Well sure, but the post was in regards to returning to the US, not entering Mexico.

    Make Tijuana Great Again

    GringoItaliano,

Tjiuana is not a big mongering location compared to Colombia or Thailand, but the only location where out of state guys can fly in under CoVid travel restrictions. It's convenient, compact and has a good selection of girls year round.

Glad you had some good times with street girls, many are far more attractive and engaging than the current selections in the bars. I am also wearied of CoVid infection in bars packed with drunk partying guys and girls.

You want to Make Tjiuana Great Again but you like the club scene? I don't blame you. The current selections of girls in makeshift bars in Cascada, Coahuila, Jalos, Tropa, Ibiza, Garcia all suck, packed with lots of guys in small rooms, boring with no entertainment. PreCovid Hong Kong would be crowded on weekends but there were non-stop strip shows and lesbian shows on 2 floors and over a hundred girls with dozens model quality sweet young things circulating the club, flirting, socializing with guys. It was a lot of fun hanging out in the club, drinking, partying, feeling girls up, checking chemistry and take the hot ones to the hotel. Now the clubs are boring with big, fat, ugly girls, jam packed with people with no entertainment. It seems bar girls also raise prices and reduce services as their business slow down to make up for their lost revenue. Sasha just gave me a real rush job in hotel Tropa last week, completely unlike her before CoVid shut down.

If you go to La Zona more frequently and get to know the girls in bars and on streets, they will give you friendlier, more personal sessions. If the girls know and like you they will give GFEs complete with BBBJs and BBFS. I don't look like Brad Pitts but had a few HK girls got so horny, trembling in anticipation of sex, BBBJ, BBFS like they had not had sex in years, caressing and kissing me loving like a baby, gasping, moaning, rolling eyes, speaking in tongue when they come hehe. It all depends on chemistry and how loving you treat the girls. They will respond in kind. You need to start romancing them in the bar with drinks, compliments, loving words and gestures to get them in the mood. It does not work every time with every girl, depending on how good you are at winning their trust and love. A wingman got weekend dates with HK girls, otherwise good girls needing to make quick money, progressed into hot, passionate long-term relationships. When HK was in full swing, there were many semipros who flew in to work a few days for cash. I got dozens of contacts in different states, vacation spots like CDMX, Cancun, Acapulco, Guadalajara.

You should have tried a few escorts, but you would have to stay in hotels off La Zona as the services have some sort of non-compete agreements with the bars not sending their girls there. If they do, they may get whacked. But there are lots of baits and switches with the agencies. You just have to spend lots of time in the hotel waiting and weeding through the old uglies they send. A few ex HK girls turned independents would go to Cascada, some very hot and passionate. A few of my wingmen hooked up with young, stunningly beautiful local girls or escorts, turned them into GFs, visiting them a few times a week.

You can also offer extra money for longer, more GF sessions with street girls. My wingman got 1-hour near GFE with hot blonde Julieta at hotel Garcia last week. He also has long sessions with a few hottest street girls regularly for a little extra over street rates.

Tijuana is a nice, cool, convenient place for quick vacations with good food, good fun, partying with friends, without sexy entertainment for now, very good selection of girls if you know where to look, popping a few hot girls a night without breaking the bank to relieve all stress and frustration in life, then go back to normal life the next day, repeat next week for SoCal guys hehe.

Daylin, the petite spinner in the schoolgirl outfit with partially blonde hair and strong oral skills; Edith, with curly hair, exotic facial features, an athletic build, and a powerful set of ass and thighs; and "Wendy Vampire," who reminded me of a Mexican version of Arya Stark. These three girls were all in that same stretch of the alley, from the Caliente casino to Hotel Eduardo and Hotel Cazuelos. I found another gem that that stretch of the alley: Shaori, who looks very Asian, except that she is taller and has more of an ass than one would expect on a such a slender girl. Another "hotspot" for me was near the rear entrance of Adelitas / Hotel Coahuila, where I had exceptional experiences with two former Adelitas girls: Eileen, who is very tall, thick, and voluptuous; and the more Caucasian-looking Janelle, who wears glasses and a schoolgirl outfit (pictured). Janelle delivered the most GFE experience of my whole trip. Another gem was Maxine, who works just east of Hotel Coahuila out of the yellow hotel next door on weekday mornings and weekend afternoons. She is a MILF, and maybe even a GILF, and has fake tits & ass, but she was clearly in better shape than many of the girls and delivered very vigorous service. She (pictured) and Daylin were my only repeats.

