Can the holder of a VIP card make Cascada hotel bookings for another person at the discount rate? Or only for the card holder?

I don't think so, if I remember correctly, you get the discount when you check in, not when you book.

I lost a 60 dollar Droid phone in playboy club once. I asked staff if anyone saw it. No good. When I returned in hour the girl I bought drinks from had it and wanted me to pay for it LOL. My top offer was 5 backs when she saw me leaving without it she gave it to me for 5 bucks. If it was a new I phone of course she would of kept it.

One time I gave my phone to a chica I was having a drink with because she was so fucking impressed with my iphone she's never held one before. In about 5 seconds, she turned on my hotspot, changed my password and piggbacked my data. I didn't even figured it out until the next day.

Any discounts that come with the VIP don't come in to play until you check-in in person. The Cascadas website is only to reserve a room but there's no monetary transaction that takes place; that's done in person.

No not really. The rule would be no. That's assuming your not gona be there. A work around would be to rent 2 bed room and check in with him. Another approach is to give him the card, let him make the reservation, pay cash. I don't remember ever giving me passport to do the hotel. But to do the vip card he wanted identification 5 month ago. He can always claim his passport is in his friendsnhousenso he doesn't lose it again from drinking too much.

For the bros that have a local national, then Unefon (AT&T) gets you unlimited data for 20-25 days for 200 peso. My Telcel recharges cost 500 peso and somehow my phone burned through the data limit in under a few days. I am almost convinced Telcel was just ripping me off or something on my cell phone was constantly going through data in the background.

Yes very easy to do. Go to the main TelCel office in Plaza Rio and purchase a phone plus sim card there.

I made the rounds last night around 8:30 - 9:00. Chicago, Adelitas, and Tropical all had about three girls for every guy, many of whom were quite attractive.

By the time I got to Hong Kong, it was around 9:30. The gender ratio was about two guys for every gal, and while it was busy, it was not too busy to find a seat at any of the stages.

Kidding aside, I've never heard of any requirement beyond the length of your trip, and Google agrees.

Google is wrong. A great many countries require that your passport have at least six months validity before you're allowed in. I had to get special permission from Thailand one, years ago, when my passport was expiring less than six months before my trip. Mexico requires that the passport be valid for the length of your stay. That being said, I doubt OP will have any problems that a $20 bill won't fix.

Mexico doesn't check but countries like Costa Rica won't let you in and the airlines won't let you on. Technically you are getting a six month Visa so that is the reason. Bigger PITA is Brazil. I had to actually send my passport to their embassy in Texas so they could approve my travel. It's payback for USA doing similar stuff. Reciprocity. Did have one Mx border dude tell me my Global Entry card was not a passport to get in, only to get out. Had a stare out for a few then he let me pass. If he had denied I would have walked over to Ped West and caught the bus in. Have had to do that a few times for friends forgetting their passports. Coming out was not a hassle as the CBP is better than the DMV at not being jerks.
