Disagree. Some of us live where it's hot as fuck so driving a few hours during summer vacation season to Tijuana where it's 80 compared to 110 degrees is fucking paradise by itself. You throw in one of my favorite foods (tacos) for cheap, a $70 room at Ticuan that'd bust me $200 in San Diego, and tons of chicas putting out for just $60-85 (1200-1700), and it's perfect for me. Are there better pay for play destinations? Of course, but it's difficult for me to get away for more than a few days at a time due to the demands of work.

Exactly. Only reason I have ever been to Tijuana is because I was in the Navy in San Diego over 30 years ago and we would go on weekends. I believe in CA strip clubs, you cannot have alcohol and nudity at the same time. If you like to watch them butt naked, get your alcohol fix somewhere else first. Up North, we have O'Farrell theater, used to be the best in San Francisco but I have not been there in years. They have nudity and no alcohol.