More restrictions on the US-Mexico border?

Citing coronavirus, Trump administration weighs more restrictions on the US-Mexico border that could include citizens.

    By Priscilla Alvarez, CNN.

Updated 11:42 PM ET, Mon August 10,2020 link here https://www.cnn.com/2020/08/10/polit...rus/index.html (CNN) The Trump administration is considering ways to restrict entry on the US-Mexico border that could include US citizens and lawful permanent residents over coronavirus concerns, according to a source familiar with the matter.

It's the latest attempt by the administration to seal off US borders, citing the virus. In March, the administration invoked a public health law to swiftly remove migrants, including children, who are apprehended at the border. That action, including a series of other travel restrictions, has been extended over the course of the pandemic.

The options being weighed by the administration would also likely rely on authorities from the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the source said. The New York Times first reported on the possibility of barring Americans from returning to the US on a limited basis amid fears they may be infected with the coronavirus.

"Career professionals at the CDC are working on an overall approach to pandemic control both now and in the future," an administration official with knowledge of ongoing discussions told CNN. "The regulation is in draft form and subject (to) change. This is an ongoing process and any reporting on this would be extremely premature. ".

CNN reached out to the CDC and the Department of Homeland Security, which declined to comment.

A draft memo obtained by the Times says any move to block citizens and legal permanent residents must "include appropriate protections to ensure that no Constitutional rights are infringed" and would apply "only in the rarest of circumstances. ".

The US outpaces other countries in coronavirus cases, including Mexico and Canada, which have 480,278 and 122,053 cases, respectively.

Previous travel restrictions imposed by the administration during the pandemic have excluded US citizens and legal residents. For example, the US limited nonessential travel at land ports of entry with Canada and Mexico. Americans cross the borders regularly for a range of reasons, including work, attending school, visiting family and tourism.

Any move targeting US citizens and lawful permanent residents, in particular, is likely to face legal challenges. In the wake of the Times report Monday, the American Civil Liberties Union immediately dubbed the move "unconstitutional. ".

"The Trump administration has rolled out one border ban after another — most recently on children and asylum seekers — using COVID-19 as an excuse, while failing abysmally to get the virus under control in the United States," said Omar Jadwat, director of the ACLU's Immigrants' Rights Project, in a statement.

"The rumored order would be another grave error in a year that has already seen far too many," Jadwat added.

CNN's Nikki Carvajal contributed to this report.

Yes. I've been deported or walked back to us twice this month for refusing to pay. Since I have a passport maybe that's why it caused zero delay. I had photocopy of it. Worst case scenario an hour or 2 delay is worth going to hk if going to hk is your thing. Its also a good option to avoid stamp if you are married.

If you want that sloppy DT you'll have try the escorts next time. Only they offer that kind of service. Sg's and bg's are more of a mechanical experience. A lot of them don't even try to act like they want to be there anymore. Finding the gems takes some work. I don't consider it good service but that's just me. Book the right escort girl and you can pretty much be a porn director for an hour LOL.

I feel bad for you bro just looking at the photos you included with your report, especially given that you visited all the way from NY. Escorts are the ticket as opposed to the makeshift puta areas (IE COVID petri dishes) in the Zona Norte hotels due to the pandemic. However, during normal times, the clubs can be fun and good sessions had. However, I prefer escorts. You said, "My biggest gripe was that it was extremely difficult to get BBBJ; most girls insisted on CBJ only, even with the offer of extra money. " With escorts BBBJ is a given and I often get CIM at no extra charge. Click through the Tijuana photo gallery last 12 months and you'll see the photos I've posted to get a sense of what's available in terms of escorts. Very affordable too at an average of the 1400 that I usually pay which translates to under $70.

