Anyone who thinks it's a good idea to go to a hospital in America either has health coverage that's costing them $5000 a year or they don't understand anything about hospitals or doctors. The United States is the worst place to go to the doctor, it is also the worst place to buy medicine. 70% of the world does not need healthcare because the cost of going to the doctor is always less than US $100 and you can buy medicine in most countries for just a few dollars.

You might be able to convince somebody in this forum that the US healthcare system is good, but for intelligent people like myself we know better! Medical tourism exists because of countries like America who completely exploit those in need!

Although, you also believe that the US government doesn't overpay on its military contracts even though in 1999 the total budget for the military was less than 300 million and currently it is triple that at 900 billion. In the last 20 years who here has seen prices or salaries go up 300%?.

Even scarier is what Kissinger said at The Who Feb 25 2009 "Once the herd accepts vaccinations, it's game over. They will accept anything-forcible blood or organ donation- "for the greater good". We can genetically modify children and sterilize them-"for the greater good" control sheep minds and you control the herd. Vaccine makers stand to make billions. It's a big win win. We thin out the herd and the herd pays us for extermination services".

Maybe more tequila will fix it.

Funny you should ask about the adventure with the girls. Myself and other female friends who are "Mexico" friendly crossed about 11 am. One of the girls has not been to Tijuana so we visited several places before a late lunch at the infamous Casear's restaurant.

After we eat it was probably 3:30 pm. We walked down to Plaza Cecelia so my buddy could see it which always has some action going on. Mind you I don't want these ladies down in Tijuana after dark. So they decided to go back but I never offered HK. At it just didn't feel like the right moment for that crazy shit!

If it was just myself and one of the gals I would have offered to have a drink / bite at Azuls. That place overlooking the alley is quite amazing with all the shit going on, especially if you have never been. And maybe. A peek into HK depending on how she handles Azuls.

Anyway. On another adventure I may expose her to that stuff as there are many adventures in the Tijuana land!!

US is a terrible place to get sick, so many Americans have to choose between insulin or a meal is sad. If you have money, it's great, get the best care from top doctors etc. Our government gives away our tax dollars to fund pharma R&Don new drugs, then the pharma sells it to us at a much higher price than they do in other countries. We are pretty much subsidizing medicine for the rest of the world.

Europe has a way better healthcare system than we do in the states.

What would happen when you get sick? Colombia looks like a very poor country, with very poor public services. Do you know enough about their healthcare system, health insurance and the quality of care they can deliver there? Arg. I should have checked the forum when I was over there. I was there for a while and thought I would recognize you as I roamed around. (lot of Asian guys in the club! Haha. Will PM you my number for a future Norte adventure.

The bar near PV's cruise pier apparently has been shutdown. They used to do $60-100 sessions for cruise passengers. A few years ago a Gringo had money dispute with a puta, was chased down and shot to death by her BF with a Colt. 45 outside that bar.

About 500 yards in that road there was a walled-in Zona Tolerencia with 5 bars surrounding a dirt parking lot. There were a couple hot young girls working even in the day time, about $60ST sessions. They take you behind the bars to their rooms. Everything was hot and spicy authentic Mexican. Not sure if that zona is still working.

Just got back from 3 weeks in Colombia, Panama, Mexico City, went to HK Wednesday night 7 PM, sat in the middle of the club drinking, watching the strip show, flirting with girls, had around me over 200 sweet, smiling, healthy young girls, lots of new ones, pretty faces, beautiful bodies, beauty-pageant contestant quality, smiling, talking, flirting, seducing, trying to get me to the hotel. There were a lot fewer guys, ratio was about 3 to 1 girls to guys.

Just got back from Guadalajara and Puerto Vallarta and while this is a Tijuana forum I want to mention the prices.

Street hooker near downtown Guadalajara was $70 fully nude for 45 minutes with a couple positions. There is a little Zone of Tolerance street near downtown where the girls hang out. The peradita's body was gorgeous but she would not let me take any pictures even when I offered to pay her a huge tip extra. Had a similar situation from a cute 30's spinner afternoon massage parlor. I could bet she did mostly hand jobs as there was concern and convo's with the older co worker as I requested the Bang.
