Not only is prostitution illegal in San Francisco but the police actually set up stings to lure men and arrest them. I know of close friends who got nabbed by this.
Some men should have the balls to sue prostitution laws as unconstitutional. Elliott Spitzer should do it.
I lived in the San Francisco Bay Area in the 1990's. Market Street Cinema was a legendary place (strip show, lap dances, wall dances and more behind the stage). Also there were famous Asian massage salons offering everything. Everything was closed. I have nothing against gays and lesbians but they have it all in San Francisco: gay clubs, big gay parade, gay porn movie festival etc. If you're straight in SF you're a second class citizen for paying for sex you will be arrested and sent to a so-called "John school" for the re-education course. (but not free, fee various from $ 400 to $ 1500 per course). You're right it's illegal that prostitution is illegal. Around 1914, prostitution became illegal in the state of California without any state referendum, and it was the decision of the then governor under pressure from women who had just been given the right to vote and to moral and religious organizations.

Less damage to your wallet and never have to deal with family emergency requests. I'm amazed at how bad the bar girls budgeting skills are compared to my ex and her family that were middle / upper class Mexicans. The bar girls think of future money to pay back current debts. One said she is getting approved for a credit card and I just died inside as I think they see Americans just swiping, but no idea the bill comes due with high interest if not paid off every month.

Legal Liabilities
Our bro NeverOnce has personally struggled with horrific spousal abuses and came out triumphant. He's now a Tijuana devotee.
NeverOnce is highly experienced in litigation. He's a good man to have on your side if you are suing or being sued by anyone. He can get you the multi million compensations you deserve.

Pursuit of happiness. Not in USA

We have a moral hangup about prostitution and this why it is illegal. People don't like seeing girls out on streets. So many girls dress so scantily in bikni's or lingerie & standing in the middle of the streets only riles up the locals. It is only within the past 5 or 6 years that the girls started dressing like this. I can understand people that live in the neighborhoods get irritated when they act like this. My own belief is that eros centers like they have in Germany is the best solution. They are discreet & guys can still have fun at a reasonable price. The Eros centers have largely eliminated the pimps as well. As for Texas it is ridiculous that they have made prostitution a felony. Let's remember that a felony is defined as penalty that carries a sentence of 1 year or more. I seriously doubt prostitution will be legalized in the CA however.

Exactly what I'm scared of even before the Sex Felony Law. Sometimes I get questions from family or some friends why I'm still single but only protecting myself women have so many rights and men almost always wrong in USA. I scared these days to even try and arouse/get sensual a date. Fuck it I'd rather just go to TJ and pay for it, no issues no complications no legal risks.
If woman in U.S. completely gets her way everything Ok however if make just 1 mis-step however trivial watch out!
I plan to donate to the men's rights club exactly because I think men no longer have much rights due to $Metoo-extremists. The politicians and like eunuchs who cave in due to their own fears.
I bet guys are now too scared to pick up a drunk woman at a bar.

Me too extremists are like terrorists.
Tijuana works for me. And there is no club like HongKong Club.

There are so may problems and legal liabilities between the sexes that Millennials are not dating, shacking up or getting married. The main problem is US women's inflated sense of entitlements that destroys any trust or love in the relationships.
A few of my wingmen have so much headache with their mates that they are not worth living with. It's better to go to Tijuana to flirt with hot girls, get love and sex and go home to relax to normal life.
So true, Cap. In 2017, California passed a bill making it a crime for a man to remove a condom during sex or to engage is bare sex without.
Verbal consent. This is now a crime under sexual battery so you can go to jail and be sued. Good luck if a girl decides to get you on this one.
Difficult to prove but the black robes will lean toward the "victim". Condom breaking during sex is included in the bill.
Tijuana is the way to go.

Women I have spent time with in Mexico and Asia have never attempted to pay for anything. It's not even alligator arms. It's just so culturally ingrained. For example, American girls have given me genuine thank yours for taking them out and footing the bill. That never happened with Asian or Mexican chicas I've dated. Of course, the guy should pay for the date is the mentally that I've experienced.

For now I have to stay and work in TX 1-3 more years then I could move wherever in the world. Would like Thailand or PI but feels so far away + I been all over Colombia and speak a decent Spanish so why not permanent base myself there for awhile? Or somewhere in Mexico. If I really itch to leave TX sooner would try to get a job in CA or back to FL. I loved some aspects of South Florida but women just as stuck up (not all if you go the local bars and night clubs). P4P in FL especially Ft. Lauderdale and Miami more overlooked by LE and certainly not a felony + if can travel freely CR and Colombia so close for long weekends!

I've seen many men's lives ruined by false accusations from women. People say I'm too young to monger, that I should be getting it "free" and I have before but I have my reasons, the things you state being one of them. Colombia sounds like heaven from what I read on the forums. Maybe one day but for now the plan is move to Mexico, close to Tijuana and bang beautiful Mexican women. Dating in America is time consuming, risky, the women are not feminine and often greedy, way more greedy than Mexican women. The juice is not worth the squeeze in America anymore.