    Tijuana bars

    Artiste.

Hong Kong front door has a pair of hand cuff across the handles. So the authority is serious about bars not reopen.

The bar market seems fragmented, operated by new people. I did not recognize the people claimed to be Hong Kong, working in hotel Cascada and hotel Tropa. Wednesday last week Tropa had about 50 girls when Cascada had only about 10 in the day time.

Hotel Cascada knocked down walls and installed adjoining doors in the jacuzzi suites on 7th floor so guys and girls can walk around. But I think HK's management is hiding and new people rent hotel space to operate their own putas bars.

But if you are walking or driving through a regular lane you'll probably be sent to secondary. How long they keep you there while they confirm your identity is up to the agent and the phase of the moon. Could be a few minutes, could be four hours.

Make Tijuana Great Again: Trip Report, July-August 2020

My first trip to Tijuana was a satisfying experience, despite the sub-optimal circumstances of the pandemic and some major downsides of the Tijuana scene that predate it. The most redeeming features of Tijuana for me were: the relative ease of access from the USA, even during the pandemic; the very comfortable weather; Mexican culture in general; the excellent and affordable food; the highly rewarding loyalty program of Hong Kong / Hotel Cascadas / Restaurante Azul; the convenience of "one-stop shopping" in the small, compact area of el Zona Norte; the low prices of the street girls; and the relatively consistent and reliable performance of most of the street girls, albeit within their very narrow limits. Unfortunately, I missed most of the makeshift club scene that had cropped up in the attached hotels, as the authorities had shut it down just before my arrival. The little bit of the club scene that I did sample suggested to me that it might not have been my cup of tea anyway, even under normal circumstances. I would be willing to go back again: under normal circumstances, to see el Zona Norte in all its glory; if and when I find myself in the area for other reasons; or if and when I feel the need for a mongering trip when other options remain inaccessible.

    Why I Went There.

I had historically excluded Tijuana from my range of foreign mongering destinations for security reasons. My 2018 and 2019 trips to the Santa Fe red light district of Bogota, which also has a reputation for security risks, persuaded me to reconsider Tijuana. Reading more about Tijuana's Zona Norte on ISG and elsewhere online persuaded me that the security risks were manageable, as had been the case in Santa Fe. I liked Santa Fe's combination of club and street action for "one-stop shopping" in a very small area and therefore found the combination of club and street action in el Zona Norte appealing for similar reasons. Other reasons for my interest in Tijuana included: my surprisingly rewarding mongering experiences in other parts of Mexico that have little or no reputation for mongering (Cancun and Cozumel); and my interest in traveling to the area for other reasons (specifically, scuba diving). I hoped last year to combine a scuba diving trip to San Diego with a mongering trip to Tijuana, but the combination of logistical hurdles and physical demands deterred me. This year's pandemic upended international travel and left me with hardly any viable foreign mongering options other than this place that I had been hoping to visit anyway, so the choice was easy.

    How I Planned My Trip.

The combination of the Hong Kong Club and the attached Hotel Cascadas and Restaurante Azul seemed to be the obvious choice for my base. Hong Kong seemed to be the most popular and highly regarded of the clubs, and Cascadas seemed to be the best hotel choice at ground zero. The view of Callejon Coahuila (henceforth "the alley") and its street action from the balcony of Azul, enabling me to check out the street girls while I ate, was another advantage. Another key selling point was the Hong Kong VIP card, which provides significant discounts for lodging and dining at the attached hotel and restaurant. I bought the VIP card as I was checking in, and it paid for itself and then some just when I paid for the hotel room. I ate at Azul regularly and thus realized even more savings. I liked the Vegas-like design and thecor of Cascadas, and their linens were so comfortable that I wanted some for myself.

