Yes, clubs are loud and packed later at night. I find earlier in the day they are not as loud or packed so a bit more comfortable. Best time is say 4:30 - 7:30 pm. It's getting busier so many girls, but not packed yet but has a great vibe.

Tijuana History Museum (it's better than the big glob museum IMO). It's 3 blocks from Hong Kong and has great images from Tijuana history.

Bring earplugs if you stay at Cascadas. Ask for a room away from the stairs where the noise travels up and down the stairwell.

I would like to try a soapy bath house sometime. I have not done that.

Going to a Toro's baseball game on a Friday or Saturday night is an "experience" they tell me. I need to do that.

I did research and a web site for a Tijuana tour company a couple years ago so spent a few trips researching possible interesting Tijuana locations for tours.

You already did all the main intriguing things. In fact 90% guys don't do more than HK and maybe a walk on revolucion. It's not worth the trip unless the Mexican culture itself intrigues you, for you anyway since you didn't get satisfied with the sex and HK scene. If your already bored of Mexico or need to find extra things in Tijuana to make it worth while then it's probably best to stay home. I read that Asian massage parlor busts are down like 98% and they are opening more and more due to decriminalization in NYC. There is other options. Personally I like hanging out in all the bars on revolucion so for me the trip would be worth it.

Argentinian girls are pretty but the commercial scenes, clubs, cafes and streets had been cracked down and decimated. Casas have girls but they are older, chunkier, serious and clinical, not fun, flirty, sexy. Escorts sites list lots of fake pics. The women who show are usually older and thicker than I like. I went through the government website, it was not an expedite fee. It is good for 180 days, the $30 ones are supposed to be only good for 1 trip, read yours. But a lot of Mexican immigration let you get away with 180 days.
