I dont really know how the OKT slang came about but it is in the Hokkien dialect.

OKT = Or Kui Tao

Or Kui = Turtle
Tao = Head

OKT = Turtle Head

Anybody can enlighted me on the similarities of a Turtle Head and a Pimp. Really have me scratching me head if i really ponder over it.
