Anyone doing implants should get an implant dentist. A specialist with special training. Don't settle on a vanilla dentist that does taught himself implants. From my personal experience, they actually drill a hole into my jaw. It is a pretty freaky experience that makes an extraction a walk in the park. And sometimes they got to do weird shit like build a graft if you don't have enough bone.

Do what you like and RUN AWAY from anything in a bottle sold on TV or the internet. Accept that you're not 20 anymore, and the dude that nailed 44 chicas was probably full of it, and now you've made his whale story YOUR problem.

Actually, Dr. De La Vega's office is pretty small. Two chairs last time I was there (pre-covid), but looking at the site now it looks like he's expanded. He's a great guy with a great personality. I've used him several times, as have friends and family members. I have not had any implants done, so I can't speak for that.

I've never been to the office -- just going off the web site. It does list three dentists, and shows a fairly large-looking office, but I don't know. Just passing along recommendations from other Tijuana-focused forums.

All of the above speak English and have been highly recommended. Dr. Ruiz is very good and well-respected, but his practice is pretty small and he has no web site. The other two are big corporate dentistry clinics.

One of the guys here posted he slept with 44 girls last trip. I didn't even do that when I was young. What is that guy taking. My doctor said trt can cause cancer and other side effects even if you try to get testosterone to a young person range and not abuse it. I'm concerned about what will keep me busy as I keep aging, since I'm definitely slowing down with mongering. I thought about buying a Honda ATV and jet ski to keep busy, but I'm assuming I'll tire of that too. Any suggestions to make retirement more enjoyable. Financially, I'm doing better than ever, but I feel my energy levels and spunk are almost gone.

If you have no insurance, use the one with the great reputation. If you have great insurance, use the one that knows how to file a claim to your insurance in English.

Sex is a lot sweeter if you somewhat care for and try to deliver pleasure to the sex partner, not just taking pleasures from them.

Guys tend to grow more secured and softer with age, caring more for others in all relationships. A lots of middle-aged guys have problems raising erections unless they have enough time to build some levels of personal rapports with the girls. Don't let the commercials on TV sell you that T = Sex.

Sex is great, but without an emotional tie it's not unusual to tire of it. We're not all the same, but this is something GNC can fix for you. And looking for 'T treatments, an be dangerous.

So I recently read a article that Rod Stewart said he became bored with sex and banging models in the 80's and 90's. After a while it just became blah for him. As I have stated before here, I am also getting like that. My last trip I was with 2 girls and it was a 8 day trip. That would have been unheard of 15 years ago. Do you think its boredom on our parts when this happens or is it just age and reaching 50 and beyond. I haven't been able to figure which one yet. What do you mongers think. Is it boredom when we slow down or just age.

I'm hitting about 45 yrs old, I just lost a lot of weight and I'm more in shape and active then I have been in awhile.

As we get older I know we lose testosterone, I just went to HK this past weekend. And it was amazing. I try not to stay for too many days since it can get boring / repetitive. I try to make an annual visit or 2 visits per year to keep it exciting.