Nonetheless, they clearly have inventory control problems. My room key card deactivated every afternoon around lunch time; I had to go to reception to reactivate it every day. One night at about 3 am, security banged on my door and claimed that the room was not registered in my name which was clearly false, as the reception verified my name whenever I went to reactivate my room key. I had to show the security guard my receipt, and even then he questioned its authenticity. I am curious as to whether or not this was an attempted shakedown, and why they had to do this at 3 am.

I knew that Tijuana mongers are typically on either day trips from Southern California or on long weekends from elsewhere in western states, and that the size of the scene may limit its viability for longer trips. Coming all the way from New York, I felt the need for a longer trip to justify the length and the cost of the flight and the resulting jet lag, and I did not have any specific reason to stay in New York or get back at a certain time. I decided that I might as well stay as long as a week and "panic buy" or stockpile pussy while I still had the chance, since it was uncertain when I might have the opportunity to monger like this again in the near future. I arrived on a Wednesday afternoon to give myself time to settle down and familiarize myself with the environment on Wednesday and Thursday before the action peaked on the weekend and slowed down into Monday and Tuesday. In retrospect, Wednesday through Sunday would have been sufficient. The action was very slow on Monday and Tuesday, by which point I had already explored most of the street talent pool and had begun to scrape the bottom of the barrel.

It nonetheless worked out well that I stayed so long because I just missed Hurricane Isaias, so it might have been worth it just for the weather. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that Tijuana was nowhere near as hot as I would have expected for the middle of summer; indeed, there were often refreshingly cool breezes. More importantly, it was a dry warmth, with almost no humidity. If nothing else, it was a relief to escape the sweltering heat and oppressive humidity of New York in the summer. Aside from Medellin, I cannot think of any other mongering destination where the weather is an attraction for me.

I would add that I found the general environment of Tijuana, including downtown, more appealing than I would have expected. I appreciated the local color, such as mariachis, or the contrast of old-timers in cowboy hats and cowboy boots next to deportees that look like they just stepped out of a Cypress Hill video. Mexico may be relatively low in the ranking of foreign mongering destinations, but it does seem to me to be a more interesting place to visit for more general purposes than, say, Colombia or the DR.

    No Clubs.

I had hoped to go to the makeshift clubs operating in the attached hotels at night, as well as sampling the street meat during the day. Unfortunately, the authorities shut down the makeshift clubs just before my arrival, as I learned when I turned on my phone as my plane was taxiing on the runway. I debated whether or not to return to New York but decided to proceed once I determined that the cost of changing my flight would have actually been greater than the cost of one week in my hotel room in Cascadas. I reconciled myself to having only street action, which would at least be better than nothing.

In retrospect, I wonder if this ostensible disappointment might not have been a blessing in disguise. The cheaper street scene may have actually been better than usual under these circumstances, and what little of the club scene I did experience did not persuade me that it would have worked out much better for me. Some of the Hong Kong girls were still around Cascadas and available as "room service" for guests. From what little I saw, the visual quality of the talent was significantly higher than the street meat. They were also extremely aggressive and gave off a predatory vibe that reminded me more of Las Vegas strippers than Latin American hookers. I learned a long time ago to be wary of Latin American hookers that speak fluent English and quote prices in USD, and these girls definitely fit that profile. I nonetheless ended up trying one of them at a point when the street scene was not yielding results, and I ended up regretting it. In retrospect, I should have aborted when she showed up at my door with an uninvited second girl, falsely claiming that I had requested a threesome. I sent away the uninvited girl and proceeded with the girl that I had requested, which turned out to be a disaster. It was the second-worst session of my trip, and, at $80 USD, it cost far more than any street meat. The service was extremely rushed and half-assed in a way that must have been deliberate.

