No the economy is not booming and I never said that it was. However it's growing 2. 5% and not shrinking 6. Unemployment continues to be high but at least the economy is producing jobs and not shedding them.

Only a Bush bot would argue that the economy is in worse shape than when he left office because the facts don't support it.

"Producing Jobs" is a worthless description. Even a shrinking economy produces jobs. Job production IN EXCESS of job loss is the only meaningful statistic. As such, this economy is barely treading water. Unemployment is only where it is due to loads of people simply giving up and leaving the job market. As I said, over 600K last month alone.

Crowing about a tenth of a point drop in unemployment, or single-digit growth smacks too much of blatant cheerleading. A 2. 5% growth, IF that's even accurate, isn't even enough to keep pace with the population expansion.

I don't give a shit about Bush. I remember what a real economic recovery looked like after Carter (aka Obama I) was sent packing. 2.5% indeed! What a joke.

Long time since I wrote any meaningful report, here is my attempt at writing one for those who care to read.

Missed a chance to hangout with sbeach25 on 4/25, (and again today on 4/27 but see'es la vie) , but had to opportunity to head down on Friday to take care of 'business'

One of my lady friends introduced some really nice restaurants on the eastern most end of calle seis behind costco, actually they are restaurante mariscos and right next to them are fish markets, kind of like the tsukiji market places in tokyo, but alot smaller, and smellier.

But you guys get the point.

We ordered ceviche de camarones and 1 kg (2. 2 lbs) of grilled fish.

That was a lot of fish, but it tasted helluva good.

3 drinks, total came out to be 355 pesos, great deal!

She brought her daughter who was a cutie pie, wouldn't stop talking to me, though at times I had no fucking idea what she was saying, but just smiled and tried to continue the conversation.

I wanted to give my chica some money but she only took half of what I offered, and said that is more than enough to cover her round trip.

But the $80 asking price, and the constant hustling of drinks and tips are really getting old.

Sure, one can blame the asians for overpaying, or the drunk older gringos for trying to "buy" love, but honestly, I think there is a bigger force at work here.

Do most people put up with the bs? I am sure not everyone is so gullible, but I will need to bite my lips on this topic, since I have met a few guys who told me with a straight face they don't like bargaining.

Anyway, I hung out with this chica, I think by the name of the maria, had that "fuck me hard" look on her face, though I previously had interest taking her upstairs, the fact that she drank a little like a goldfish, and that she had some extra flesh sticking out when she sat down was a minor turn off.

She seemed friendly enough though.

And she had a tattoo of a girl's name which I found out was her baby girl who passed away very early.

Couldn't help but feel some sympathy for this girl, she seemed genuinely happy when talking about spending time with her kids (yes she has 2 more)

Not sure about the name, but she hails from ensenada, anyone knows about this chick who matches the description, please advise.

Otherwise, there were still plenty of great girls around, I spotted fathima, but she seemed to have put on a few pounds recently, so was a minor turn off for me, still, she gave me a real GFE kiss and hug without me having even to give her any tips, not sure what I did but I guess karma is on my side.

Nina was with a bunch of her "preferred" asian clients.

Tried to look for natalia but no where to be seen, a few new girls walked around by asking for dollar tips, to which I asked "por que?"

Then headed to adelitas, couldn't find jacqueline whom I have been itching to bang after some serious recommendations, then there was this tall, long haired, somewhat indigenous looking chica, who saw me eyeing her a few times and walked over, I had to pass on her because I felt the urge to leave already, and I swear I think her name was mary (fuck, they are all mary in the end)

And as I stepped out, lo and behold, saw my old buddy tomjackin' and we had a great time catching up, don't want to steal his thunder so I will let him speak about his experiences for that day, but he had a drink in adelitas again while I waited, and saw that last mary walk out in street clothes, OMG, that nice waistline and hair, should have corrupted her while I can.

Tomjackin was kind enough to take me to another bar that belonged to a friend on calle primero called nicky's.

I liked the ambiance, and I certainly enjoyed the "show" that tomjackin' put on with his lady friend there.

(not "THAT" kind of show you sick bastards, rather, the kind that lets you think with the big head)

I wasn't too interested in the other chicas there that night but I will be back there as my "getaway" area next time for sure.

Then we headed back, because we both knew none of us wanted to leave immediately, hee hee.

I walked back to the back alley, and victor (?) , good english speaking doorman for one of the back alley clubs say hi, that guy is always asking for tips and shit, and I just give him something, because you know, always nice to have someone watch your back, so to speak, I like to feel like if there is ever a time I need someone to speak on my behalf down there, there are still a person (or 1/2)

His bar is shit though, nothing in there, horrible.

Headed back to adelitas, and spent quality time sitting with a newer girl, whom I believe is called nana.

I swear I will take her up next time, she is slightly thicker in the middle, but her skin is fucking smooth, white, and nice natural C+ cups that I would love to motorboat in.

Long blonde curly hair and as I was lightly making out with her, I see nancy giving me that evil look from the distance.

Ahhh, sweet nancy.

Hehe.

Anyway, a minor set back about nana is she orders a tequila drink + some shit that cost twice as much as a regular drink.

In her defense, because it is alcohol, and it is larger, she doesn't just pound it.

And there isn't much ice.

So I guess, in the end the universe aligns itself.

By this time I see tomjackin stumble back into the club, (okok, I kid, he marched in there like a champ) , we chilled for a while and I excused the girl and told her I need some time with my man.

She was cool about it and walked away (a little too coldly) but just before I left, she came over to give me a big hug and pressed her boobs real close.

Anyway, tomjackin and I hung out for a big, grab a cab and came back to linea and we parted ways.

A lesson, if I may, to the noobs here, one doesn't always need to go with a large group of people (though it doesn't hurt to go with a wingman whom you trust the first time, I emphasize trust) , and for those seasoned guys, you don't always need to get laid to enjoy yourself because in the end, its the good company that you can get (the ones that come naturally, not the deliberate ones) , for me, I am glad to have met friends on this board I can truly say I enjoy the company whenever we meet.

As far as damage for the night goes?

So I am living in Orange County after having spent some years in South America. I have grown tired of the sex prison of this country and need an escape. I've spent a few hours researching Tijuana and decided I'm going to make the trip down next weekend. I live just over an hour from the border near Irvine. Anyway, I speak fluent Spanish and have some experience so I'm not some greenhorn throwing his first hook into the ocean. If anyone needs a fluent Spanish speaker as wingman I'd love some company. All western countries and Japan in recession or very modest growth. Expensive petroleum products worldwide. So, I guess we're all doing fine, according to your fuel price economic growth index.
