    Money Changers & ATMs

I've done a bit of comparing the rates at different moneychangers, and one of the best can usually be had at the one on the south side of Coahuila, just east of Constitution.

That's if I'm driving. If I'm walking, the changers right next to Ped East, on the USA side, are usually better. But not so much so that it's worth getting off the freeway if I'm driving in. (I haven't figured out how to get to Ped East when I'm driving down the I-5.).

Beware of ATMs. They try to trap you into an unfavorable exchange rate. Some allow you to reject their first offer, and take the rate offered by your debit card company, and some don't.

ST room at Rizo is $22, no drinks included. The line is usually not busy.

If you rent the room as you go, a 30-min ST session with HK girl will cost $30, including a beer each for you and the chica. A ST session with street girls will cost $7 for allegedly 20 minutes. If the hotel is not busy, room attendants don't strictly enforce the time limits.

If you rent a room at Cascadas hotel and you do not have VIP card, you can bring a chica from Hong Kong club for free many times and there is no fee. However, if you do not have a room in Cascadas hotel, the fee for renting a room for 30 minutes with chica is $ 30 (you get a free drink). I like the VIP card only because on Monday and Tuesday there is a 70% discount on rooms. With VIP card, the fee is $ 21 (full price $ 75) for a deluxe single room or $ 27 (full price $ 90) for a deluxe double room. With VIP card, is there also a discount of 10% or 20%? At the Azul restaurant on the first floor and free rides to the border. I think a good idea in this forum is the section of Hotels, motels in Tijuana but also maybe in Rosarito, Ensenada and Valle de Guadeloupe.

Another plus is you can take to your room, a chica from Hong Kong club for free (normal charge for a room for 30 minutes for non-hotel guests is $ 30) and also no one bangs on your door to end the sessions. If you want to visit other parts of Tijuana, a taxi will always be waiting outside or a 15-minute walk to Avenida Revolucion.

    Masturbate Baby

With a girl last weekend from HK and while she wasn't a spinner I did really love fucking her. It seemed so rare when a girl masturbates while you're fucking her to help herself get off a bit. I just didn't figure they would actually enjoy getting screwed by a guy over 55 years old and 200 LB+. Makes giving over the $100 smackers a little easier. I am getting better a negotiating. I negotiated a photo of her before agreeing to the price and going up stairs. I also insisted my lube and rubber which I have had issues with other girls at times.

May head to HK Friday for a couple hours if anyone going to be down there msg me.

    Ukraine to US via Tijuana

Ukrainians are fleeing to Eastern European countries, fly to Spain then Mexico City and Tijuana without needing visas. Some look pretty hot, Hong Kong materials.

Your disgust with America for not embracing Latinos and people from Africa moving here is due to not being aware of the facts. Maybe you weren't around 25 years ago. But most neighborhoods changed. That means a lot people are here. Ukrainians will also be illegally here someday when the war is over and they don't leave USA. Anyone who says USA doesn't let Latinos into USA easily has no idea how the process works. Almost everyone gets let into the USA if apprehended 1 inch over the wall. Just buy a rope or ladder. Many take surfboards boogie boards around the wall in ocean in Tijuana. Once here, they get drivers licenses, are allowed to work with borrowed social security cards. Its not a race thing. Only people with a legit gripe are the Mexicans as often they are told to wait in Mexico for asylum court. And maybe the Haitians. But all my Tijuana friends moved to USA eventually in the last 2 years. The only reason all of Ethiopia for example hasn't moved here is they haven't gotten the cash to fly to Tijuana. 8 k.

But they are white (European) that makes it OK.

African genocides did not result in refugee intake in USA. They are not white.

Outside of racism it is also the cold car effect. Since USA helped start the war Russia / Ukraine war through NATO expansion USA feels an obligation to take them in (similar to accepting Vietnamese refugees).

Life is unfair and these are just examples.

We should appreciate that overall we are the winners in the lottery of life.

    StRobert,

True Ukrainians are running away from being robbed, raped, murdered by Russian troops. They are running away from real threats to their lives by Russian troops, not economically driven and some lame excuses like LBGT and trans being bullied by local gangs.

Most likely they have immigrated to Eastern European countries like Poland, Czech, Hungary and Romania, then flew into Mexico without needing visas. Last Sunday a line of a couple hundred people, looking like Ukrainians, were waiting near Ped east's taxi stand to be processed.

With a refugee visa and 1 year parole, they will be eligible for naturalization if they don't do crimes. The executive branch would have to have special approval from congress to issue these refugee visas. Congress also owns the law that mandate CBP to release thousands of asylum seekers into the US with or without court appointments.

All the while, millions of Mexicans who have been next door to San Diego for years don't get any of these opportunities to cross over and start a new life in America. Am I the only one who finds this obviously unfair to our more long-term Mexican neighbors? Tons of HK girls would love to come to San Diego, but a refugee from Ukraine trying to backdoor into America and live off our tax money gets treated better.
Well on one hand, it's not really unfair because we have taken a whole lot of Mexicans in for the last 100 years. And not so many Ukrainians. Also, there is sort of an open war where Russian coward cocksuckers are shooting Ukrainian civilians and using mass graves. Fucking typical Russians. Also, we are getting the better lot of the Ukrainians that has the money to fly on their own dime on airlines to Mexico. The poor Ukrainians had to walk on foot to Poland while getting shelled so the poor one are going to Europe and we are getting the richer ones with better education, whereas Mexicans that want to come here tend to be dirt poor since the richer ones are richer than us.

On the other hand, Mexican tits and ass are the best. So I would agree with you that it is unfair to Mexicans, especially the chicas.

There's really only hk hotel cascadas, or tropicals across street which rooms are same as hk hotel. Otherwise Nelson hotel in front of the arch on revolucion or Ceasars hotel on revolucion. Once you choose a hotel besides hk hotel you put yourself on the street as a potential victim so that's what you have to be aware of. You don't want to walk from hk to revolucion at 1 am if your going to hesitate giving your wallet and phone up.

In mexico and central america they are poor because of corrupt politicians and the money going to the cartels instead of to the people.
My reason for being anti immigration is I don't own a home. Prices have sky rocketed, rents have more than doubled on the last apartment I rented. When I moved out years ago rent was going up 700 a month. It may be triple. I may not even return to Tijuana because their hotel prices have increased 50% in 5 years for their hotels I use 60 nights a year. The borders opening to everyone in may and Tijuana will see packed airlines from cdmx as everyone flys into Tijuana. I don't think any Mexican working girls are interested in the use. It is not that hard to get in. Maybe a deported who was already caught trying to return? But otherwise anyone not already in USA probably doesn't want to be. My job is also one that continually sees pay cut due to immigrants willing to work for less. I made 3 times money 20 years ago. But yeah, these Ukrainians, they bail on their country. Make it easy for Russia to occupy and take over when everyone goes to live in Miami and nyc. They fly out of Europe to go to Mexico city to Tijuana. They could stay in Europe. But the best part is the Russians. Always loyal to Putin, yet they move to USA too claiming asylum. If Putin's generals turn on him Putin will be in Tijuana looking for asylum to live in Miami or Brooklyn himself.
