I was with this chica a couple of weeks ago. She asked to see my phone while I was groping her. In about 5 seconds, she turned on my hotspot, changed my password to something she can use and gave it back to me. I don't know if she was interested in just piggy backing my phone for free WIFI or pulling shit out. I got paranoid, booted her ass, reconfigured my hotspot, and locked down my phone.

For the average monger, I am unsure if how vulnerable he can be.

Actually if Rikky actually does make it to "San Antone" the best most convenient monger destination for him would be Monterrey. Monterrey is an awesome monger destination, one reason is the chicas there aren't as much in hustle mode and are much more appreciative of what a gringo has to offer, being that very few gringos make it down to Monterrey. Plus Monterrey is a big modern, cosmopolitan city with plenty of fun interesting things to do.

You know I like going native and slumming it with the locals (eg Rio Verde), so the first place I'd hit up when I make it to Monterrey would be Matehuala.

The santa muerte thing all that means is that the person is into some bad illegal shit. People who display the santa muerte as a tattoo, or t-shirt, or decals on their car it's just their way of saying "I'm a badass, I'm willing to do some dirty grimey shit". So needless to say, stay completely away from people like that. Unless you're the type who likes to "dance with the devil", danger thrillseeking type.

And if you're moving to San Antonio I hope you don't find yourself being tempted to start frequenting the zonas of Nuevo Laredo and Reynosa as they're just as bad or probably much worse than Tijuana. Trust me I know those places very well. I was a regular customer at Lipstick in Reynosa, I could tell you some stories. If you think Tijuana is full of violent criminals and crooked cops, Reynosa and Nuevo Laredo are even worse.

I'd recommend getting further away from the border if you can. San Antonio is only a quick 3 hour road trip to the border, whereas Dallas or Houston are great cities but much further from the border. Or even Austin which is my favorite city in Texas.

I know what you mean about Nuevo Laredo as I previously lived in San Antonio and frequented the zona many times. A long time ago, there were policemen at the entrance checking everybody coming in and out toting maching guns. The policemen are now all gone with only the Sedena (soldiers) patrolling. The soldiers often get into gun battles with the cartel. During my last visit to the bars there, one of the waiters drove me back to my hotel at sunrise. As we approached the first stoplight I saw what appeared to be about 12 soldiers, all toting AR15's, AK47's, etc. I said to my driver, oh, the soldiers are out. He replied, no, those are the narcos. Thery were basically stopping and robbing everybody. Luckily, they knew my driver and waved us through. This scared the Hell out of me. Nuevo Laredo is a seriously dangerous hellhole. On our way to the zona one evening, we passed 2 or 3 trucks that had a dude on top manning a 50 calibre with the cartel name on the side of the truck. Once inside the zone, my buddy and I stepped out of a bar right in front of one of these trucks (who was driving around and around the compound). I quickly ushered both of us back into the bar. Truly amazing to see this going on unstopped. Right then and there you beging to understand how Mexico is a failed state with the cartels controlling it. Some scary crap. So, I will probably hang out over in Ciudad Acuna. Much mellower. There is a bar, Hunter's Club there and a few other bars. Never went to Reynosa but heard the corruption stories similar to Nuevo Laredo.

This is Rickymichaels7 signing off. I am moving to San Antonio on September 1. You know it is time to make a change when you are at the point of hating to set foot in the bars in La Coahuila. I have had enough. Enough of the hustling, the pushy waiters, the greedy putas. Basically the whole scene. Have been going since 1999. It used to be a hell of a lot funnier back then. Now it is just a bunch of greedy bar owners, waiters and putas who will manipulate you out of every dime you have. Hung out with a girl from Adelitas this past Friday. She was a stunner and said she wanted me to take her to the Rosarito beach fest on Saturday. She texted me and I told her where to meet me and she told me that she charges 500.00 per day. That did it for me. I'm done.

Lessons learned: I have had 4 long term relationships with women from the bars since 1999. One from Adelitas, one from Hong Kong, one from Tropical and one from Chicago. Three of the four were very nice women. They were looking for a way to get out of working in the bars and I gave them that opportunity. All loyal as Hell. Problem is that none of them could ever find a job making more than 80.00 a week. Therefore, I ended up forking over money for their rent, clothes, food, kids school, money for their sick parents and themselves. And the list goes on and on. And there was always something that came along where money was required. Always. So lesson learned is yes, you can have a nice relationship with a puta from the bars but be prepared to fork over cash for the rest of your life. In my case, I simply got tired of this. So unless you have copious amounts of money to give them. Don't do it..

Poor Yamilet. Think of the steak knife incidents as a Mexican hickey. At least you know she loved you once because was jealous. Texas has a lot of hot Latina chicas. A lot. Especially the nearer you get to the border. On the other hand, it's a pain in the ass to get anywhere because they are so spread out. Forget about walking anywhere. Yeah, taking care of a Mexican woman is kind of expensive. On the other hand, they don't ask for much like a fucking Gucci this or Guicci that along with a new BMW every other year. It's just a problem when you got to decide to help out her family or not, like her sick mom, or her brother in rehab, and the list goes on. It's not as easy to say no to someone's life than "fuck no" to another Gucci bag.

Personally I think you'll last 2 years before you come back. So think of your trip as an extended vacation.

Exactly! Just returned from a night with a regular and she had a Santa Muerte figurine in her apartment, but she is the most I feel at home with, but she is just a bar girl I spend time with and nothing else. Being with her is like going into a time warp. I only wanted to spend a certain amount of time with her as I have to work today and before I knew it hours flew by. I don't promise anything, just money at end of session.