The worst session of my trip was at Adelitas, which had reopened its makeshift club operations inside its attached hotel a few days after the authorities shut them down. It took quite a bit of effort to find a suitable prospect through the combination of darkness, loud music, cigarette smoke, and aggressive meseros. I would normally prefer the "meet & greet" environment of clubs to street action for the opportunity to interview girls and assess chemistry, but the environment here was hardly more suitable for this purpose. It was unclear to me if this difficulty was due to the makeshift nature of the club, or if I would have had a similar experience under normal circumstances anyway. The girl that I eventually pulled did not seem aggressive, and she did seem to be making some semblance of an effort. It was just that she simply lacked sexual skills and probably got by on her appearance alone. I had heard and read beforehand that the quality of service in Tijuana, particularly among the street girls, was low, but I was not expecting it to be so downright bad among the club girls. It was unclear to me if this poor service was representative of the clubs in general or a product of the unusual pandemic circumstances.

Bar La Gloria also resumed its makeshift club operations in the attached Hotel Garcia after the authorities had shut such operations down, but it was hardly worth the effort and the cigarette smoke. Surprisingly, the visual quality of the talent inside the club was significantly lower than the lineup of street girls outside Hotel Garcia. I finished my one drink, left, and returned to street action.

    Street Action.

In contrast and as a pleasant surprise, the quality of the street action exceeded my modest expectations. ISG members have written that the closure of the clubs and general economic hardship may have improved the street scene by attracting former club girls and fresh meat with no other way to earn money. I met up with an online mongering contact, a Southern California local with extensive Tijuana experience, who observed that the visual appeal of the street girls was noticeably higher than normal.

With that said, the street scene does have major limitations. It was sometimes a challenge to find an appealing girl. I noticed that the street talent pool appears to have a higher proportion of indigenous blood than the lighter-skinned and more Caucasian-looking club girls. I have no problem with a darker skin tone, but the more indigenous facial features often did not appeal to me. I had a bigger problem with the prevalence of what I can only describe as the "Spongebob Squarepants" body type: a rectangular mid-section with few or no curves. I learned to avoid the street girls wearing corsets, which they use to disguise this common body type and to create the false impression of curves. With that said, I did find some surprisingly high-quality talent on the street, and not just former club girls. One advantage of the street girls over the club girls is that they did tend to have a more natural look and relied less on extensive makeup, fancy clothing, and plastic surgery to enhance their appearance.

There was clearly a geographic pattern to the multiple tiers of talent within the street scene. The girls in the alley and spilling around the corners of the alley and Constitucion at Hotels Ibiza and Garcia were "the A Team," in terms of both appearance and service. This top tier of street talent included former club girls and often used short-time hotels with nicer rooms, such as Hotel Coahuila (attached to Adelitas), Hotel Ibiza, and Hotel Garcia. I had the best results with girls near and in front of Hotel Coahuila (including former Adelitas girls) and Hotel Eduardo. The second-tier girls were further up that same western side of Constitucion as one walks away from the alley, and on the opposite (eastern) side of Constitucion. The appeal of the talent in this area was lower, but I found some diamonds in the rough. The short-time hotel rooms here were of lower quality and often hotter than outside. Toward the opposite (west) end of the alley, the girls on Ninos Heroes were the bottom of the barrel.

A significant minority of the street girls wore masks. A majority of those girls wearing masks were concentrated in front of Hotel Ibiza and Hotel Garcia; perhaps those hotels want the girls that use their rooms to wear masks even when they are outside. The masks were an obstacle to checking out the street meat, since they partially concealed their faces and obscured their facial expressions. Perhaps there were more girls that would have caught my eye without masks, and they missed out on business.

The low standards of service and general atmospherics posed another, greater problem. Many of the girls seemed to have a cold, disinterested vibe, and I got the distinct sense from a few of them that they simply did not want to be there. GFE was conspicuously absent, except in a few cases, such as one former Adelitas girl. Only a few girls would kiss, and even then only briefly. Foreplay was generally absent; they typically went straight to the blowjob and then to the fucking.

