    Mon to Thurs at Tijuana.

Getting to Tijuana ($60 for gas, 24 per day x 3 days = $72 for parking) - I drove from LA, parked at the border and walked across. I was expecting $10 per day but was surprised to see it was $8 for 8 hours so I would not recommend this option if you are staying overnight. Next time I will use public transit to get to the border or park directly at the hotel.

Hotel Ticuan ($70 per night in chase points) - Close to Zona Norte while maintaining plausible deniability, free breakfast, gym and sauna, no hassle chica visits, walking distance to La Justina. I've only stayed here in Tijuana and had a reason to go anywhere else.

Escorts (4 chicas x 1 hour each = $550) - I usually book 4-5 per trip and have historically had 10/10 service but had some bait and switch and mechanical service this time, thinking about mixing it up more next trip.

Hong Kong (2 bangs + 2 rooms + 3 VIP dances + drinks + fichas + tips = $418) - Not as favorable pricewise since MSOG is not the default, but I do enjoy (a) the consistent selection of jaw-droppingly gorgeous slutty women at any time of day (b) flirting and (c) getting to sample the goods before I buy. I fully intend to just relax here in between escort sessions but inevitably end up becoming tumescent and going arriba.

Adelitas ($16 for one beer and one ficha) - This place was dead, 8 chicas, 0 who I would pay for. Bought a beer to relax and ficha due to social obligation but left pretty quickly. This was Wednesday afternoon.

Massage Parlors. These sucked. I went to New Body, Baby Blue, and Mermaids who each had 0-3 chicas available, none who I found worth paying for. This was Thursday around 10 AM and I hope these pick up later in the day.

Crossing the border. I was expecting a long line that I would laugh at as I zoom pass with global entry but there wasn't even a line on Thursday at 12.

HK not super crowded Thursday. All of revolucion is much quieter than this summer. That can be good and bad. A lot restaurants don't even open during the week. There was more guys raining money on the center stage. I suppose I will have to bring 100 singles to do that one day. Its getting more popular or I just never sat much near center of the bar. No girls talked to me in HK. Left in 30 minutes. Before Christmas they were talking to me more than usual. My routine is HK, then any bar with cheap beers. Tonight I found a girl who was so happy I bought her a drink. So I bought her 3 more. Even though she spilled one. She was so happy dancing all over me I have not seen that in a long time. I told her she does her job better than the rest in Zona. Other girls were watching her dance on me probably thinking "no way am I doing that just for a 2 dollar dance ticket". And her sex was low amount compared to HK. Maybe this bar has leeway on price. I didn't even want to have sex because her fichas was so good I knew the sex couldn't be as good. But it was ok average sex.

I've gotten lucky, to be honest, with this. I don't drive around anywhere near La Zona, and cut across Tijuana to grab the Libre down to Rosarito and Ensenada.

I always stay at hotels right off Paseo de Los Heroes, or Sanchez Tovada and then catch an Uber or Taxi to the Zona when I want to go have some fun. Last time I went, it was like $2.50 to take an Uber from the Taco Stand just up the block from Mr. Pampas.

My buddies that do multi-day trips to HK drive in, but only take $40 in cash each in case they get hit with a shakedown. They usually cross fairly early in the morning, so they haven't had any issue, but they know it's a matter of time before they get pulled over for something.

    Bent wheels

I bent my wheels too many times, three times in 3 recent separate incidents in Tijuana alone. Curbed one wheel so bad it moved the center hole, could not be fixed, had to buy a new wheel.

Machine shops will not take orders direct from customers. They go through tire shops. Bring it to a tire shop so they can remove the tire and send the wheel out for refurb.

Curbs in Tijuana are high and laid out in offensive ways. After curbing, I had to replace a compete set of front and rear struts, 2 wheels, 2 bearings, 1 set of new tires, 2 tie rods. I stopped driving around at night in Tijuana, only from the border to HK where I know exactly where all the curbs are.

The guys I know started driving to Tijuana, got robbed by Policias about $2,000 so far.

By air I don't think so and as you mentioned risks and even if placebos what a waste of phucking money. I think if get to know Tijuana farmacias well can get the good and safe stuff. Last trip back from Tijuana last month was surprised they sold Soma (carisoprodol) muscle relaxer in one of the farmacias along the stores right before the border. Was $50 I think for 50 pills but just wondered if legit any good or just a fake placebo?
I have purchased online from India, Canada and Andorra and never had a problem.

I was hoping to use the shop, and skip the 2-3 day process like I do at home.

I -bent- a wheel, not scratched it. Body shops don't do wheel repair. Its specialized.

Multiple entries? Yes valid for multiple entries. My guess 180 days visa is valid at every border crossing US / Mexico.

The government obviously is tired of it, and wants to make some changes. I seriously don't think this will have much impact on Tijuana. There is far too much cross-border traffic to implement anything too strict.
This new Mexican visa law is probably for residents who live in Mexico without valid papers. For example, Mexico is home to about 1. 5 million Americans from the USA, about 10,000 Canadians, and expats from Europe and South America. Many of them live without a valid visa because no one has ever checked their visa. In the case of Tijuana, here are mainly US tourists for a day or weekend visit and leave a lot of money. Tourists from the US mainly visit Zona Norte, Zona Rio, Av Revolucion, Rosarito, Ensenada, Valle de Guadalupe and the region Baja California needs those American dollars and it is probably easy to get a visa. Just for example, 500 US guys visit Zona Norte / week and spend about US $ 200 / person. This is a profit of US $ 100,000 in Zona Norte only per week. And now profit for the year US $ 100,000 x 52 weeks = US $ 5,200,000 (only Zona Norte)! That's why they need tourists from the USA because US $.
