Uber prices in Mexico have started fluctuating to 3 x 4 x the price. So Christmas eve no ubers were working I guess so price is high for me. But it could simply be 5 pm to 9 pm on any day. Or going home Fri. Sat night at midnight. I found that taxi bus at 9 pm, it had stopped right in front of that oxxo or 711 across the street from McDonald's. 15 pesos, and you need to know when to get off as it doesn't pull up to the border. So there's some walking. HK being closed causes extra $$ drain from losing the $3 tip limo option, to no free drink with VIP card.
