I've made several posts about these vans over the past year or so when the yellow cabs were banned. But was using them long before. Scroll down the list of topics that are rarely active and there is one for transporation as I recall.

10 pesos from border to Revo and 3rd or you can get off at Constitution or and. H. Then return by checking the SE corner of Consti. & 2nd st. Same price. Routes returning vary using the new bridge near the new building but or dropping by the parking garage construction to walk back to Ped East the old crossing.

When cab drivers solicit just say, no thanks my private chofer is waiting in the Mercedes Benz. It's true they drive late model MB vans. Only 7 pesos in some vans if you look over 60 ish. Gets cramped at times but it's only a 5 min. Trip max usually. If you have long legs like very little leg room except the back row which gets all the bumps, other than that and some loud guitar strumming guys singing sometimes no complaints.

I have never found Cascada's rooms cold enough, even in the winter, to require heating. If you used hot water to heat the room, it would be so damp and humid. How the hell can you stand it? I prefer nice, dry room to sleep in.

It's sad these pretty girls have to stand outside all night in the cold wind to do business, some wear only jeans and knitted T-shirts. I asked one this weekend and she said she was not cold. There was a year when the wind was blowing very cold air. A few street girls had to hide, shivering inside HK's door. The HK security guys were nice enough to let them hide.

Nothing beats the feels of warm, smooth, fragrant, supple bodies of young girls in cold winter nights hehe.

Since the first expansion a few years ago the hot water issue has increased. I remember that hot water was not an issue no matter which room you got. Now, one of the first things I do is test if there are any as soon as I get there. I've been staying off zona as a main reason as just that.

    An understatement

For example, Room 631 didn't have hot water today until I tried turning the handle to Blue for cold. Then I got a hot shower. FYI.
Try about half. Each hotel owned by the HK mgmt has been in consistent on which is cold or hot. Hell, even AB hotels are like that. I think these guys just don't give a crap in their workmanship. If they did, you can how well the buildings are maintained compared to US. It seems consistent all of Latin america. People bribe the inspectors and get by what they can.

    Re. Donorita.

Used up a lot of hot water filling the tub. The heater in the room wasn't putting out any warm water so I filled the tub with hot water and turned on the jets. The room was warm in about 15 minutes. I turned off the jets and the room stayed warm for several hours. Cold street girls love warm rooms late at night. I usually have problems getting hot water in the morning but not at night, go figure.

It pissed me off that I could not take shower and clean up in the morning. I smelled like shit and could not bring myself to embrace the pretty chicas. Damn. I came down to front desk to complain. They said they will send some guys to fix it, but nobody ever came and no hot water ever came out. I had to leave and could not wait forever. So I went down to the front desk and demanded full refund for the room. After a lot of wrangling with the old manager, he agreed to give me half off.

He promised me I would have hot water the next time I stay. I told him to stick his hot water up his culo.

Cascadas now offers mud baths in the room and not the spa

I checked in at 3:00 on Monday after a 30 minute wait at the desk (and a long line behind me). I ask for a remote and was told it was in the room. It was not. I also discovered the water coolers in the hall had been removed. I asked if the water was purified so I could have something to drink in the room, the guy had no clue what I was talking about. My room was called a master suite but was smaller that my previous stays in master suites. They said it was a new room and that is what they are. It also had a mirror image of the room connected to mine by an open door. They came up to lock it after about an hour. I was not comfortable leaving the room with that door unlocked so I lost some "strooling" time. I asked for the key to the safe and refigerator as well as the remote but never got it. I had to go down to the front desk to get the remote and they again said someone would bring me the keys. They didn't bring them. Since I could not get water out of the refrigerator, I went out and bought some. After a night of fun I got up late in the morning to find I had no running water. I left the faucet on and started watching a movie. About 45 minute later the water starts running, actually mud starts flowing from into the hot tub. I guess assuming the water was not purified was accurate. You know what they say "don't drink the water". After letting the water run for about 15 minutes it started to clear up and I felt it was safe to take a shower. Hopefully things will get better once the construction is finished.

He is probably still in a Tijuana jail as we speak. I can't believe how quick they arrested this dude. Be advised gentlemen.
Ha, what an idiot. I wonder if he knew he could have just walked 5 minutes to Zacazonapan and blazed up with no worries.

I haven't stayed there since it was remodeled but yes I understand it is chica friendly.

Don't know but he said he was "drawn to the city" as I recall. LOL As long as he doesn't get a megaphone and start preaching the wages of sin and repent, I have have no problem. There are always a few SGs who can't be home for Christmas due to recent return from vacation, lack of biz, or planning to go home in January as you know.

Thanks Niguno, I will participate for sure. I usually buy a boat load of toys for the chicas' kids over the years.

Handing out donations in La Zona.

Will the good pastor spend most of his nights in La Zona handing out donations?

    Re. Ninguno Especial.

This Christmas season, Magdalene Hope, a local non-profit that reaches out to women who are being trafficked through sex trade, has decided to bring the holiday cheer to the impoverished children of Tijuana, Mexico.

Pastor Doug Bennett, founder of Magdalene Hope Ministry, who is leading the drive, has proven his dedication to the cause.
