I went to mermaid's yesterday 7/20 to check out my atf.

Just a little Thursday night story.

You have to understand something completely: she does not see the future in your eyes. She understands that you have no life in Mexico and that, most likely, you have no intention of making a life in Mexico with plans that would include her.

So her strategy is to earn income from you. There are no friends in business.

She seems to have tested your limits and developed parameters. You're good for an $80. 00 session (that works out to about $900 pesos, a lot of money for a few hours work). You might be good for more, she will have to continue working you to find out how much.

Soon, you'll get the message that her dad needs a brain operation and she needs to wire $2, 000 back to some place deeeeep in Mexico, or he will most certainly die. My girlfriends father died about four times before he actually did kick the bucket in my living room three years ago.

IN your situation, you might be able to sit down at your kitchen table and map your entire route to retirement. You can budget, you have credit, you have a steady income that you can see well into the future. Not so here. It's day to day, or week to week. There is no other profession that will bring her an income that will support her entire family like the sex industry. If she can line up several clients like you, she will be set for as long as she can keep you interested and excited (marketing).

It is totally OK for you to like her. It is totally OK for her to like you. Nothing wrong with that. The problem develops when you mis-read her like for you as some sort of promise that a condition will exist with her into the future. The ONLY condition that will exist will be the condition of client (you) , and provider (her). That is unless you are willing to change your life.

She will rely upon your "good faith" and inclination not to "cheat" on her, and your sense of guilt for even thinking about it. Her talent will be in the area of grooming those emotions to keep you in her corral.

So play the game the way you want to, but be very aware that her needs are different from yours and that her success will depend on her ability to keep you dreaming about her. Buyer beware.

I never had to travel to rosarito (or anywhere outside Tijuana for that matter) so never paid attention to the signs, I shall start doing that in the future (or at least ask a yellow cabbie every opportunity I have)

Reason I asked is because, I took one of my regulars to a motel after her shift last night and this morning she told me she had no money to go back to rosarito, I only had 40 left in my wallet (minus the change I had to keep handy) and I gave those to her. I was just deciding if I needed to feel bad considering that I accidentally made her 'wait' outside the club for 30 mins (some things got lost in translation, anyway, no need to digress). I was really apologetic.

Anyway, if anyone cares, the sex wasn't as great as last time and I guess part of the reason is because she has developed this 'attachment' to me (or my money, whatever). But little gestures are giving off some hints. Maybe as a monger, I like more the journey than the destination.

I am confused. Did you give her any money for the session? If so, she had money to get home. How did she get to the hotel in the first place (from Rosarito)? Are you certain she came from Rosarito?

How does that differ from Tijuana as a whole? You're telling me that the majority of girls in the Zona are beautiful? You definetely went on a different night if that's the case. In some of the bars I couldn't even come up with a reason that the girls were in the sex industry unless someone just loves to screw a dirty fat cow every once in awhile. Mexico is similar to the US in that there are very very beautiful girls but there are also very ugly ones. It is in the top 10 countries as far as obesity goes right there next to us US Americans. I've tried the site myself and have been happy with it, but I do agree I only found 2 girls attractive to me out of the like 50 on the site, but that doesn't differ from anywhere else, there are nights I can't find a girl I'm attracted to in Hong Kong.

Just know that there are vans that goes almost anywhere in mexico. That goes for southern mexico too. Save your money and tell her to get on the bus.

Thanks for the feedback. It was a. Uh. Awkward moment at best where I sensed she wanted me to help her out a little bit on the money side (such conversation did not happen during our first encounter.). The awkwardness certainly killed the passion / excitement that was built up the night before. I have dealt with chicas who outright makes it uncomfortable by talking about money after. I guess she was feeling bad about having to ask me herself.

Just after you pass through the gates you will see a taxi stand across the street from the yellow cabs. They have most destinations and prices listed on a sign. Did you also know that you can take public transport (shared mini van) from Ave. Madero around 2nd St for very little. That is of course if you don't have any luggage.

2:30 in the afternoon or morning? I thought I hit a long line at 3:00AM last time I was there but nothing like what you're talking about. I told myself I would never leave during the daytime again and now make sure I leave between 2-4am to avoid lines, but if you left in the morning maybe that isn't the case anymore.

2:30 in the afternoon. Which, many moons ago, used to be a pretty good time to leave. Not any more.
