Did you by any chance sign up via one of those "expediters" who charge you an arm and a leg to "help" you get your documents?

Whoah! $90 for 180 days? I only paid $30 last month for 180 days.

Thanks for the info. It seems like all you need to do is say I am visiting friends. And coming back leave real early like 1:30 or 2 am. To avoid the crazy line. Would that also work on Sunday night? Meaning Monday morning, LOL.

I wouldn't want to miss my plane. There should be a faster way to get a global entry pass or sentri pass than waiting 4 months.
Give yourself and extra 1 1/2 minimum if you have a flight. You never know what the situation can be. Personally I would start the process at 12 am then kill any extra time chilling out in McDonalds having a coffee or something to eat.

I was not in Manhatten in 1961 but I would not doubt that it may have been a better environment than it was in 1976. However, from what I'm seeing today 2021 NYC is by far a greater failed state than 1976 NYC.

Back in the 70's and I would say early 80's Manhatten was a very dangerous place at nights. Robbery at knife or gun point was common. I was around 18 when I first visited Times Square and its environs and frankly I was never scared. I walked all over Manhatten at nights. I always walked the populous streets. Any street that looked dark and deserted was avoided, those were the dangerous ones. There were guys who would look at you menacingly on 42nd st. , Broadway, Times Square, for example, but they could not do anything, too many people around. After midnight one further restricted ones treks.

As a matter of fact I think I did once and think I saw a contraption on display there on which you can have sex in many different positions. I did not explore further. That's a very fuzzy memory though. There was good and bad on the Deuce, the bad was the drugs, you could not walk ten paces without someone greeting you with "coke, acid, speed?".

I tell people about the peep shows with rooms behind the screen and its hard to believe. The girls used to come out and sit with you while watching the movie and fondle your junk to get you into the back rooms. Really nice looking Puerto Rican and black women. There is so much more to it. I get emotional when I discuss the DEUCE. Definitely a major player in my life for better or for worse.

    2. Sentri. Will get you through almost as fast as 3 AM just about any time of day. I have seen the line stopped yet they keep letting Sentri people through.

    3. Pay someone at the border. The shuttle is the most legit feeling way. Shuttle costs like $7 or something. Also can pay $20 at the office building for a one day "mexican sentri". This is legit but it does not feel legit. Last time I did this the policia kicked the people out of the line before us and after us but left us in the handicap line. They like the people who pay and kick out the people who are just cutting. Actually had someone in the regular line try to "snitch" on us. The policia looked at us but said nothing. They know who pays and who does not pay. Honestly money paid here is just a stupid tax for not having the Sentri.
Where do you get the $7 shuttle from? One would think they would check for visas if you did this as well?

I filled one out on-line this last visit over LDW and think it saved me some time. I still had to wait for a border agent to inspect it and validate my receipt printed which I made sure I brought. A groups of 10 guys ahead of me without visas had to first be processed. I waited 15-20 min for the initial but got it stamped and signed and my 2 follow on visits over LDW flow I breezed right thru.

Crossing after 9 pm is usually a good time to cross. Only have to wait 5 or 10 min.

I was also trolling The Zoo on 46th st. Never made it to Plato's Retreat though. Peepland was the first place I visited. My father had an office for 40 years two blocks away. Those were good days.

Hargow20, it was my brother they cheated and beat. I did not want to return but relented since they had the best girls of all the brothels I knew of at the time.

Captain Solo, in the 70's and 80's NYC had hookers as hot as or hotter than what you can find in FKKs in Germany today and generally they gave better service for reasonable prices. Back then I paid between $10 and $30 a FS session. I got great BBBJCIM in my car for between $5 and $10, orgasm guaranteed! My best mongering days.
