Argentina because they're basically Italians which is why so many are used for telenovelas in other countries. Brazil has more in terms of raw numbers but it also has a much much higher total population so obviously I'm referring to Argentina in terms of percentage of the population that are so called white Latin Americans.

I went through the government website, it was not an expedite fee. It is good for 180 days, the $30 ones are supposed to be only good for 1 trip, read yours. But a lot of Mexican immigration let you get away with 180 days.

    No FMM BS

I walked into Mexico, through PedEast, yesterday (Saturday) around noon. The line was very short, because the Immigration officer was merely glancing at passports and waving people through.

A friend, who walks through weekly, says that's typical these days.

I walked into the US around 7:00 PM the same day, and the line took a little over an hour.

Did you by any chance sign up via one of those "expediters" who charge you an arm and a leg to "help" you get your documents?

Thanks for the info. It seems like all you need to do is say I am visiting friends. And coming back leave real early like 1:30 or 2 am. To avoid the crazy line. Would that also work on Sunday night? Meaning Monday morning, LOL.

I wouldn't want to miss my plane. There should be a faster way to get a global entry pass or sentri pass than waiting 4 months.
Give yourself and extra 1 1/2 minimum if you have a flight. You never know what the situation can be. Personally I would start the process at 12 am then kill any extra time chilling out in McDonalds having a coffee or something to eat.

I was not in Manhatten in 1961 but I would not doubt that it may have been a better environment than it was in 1976. However, from what I'm seeing today 2021 NYC is by far a greater failed state than 1976 NYC.

Back in the 70's and I would say early 80's Manhatten was a very dangerous place at nights. Robbery at knife or gun point was common. I was around 18 when I first visited Times Square and its environs and frankly I was never scared. I walked all over Manhatten at nights. I always walked the populous streets. Any street that looked dark and deserted was avoided, those were the dangerous ones. There were guys who would look at you menacingly on 42nd st. , Broadway, Times Square, for example, but they could not do anything, too many people around. After midnight one further restricted ones treks.

As a matter of fact I think I did once and think I saw a contraption on display there on which you can have sex in many different positions. I did not explore further. That's a very fuzzy memory though. There was good and bad on the Deuce, the bad was the drugs, you could not walk ten paces without someone greeting you with "coke, acid, speed?".

I worked at a few other scandalous "revues" in the area then around 1993 - 97 is when things started to close down and Disney stepped in.

I tell people about the peep shows with rooms behind the screen and its hard to believe. The girls used to come out and sit with you while watching the movie and fondle your junk to get you into the back rooms. Really nice looking Puerto Rican and black women. There is so much more to it. I get emotional when I discuss the DEUCE. Definitely a major player in my life for better or for worse.
