It absolutely is true. I've made several posts exclaiming how amazing having the Global Entry card is and just gliding past the enormous line getting back across the border on foot. Usually, I've been staying overnight in a hotel and will leave before noon, generally staying over on Saturday night and coming back on Sunday morning to the US side. The line from about 9 am - 12 noon is exceptionally long in the regular line. Being able to bypass it with the Global Entry card is incredible. What probably might be a three hour wait, takes three minutes.

Made some errors getting out the airport, cost me quite a bit of time. Then when I got there, hotels were full, no rooms left in Coahuila, and the last single at Rizo the'Ora went as I was asking at the counter. So I went to Riviera, that I'd been meaning to try sometime. $30 for a decent room, just wasn't the right night to try this one as there were vastly fewer street girls out in the pouring relentless rain than usual and it's tough to take girls from clubs there.

When returning to air, land, sea entry in the US, Global Entry bearers have to have the card in their possession.

When you stand in front of a GE machine at airport, it reads RFID from the card in your wallet, take pictures of your face and use facial recognition to verify your ID and makes a GO or NO GO decision within 15 seconds. Compared that to 30-45 minutes wait inline with 450 passengers without GE returning in a B777.

Crossing back in cars with GE in San Ysidro, you have to wave the card at the RF reader. It pulls up your ID for the CBP agent. Cameras also take pictures of the front and rear of the car, read the license plates,. High selectivity and directional audio mikes record any sound and conversation in the car.

One time I drove back in an unregistered car, identical in model and paint color with a registered one, only with different license plates, hoping the agent did not notice. When the car arrived at the booth, the CBP agent immediately told me this car was not registered, but let me go through.

Another time while waiting in line at the RF pole with all kinds of cameras and mikes hanging on it, I remarked to my wingman the blonde CBP woman was very attractive. Looked like our conversation was recorded in the agent's computer. She snarled at me not to fool around with federal officers. Man, she was very sexy as an authority figure hehe.

For the last 10 years, I drive back in SENTRI lane almost every weekend, discharge non GE wingmen near the gate to cross over on foot and drive across in 1 to 5 minutes. After 10 PM the pedestrian line is usually very short. The non GE wingmen usually walk across in 5 to 10 minutes and meet with me near the Jack in Box. CBP records all border crossing data but my crossing data must way too big for any federal computer to store. This is the most efficient way to visit La Zona with wingmen. Without wasting 2 hours walking and cabbing across the border, we have 8 to 10 hours to spend in La Zona with hot girls every trip, so have no need to stay over night in Tijuana and waste the next day.

Just be careful that CBP agents may arrest drunk drivers and call in CHP to do DUI tests in the Secondary Inspection tent. I have seen a guy driving a Toyota pickup truck in front of me, got arrested by CBP. He was shouldered by 2 agents and could hardly walk on his feet.

There is this tall really beautiful woman who frequents the supermarket I go to. She is most likely the hottest woman I have seen in years. I hope it's true, because the lines to return to the you. S from Mexico can get quite long. But the interview took place in Atlanta, so I'd like to corroborate this.

Is it true? Can a USA Citizen use the Global Entry card to go through the Sentri line at Ped East and Ped West?

There's nothing tricky about Ticuan. I've stayed there dozens of times. It's literally monger central outside the Zona. I have no doubt many of us have walked past each other in the lobby, on the floors and getting on and off the elevators. I see escorts all the time entering and exiting the lobby. I have rapport with the door guys and will joke with them if there's been a lot of good looking putas that day / night which always gets them rolling. Everyone knows the score at Ticuan and now you do too.

Yup, and I've seen a lot of mongers, probably from the US side who speak perfect English in the lobby or roaming the halls. Haven't seen a lot of escorts, but I've definitely wondered if some attractive women with guys are. They probably are! I'm not sure why Ticuan would ever be viewed as difficult in the least. GE has replaced SENTRI for US Citizens. SENTRI is now primarily for Mexican nationals, or US citizens who can't qualify for GE. Your GE card is used in the pedestrian SENTRI lanes, as well as the vehicle lanes IF you have already registered your car and received approval to cross in it.

Yes. You can. But unlike air border you need to bring the physical card. And if you drive you need to pre-register your car on the global entry site. It's fast and painless.

And it's a game changer.

Yeah you can use GE for Sentri lanes. How long did it take to get your response? I'm currently waiting for mine.

Ticuan makes them register and the architecture of the lobby makes it tricky. I tend to use grand and Pueblo and ibis more because the layouts make them easier to just walk right to elevators. Whereas ticuan elevators are right next to front desk.
