Phor, I have been looking at the CL ads and never called because I don't know if the pictures are fake. You probably have the most experience with these ads. What percentage of the girls you called weren't what the picture showed. What percentage were bad experiences. Some of the girls are really good looking if the pictures are accurate.

Most of the ads I've answered didn't have photos initially due to their nature. In other words, they're not full-time hookers so they want to be a bit more discrete. The pix that came along after the first contact were generally pretty accurate.

Of the "regular" hookers, only one used pix that were completely phony. It would have been grounds to blow the whole thing off when she showed up, but she was very sweet and things worked out well. The others were fairly accurate. The pix were often a couple years old, but the girl still looked similar.

The experiences have been mostly positive. Only one didn't show up as agreed. One was really fun, but was a hard-core clock watcher. What I mean is that she was in no hurry until it was time to leave, then she'd want more money for any time overages. It's OK up to a point, but a little of that goes a long way. Other than that, all have been positive experiences.

I would just do it. If they show up and don't resemble their pic, I. E. Much fatter than the pic, etc, you can send her packing. Lots more to choose from.

Sat (6/28). Flew into San Diego on SW. Arrived at 8:30 am. Went straight to the enterprise shuttle and then picked up a rental ($25).9:25 am and I'm off to the zona. I get 2 tacos and a soda. ($3. 60). Damm those tacos are good. It's around 11am and I'm entering HK. I immediately feel a mesero hovering over me. I go straight to the bathroom and he is still waiting for me when I leave. I go straight the bar and order a beer. He leaves after that. I sit down and enjoy the show. About 2 beers and 2 shots into it the bath show begins so I hang out in the back. There's a guy that's has soap all over his face. Next thing I know my hand has soap all over it from fingering the girl. ($1). HK had the best girls in Tijuana. More and more girls show up and the talent starts to get better and better. This tall chica with a Mexico soccer black slutty outfit comes by and sits on my lap. I take her to the booth upstairs for a lap dance. I like the way she moves and she says in Spanish she wants to fuck. So how much? She says $80 I say $60 she says $70. I say $60 she said I'm mean. I say $60. She says Ok but you are mean. I plan on heading back to la linea at 4pm. Time is running out and this fine piece is still with this guy. So I decide to leave and check ou the SG's. I see one that I like. (check out the SG section for my post on her). I take Angie upstairs we do out thing. It's like 4:00 pm now so I grab 1 more taco. And catch a cab to the linea. 1 hr wait. If I knew it was going to be 1he wait I would have stayed longer. My flight wasnt till 8:30 pm. I leave the Ueta at 5:45pm. I turn in my car and take the Shuttle to the airport. I arrive at 6:30. I check my flight status. Delayed. I start to think that I could have stayed longer and maybe gotten a 3rd pop. I arrive at sfo at 10:30 and in bed by 11:15. I sleep like a baby.

One thing I did notice while I was eating a tacos was a white guy wearing black pants and black shirt with gray hair saying hello to all the SG as he passed them by. He was giving hugs and everything. I just thought to myself there's a regular. I hadn't seen that happen yet. He knew everyone on the street. LOL.

Actually, I started doing this to save some money. These are all "friends with benefits" semi-pro chicas and not really LTR material.

I was dropping around $300 whenever I visited the zona, and then heading home when the funds were played out. Drinks, fichas, food, a couple of arribas, etc. I know some guys spend a LOT more than that.

Now, for the same money, or often less, I can get a decent room at a hotel, hang out all night with a personable chica, eat well, drink far too much, and experience parts of Tijuana that one would never see if one stays in the zona. What's not to like?

Another thing I learned this trip: she has a rather good job with a major corporation, in their customer service department. Much better than anything a zona chica could get, as she's bilingual Spanish / English and very fluent in both. It pays about $200 pesos per DAY, for a 6-day work week. $1, 000 pesos for a night out and a good time represents almost 1 week's salary. A good deal for her, and far less than most guys pay for a couple of arribas in HK or AB.

I fought the gawd-awful Friday traffic and assorted wrecks on the 5 for 3+ hours, finally parking at the UETA lot. I picked up a Libre, checked into the Ticuan and called up my next Craigslist date.

She finally showed up and we got to know one another over some snacks and beers. Then upstairs to further get acquainted and plan our evening. I learned a lot about what it's like to come to the USA as a very small child, illegally, and to be deported 35 years later. Talk about a Born In East L. A. Story. Wow. Got to hand it to her. She's tough.

We headed out to Bar 20, which is a really great place, with really interesting cocktails. The downside was as it began to get busier around 11 the music changed to a mish-mash of techno trance crap. Killed the whole vibe, IMHO. It cooled down outside, but the inside was even colder with the A / C. She wanted to leave. I suggested we go to a place we noted while in the taxi.

She remembered the approximate location and. 20 pesos later, the cabbie dropped us in front of Sinatra's Piano Bar. Cool.

Nice joint, specializes in martinis and other cocktails. Large piano in one corner, lots of low seats and tables, tuxedoed wait staff. We hooked up with a great waiter (also a deportee from San Diego) named Carlos. If you go, ask for him and tip him well. He understands the meaning of good service.

This evening they had two female singers. One belted out all sorts of classic Spanish love songs, which my date loved and sang along to most. The other singer did mostly English-language standards. She sang her version of Whitney Houston's I Will Always Love You, and nailed it. All in all, the music was very good, and a nice change of pace from the raucous bars of calle sexta.

Around 2:30-ish. 8 martinis, a cheese plate and 1, 045 pesos later, it was time to push on. BTW. Sinatra's is located immediately adjacent to Abe Lincoln's left hand. You can't miss it. Highly recommended for a nice change of scenery. Not cheap, but reasonable prices for high-quality top shelf cocktails.

We grabbed a cab and 70 pesos later (apparently there was a gringo tax) we were standing on 6th street. Popped into Mezcalera and had a shot of mint-flavored mescal. Take my advice and don't try that at home. Or anywhere else. Nasty.

They were closing, so it was off to Sabor Latino for a quick beer and a couple of dances. By now, honey-bunny was pretty smashed.

We headed back to the hotel. A hot dog cart was calling our name. Mmmmm. Nothing like a Mexican bacon hot dog with the works, and a grilled jalapeno, when you're shit-faced.

On the way past she decided we needed to go into Las Pulgas. Luckily I persuaded her that we really needed to get back to the hotel before we both passed out. This was around 4-ish, IIRC.

We made it up to the room, cleaned up a bit, hit the hay and, despite the alcohol, managed to get through some pretty good boinking. She's very vocal, which is kinda cool.

Woke up all too early with the dipshit cleaning staff making all kinds of unwanted noise in the hall. Honey-bunny worked her magic and did something few other chicas can, which is to wake up Junior for a morning romp. He's not a morning person, and never has been. Cool!

We hit up Praga for some coffee and then Caesar's for a couple of their signature salads. Then had a stroll, slipped her 1, 000 pesos and grabbed a cab to the border.

Holy shit the traffic was bad. Even the SENTRI car line looked to be over 1/2 hour wait. The regular line looked to be 3+ hours.

Despite extremely shitty traffic heading north, I made it home in one piece. A very memorable weekend. Can't wait to go back.

No, I did the same thing this weekend. It's $7 on Friday, so if you park on Friday it's $7 for each 24 hour period. If you park on Saturday it's $10 for each 24 hour period.
