First timer May 4
So I am living in Orange County after having spent some years in South America. I have grown tired of the sex prison of this country and need an escape. I've spent a few hours researching Tijuana and decided I'm going to make the trip down next weekend. I live just over an hour from the border near Irvine. Anyway, I speak fluent Spanish and have some experience so I'm not some greenhorn throwing his first hook into the ocean. If anyone needs a fluent Spanish speaker as wingman I'd love some company. I'm in my late 30s and very easy to get along with. I'm not sure how we communicate outside these forums or if PMs are allowed, if so, drop me a PM. I promise to drop a trip report if I make a visit.

How was the atmosphere at hk on Thursday though? I wonder how much different it was, compared to regular thursdays. Heck I am good with any day of the week if I am actually free.
Sounds good! I'm down there again today! LOL. I'm not usually down there those days but I may go just for kicks. PM and we can coordinate some time.

So, let's see. Overall unemployment is about 8% and has been for years. California may be double that, maybe a bit less. Over 600, 000 people left the workforce in March of this year. All western countries and Japan in recession or very modest growth. Expensive petroleum products worldwide. So, I guess we're all doing fine, according to your fuel price economic growth index. I suspect you're spitting on me and telling me that it's raining.

If memory serves, my 2009 EVA Premium Economy ticket to BKK was about $900. This month it was $1700, almost double.

Google Chrome will translate for you as soon as the page loads and you can see what they are offering. Craigslist is full of girls advertising 18 and 19 years old. I'd be worried about scams, bait-and-switch, and robbery. If my Spanish were better, I might take a chance though.
FYI, Backpage also has a lot of girls advertising but they seem more professional. Lots more escort sites. Craigslist seems like a lot of girls who want to make some extra money. That's probably not the case, but it is what it feels like.

Quick question, if I go eat street food (I love tacos!) and hit up local spots / vendors, do they all take dollars as well?
They will take whatever you have! Best in the world!

I don't know why more of you don't use Tijuana's craigslist. It is loaded with every type and kink imaginable. If you have any Spanish skills at all you can get $40. 00 fucks in your own room. Last time I was there I called a little 18 year old. She advertised in Spanish "rent my body. $100. 00 an hour." I called her, she arrived in about 20-minutes, and I in fact got her body for an hour. No drinks to buy, no hassles, just good sex. I got BBJ, which she advertised as "sexo oral natural" and anal, covered of course. I ate her to climax because these girls are not screwing five guys or more a night so she actually got off. I finished anal in every position you can do it.
Most advertise at $40. 00 and then want $30. 00 more for anal if that is your kick. I hit HK later just to have a couple of beers.

Have you been there during Sundays or Mondays? These are my days off so this would be my ideal day to visit AB or Hong Kong. What can you say about the selections?
Personally, I like the slower days. I don't like fighting through crowds, especially the Saturday night sausagefest. Sundays and Mondays are perfect for me. The bars open at about 10:00 am but there isn't enough activity for my personal tastes until at least 2:00 pm. I've never been disappointed in what I find after 4:00 pm.
I agree that $40 is a little low for a decent looking bar girl. On the street $40 is big money. I think prices are a bit lower earlier in the day, maybe because there are fewer mongers.

As for your negotiation prices, $40 dollars is pretty low. Maybe you can get away with $40 on a day shift girl or a lower end night shift girl but don't count on it. I notice you're like me. I asked a lot of questions before ever going when I should have just gone and experienced it. Just go already, then post about it
