Many of the Rizo rooms have windows which HK does not anymore, so if you like fresh air, you have the option of asking for a room with a window at Rizo. Also, Rizo is carpeted so you don't hear tacones walking down the hall and in general is much quieter, so if you want to sleep without noise from girls banging their high heels all night or club music blaring, Rizo is your best option. HK's big advantage is that it is central. Rizo is usually a few bucks cheaper so the choice is yours. Try both and see what you prefer.

Cascadas vs Rizo de Oro specifically for street girls.

You are best served going to Cascadas as streetgirls are directly outside the street.

To get a uber, I usually jump on the 10 pesos bus that goes to revolucion st. Then do uber. Interestingly no. They got a brand new scanning machine. So now they scan your passport. Funny but they didn't even bother to give me my visitor's pass. I guess they are going fully electronic.
