For what it's worth, Maxifort is my favorite. Works well and for whatever reason, the side effects are not as harsh.

Are taxis or Uber readily available on the US side of the border in the early morning hours from midnight to 2 AM?
I've crossed several times between 2 and 5 AM. Taxis will be available. No clue about the cost because I've always used Uber. But I will say you may have to wait 5 or even 10 minutes for Uber. I don't know that they've surged prices at that time or at least I didn't see an increase.

Never been to Medellin but there are convenience benefits to Tijuana (literal walking distance from the US, large percentage of chicas and other workers in the club and hotels being sufficiently bilingual, acceptance of US dollar) that Medellin and some of these other destinations will never have.

Last trolley from San Ysidro I think is a little before 1 am, not midnight. And they start back up aroud 4:30 am in case you miss it.
Yes, taxis and Ubers would definitely be available if you miss the last trolley, especially taxis as they are aware of the increase in demand given that the trolleys aren't running at that time. Have no clue on the pricing, though I'd assume Uber would cost more than usual at that time.

This Piri farmacia was popular among forum TJ Amigos but this TJ Amigos forum is now closed. You can buy 10 tablets 50 MG in a pack for no more than USD 10 and try how it works. I will try Maxifort next time. When I buy this Figral, I always tell the young chica behind the counter "I'd like 20 Figral tablets for my friend, of course it's not for me" hehehe.

Yes but it is going to cost you extra. I tried to do the same once. The trolleys only took me up back as far as downtown at midnight and I was fucking stuck. I think I paid $50 to get back to Mission Beach.

Question: Availability of taxi / Uber in late night on US side of border?

Hey Guys,
I want to buy Viagra / Cialis in Tijuana. Any recommendations for pharmacy and the pill brands.
I don't mind paying extra for good quality authentic stuff.
I see Roma pharmacy near pedeast, Can I just walk-in and ask for Viagra / Cialis or do I need prescription.
Appreciate your advice. Happy Mongering!
Cheers!
Farmacia Roma is a very large chain, and they sell legit stuff. I wouldn't worry about fake product from them. It's the ones on Revu that tend to be sketchy.

The talk about shutting down the border worries me. The last time there was a problem at the border, PedWest was closed, and there were 6 hour lines at PedEast.
I've got a Tijuana trip lined up in March, but may cancel if they shut down PedWest again.

Walk 5 minutes from the Nelson Hotel and Tijuana Arch down the street Primera. Product name "Figral" Sildenafil. Pack of 20 tablets of 100 MG or 10 tablets of 50 MG. Made in Mexico by the company "Mavi Farmaceutica". It is not expensive, I don't remember the exact price, but for 20 pieces of 100 MG tablets you will not pay more than USD 20. No prescription needed.