My biggest gripe was that it was extremely difficult to get BBBJ; most girls insisted on CBJ only, even with the offer of extra money. I knew that CBJ was pervasive in Tijuana under normal circumstances, but I wonder if the pandemic has made girls even more unwilling to offer BBBJ, either because they genuinely fear catching the virus, or if it merely gives them an excuse to avoid doing something that they would not want to do anyway. Furthermore, on the few occasions when I was able to get BBBJ, it was usually low in quality and occasionally toothy. Perhaps trying to get them to do something they do not want to do is not a good idea, and the CBJ does at least mitigate the impact of a toothy BJ.

Despite these major limitations, I was pleasantly surprised at the relatively consistent quality of service that the girls did provide within these very narrow parameters. Perhaps the absence of supplemental services has led them to excel at those two most basic services that they do provide: sucking and fucking. The quality of some of their CBJs pleasantly surprised me, as CBJ has usually been a showstopper for me. Perhaps having to work with the obstacle of the condom all the time has forced them to improve their technique in other ways. This experience in Tijuana has led me to reconsider my historic opposition to CBJs. I often find it difficult to nut from fucking after a CBJ, but many of these girls could ride a dick quite well and pleasantly surprised me with their skills in this regard. They were also highly responsive to feedback and direction and generally did as I asked within the narrow limits of the services that they do provide more so than girls in other destinations, in fact.

I read reports on individual street girls on ISG and was pleasantly surprised that I could actually find some specific girls that they mentioned, based on their descriptions and regular locations. Highlights in this regard included: Daylin, the petite spinner in the schoolgirl outfit with partially blonde hair and strong oral skills; Edith, with curly hair, exotic facial features, an athletic build, and a powerful set of ass and thighs; and "Wendy Vampire," who reminded me of a Mexican version of Arya Stark. She is a MILF, and maybe even a GILF, and has fake tits & ass, but she was clearly in better shape than many of the young girls and delivered very vigorous service. She (pictured) and Daylin were my only repeats.

Typical pricing for an "all-inclusive" session, with nudity, CBJ, and multiple fucking positions for 15-20 minutes, was 400 to 500 pesos. Some of the hotter girls and the former club girls might ask for slightly more say, 600 and some even asked for 800. I balked at paying that much, except in the above case of Eileen, who was smoking hot and could have easily cost twice as much under normal circumstances at Adelitas. The girls were generally good about keeping their word and delivered the agreed upon services, except one or two at the lower end of the talent pool outside the main alley.

    Conclusion.

This trip was a net positive experience, despite the unfavorable circumstances and certain aspects of the Tijuana scene that do not fit my preferences. Given the circumstances, I was grateful that I had the opportunity to monger at all, and the street scene often exceeded my expectations at very reasonable prices. This trip also reinforced my broader interest in traveling to Mexico in general and for other purposes, which is good if only because I might find it hard to travel to many other countries for the foreseeable future. I doubt that Tijuana would be high on my list of mongering destinations if and when the world returns to some semblance of normalcy, but I would hope to check it out again if and when I come to the area for other reasons. My main reservation would be that the club scene, which seems to be the main attraction, may not work for me if my admittedly very limited experience with the club scene on this trip gives me any idea of what to expect under normal circumstances. The club scene costs a lot more than the street scene, both for the girls themselves and the additional expenses. The visual appeal of the club talent is clearly much higher, but I would find it difficult to justify the greater expense if the quality of their service is on par with that of the street girls, or even lower, as I found.

Especially if they suspect the hombre has lots of cash burning a hole in his pocket.

One can, indeed, return to the USA without a passport. Now it's within the border agent's purview as to what you may need to go through in order to prove that you are entitled to enter. Maybe he'll accept a drivers license. But if it's a CA license I think they are under no obligation to do so, as CA hands them out to illegals, too. That's just a guess. You could produce a birth certificate. Maybe a note from your mom would help.

All kidding aside, you have a right to come in. But they may, or may not, give you grief and send you to secondary.
