very light traffic, it would take a at least 20 - 30 minutes. No direct access by LRT (light rail transit) either. There are nearer offerings to the Sheraton one or two stops away by LRT (monorail) eg: Concorde, Life Centre, Genesis Spa, Beach/Thai Club. Another stop will put you within reach of Green Elephant, Federal, Sky River, Imperial and much more. Good luck!
