I'm still rocking 6 months with the bar girl. She has been great and like you stated she never put a price on her time with me. In my experience, newbies to San Diego rent a place by the beach, then eventually realize the rent is too high. They then move to El Cajon for cheap rent. I will say that the thought has crossed my mind in the past to move from the East Coast to the San Diego area, with only a small part of that having to do with easier access to Tijuana. Yeah, I mean we're all different, but this how I suspect I'd feel if I moved to SD and went down to the Zona more frequently. "Bored" is probably the wrong word (as yes, the Zona is pretty much never boring) but really think it'd get old and that I'd get burned out after a while.
