I know exactly the bus you are talking about. I've used it once, a few years ago. If memory serves me, it is 6 or 7 dollars. Was it worth it? Not in my opinion. I can't confirm it still works like this but my experience: you pay your fee then wait for the next bus. I remember waiting about 15 minutes. Then you get on the bus and they do drive you about half a mile and it does drop you off at the front of the line. When I did it, basically it formed its own line. At the time, there was still a general lane, ready lane and then this 3rd bus line. When it was time to let people in, CBP would alternate between the three lines.

Did it save me time? Not much, if any. But the man (gringo) that told me about it swears by it. I never did take it again. You pick it up near a parking lot. I don't know the name of the road. But if you walk into Tijuana from PedEast, walk to Farmacia Milenio, and keep walking about a quarter mile past that, it's there on the left. The buses used to be branded as Ticketron, if I remember correctly.

Get used to it. Live a healthy life including sleep, exercise, weight control, hydration, and healthy food. Have your doctor check everything out including testosterone. Even with all those measures it is unlikely to return you to the 20 year old version of you. At age 55 I was at 2 or 3 per day while on vacation. 10 years later it's a struggle to do multiples per day.

I've tried some over the counter supplements and they do just a little for me. ED meds and testosterone therapy can be effective. Nothing is perfect.

That bus is specifically for those coming back via Ped West. I took it once a couple years ago. You can walk also or take cab / uber I believe. Is all how you want to "roll".

I agree with the things the other posters wrote. Most important are the safety of Thailand compared to the dangers of Tijuana.
