I'm really not sure if your posts are legit. I'm really not meaning to be critical in my response. I'm not qualified to hand out advice but I say this in that manner. If they are true, I think it's a wise decision to stay away from Tijuana. You don't seem to have any positive experiences. Months ago, it was the many safety concerns. Now the chicas mistreat you? US girls are cheaper?

Seriously, I think you need to re-evaluate your approach. Again, I'm not trying to be an ass. Your experiences seem to be unique to you. The very fact you say it happened at HK, Chicago, Adelitas. There is only one common denominator in those situations. And it's not the girl, location or bar. None of us can say what is it that others find so off-putting. But if that happened to me, I would try to figure out what I'm doing wrong. If I don't feel like I've done anything wrong, and there are greener pastures elsewhere, I'd ask myself why I still bother with Tijuana and the Tijuana message boards.

Ended up getting a room for first time above bars. It was honestly very depressing to sleep here like another poster had mentioned who goes back to San Diego at night. I previously would stay on the less depressing revolution. The sheets are not bleached like American hotels. I was surrounded by machine guns all night, federales, policia, guys getting thrown in police vans 30 feet from Hong Kong, tried going into oxxo and the money pickup service had a shotgun ready to blast anyone who walked in. Waking up in zona norte, trying to walk outside at 9 am is tough you get hassled really badly compared to night time. The worst offender is the shoe shine guy who walks around with his kit, he will follow you for blocks begging till you pay him to go away, another selling tiny candies followed me literally into my Uber once in the car he's still asking for money, then you got the guys selling drugs mumbling stuff you just assume it's drugs. Then the army guys. Even in the morning. Non stop, if it's so dangerous why not set up police station or two and have checkpoints. I think I won't be returning the girls have been cursing at me for stopping after one drink. Chavellas Hong Kong Adelitas Chicago. Been cursed at almost Every time for only one drink. Will spend time in America from now on.

Have to agree with GNRPorche that staying overnight in la Zona sucks. I've done it several times in master suites and normal rooms. Gets old fast and waking up to junkies and drug dealers. Not the most invigorating thing a man can do.

I just go to Tijuana for sex now. I have no interest in anything outside of the Zona besides restaurants.

I just finished 8 days in those same bars and bought just 1 drink for about 10 different ladies. Yes, they wanted more drinks, but they were always polite after a single drink. Usually they thanked me for the drink and whatever small tip I gave some of them.

Look to your own actions to determine why they cursed at you. I never experienced anything like that.

Twice I had girls in the room before the deal fell through because they wanted payment first and I insisted on payment after. Even in those difficult situations there were no nasty words exchanged.

I was in Tijuana last week, came in on Friday and left Saturday. The razor wire barriers were already set up. I checked the app bwt and saw that driving was more than an hour walking was 10 minutes. Decided to park and walk. When I was returning the line barely reached the liquor store. I waited 15 minutes and was back in the US. The new building for cbp also has double the desks as the old one and everything was streamlined. Unfortunately there is no longer a ready lane only general and sentri. Luckily everything wen super smoothly.

Look at the live cameras as of Tuesday morning. There were concrete barriers with razor wires high on top blocking off most lanes. Looks like Sentri and Ready lanes were moving but Regular lanes were not.

Saturday at 8 PM and mid night, regular lanes stretched back all the way to O'Campo, estimated 6 to 8 hours wait or more. We went back in Sentri car lane at midnight with only 10 minutes delay, but with the long wait, the people in Regular lanes will get very mad at the migrant caravan.

I waited 25 to cross El chaperal maybe though it was Christmas shopping. Saw a lot of migrants right outside with government officials, clipboards, and many tents a half mile away. They got them tiny tents probably on purpose so they don't get comfortable. If they tell there friends how easy it is, half Latin America will be leaving for America and most qualify due to most people being surrounded by violence.

Did anyone try to cross on foot today, I saw on the news that the car lanes were shut down for hours.

I do appreciate the reports that are coming through various sources saying, to this point, there has been no impact at the border. That is the kind of information that contributes to the value of this board.

I totally agree including this is not the time or place to talk politics, there are plenty of other sites on the net for that. Political bantering has contributed to the downfall of at least one Tijuana board. Just not a good place to discuss such matters. We can all exercise self control and dump where appropriate.
