Posts: 6531La Zona Afternoon July 4th
Drove down with a wingman arriving 3:30 PM. Traffic was light all the way down from So Cal, crossing the border at El Chaparral. There were very few cars and pedestrians on streets. A few policia patrol cars with 1 Army truck were roaming around the bar block. Nobody checked us for reasons to cross border or to drive in Tijuana. Parked the car in HK's new covered parking on Cosntitucion across from the alley, 26 pesos an hour, total 120 pesos for 6 hours. Weather was sunny but nice, cool, breezy, very nice to hang out on the streets.
Went in Tropical. The third floor is still undergoing renovation with new tiles being laid, but about 15 to 20 girls were sitting and drinking with guys in a lively lounge. I did not see anyone suiting my taste so just left.
Walked around the bar block. There were lots of girls on surrounding streets, counting perhaps over 150, many hot ones, including half a dozen girls who used to work in HK before CoVid. The girls all quoted higher rates than before CoVid. People seemed to have feelings that everything was in short supply in Tijuana despite having more girls working on the streets.
About a dozen hot girls were hanging out near hotel Garcia. A favorite street girl gave me a quick erection just looking at her pretty face, small natural boobs, flat abs, long sexy legs. Took her up to hotel Garcia. She did a credible CBJ then rode me hard. She really wanted to please in any position. I was humping her hard and fast in missionary. She was huffing, puffing, her eyes went into a daze in exquisite pleasures. It was a hot, honest, sexy session with her. I popped big. When it was over, she was at the mirror putting make up on her face, pouting about everything having gone more expensive in Tijuana. I felt obliged to give her a propina on top of the her normal rate.
Went to. It had about a dozen clients. Sat on the balcony for a few cold beers to recoup, watching girls lining the sidewalk; very few in the alley were wearing face masks. The weather was warm but breezy, very nice to hang out. The wingman showed up after checking in his hotel. He called his favorite girl and arranged to meet her in his room.
I took a walk down towards the Cathedral Plaza. All low-brow restaurants on Ninos are open for business, packed with people without social distancing. Went to the trinket alley, hotel Nelson and the Arc area. Only 3 restaurants were open for business with people sitting 6 feet apart. The meseros said they serve only a limited menu with fried-fish meals from 50 up to 100 pesos.
Walked back to Contitucion, talked to a couple girls with slim, hot bodies, log legs, taking down their face masks for positive IDs. They all quoted slightly higher rates than before. Found a favorite girl with her pretty face and nice, tight, natural body. Had to take her up. In the room, her pretty face and beautiful, youthful body quickly raised a hard erection. She wanted $30 or 600 pesos up front and refused to do a CBJ. The erection got too big now so it was impossible to turn her down. Had to surrender the money. She was restrictive, no CBJ, no sucking tits, no fingering clit, of course no kissing and only 1 posicion, but her sexy and youthful beauty made up for it. Her pussy was wet, amazingly smooth and snug, just the right fit. I was humping her hard and fast with a raging hard on. She was gasping and groaning but after a while urged me to come. I could not hold it long and popped big. It was a good session. Really enjoyed her youthful beauty.
Went to the Garcia's seafood tacos stand. The cheesy and spicy shrimp enchiladas were delicious. Drove back at 7 PM when the sky was still bright with afternoon sunlight. Policias on motos and patrol cars stopped and checked a couple cars but let them go quickly. Did not look like they were hassling drivers for mordidas. There were almost no traffic on all lanes crossing back at the border. Traffic was light on the freeway. Got home in time for another round of partying and watching the firework show.
Time and energy were very well spent in the company of hot, sexy girls and a good wingman. Had a fun and sexy afternoon celebrating Independence day.

Driving over is quick and effortless. I have been driving over 4 times since the CoVid shutdown. Traffic is lighter than before. Was never checked for paper or anything at the El Chaparral check point or anywhere in Tijuana. I also drove all over downtown and Zona Rio last week with no one impeding.
Drove over with a wingman Sat July 4. Got to La Zona quickly about 3 PM, parked in HK's covered lot on Constitucion, only 26 pesos an hour and 120 pesos for 6 hours. With the high parking costs in San Ysidro, I don't understand why the bros just won't drive over, much quicker and cheaper than walking.
There were cops on motos, patrol cars and an Army truck around La Zona. They stopped and checked a few cars but let them go quickly. Did not look like they shook them down for bribes. Most stores require you to wear mask, or they would not let you in. So bring a mask.
On the way back around 8 PM, the cars lines in READY and REGULAR lanes were unusually short, like only 3 to 4 cars each lane. CBP guy waved us through, not even looking at the cards.
Sorry guys had to doubleP.

Wanted to drive into Tijuana in next days through San Ysidro for some surf in Ensenada and some squid in HKong as well as other side trips. It sounds like guys are walking over. Is driving over border possible as well? Websites say other wise not, sure what's official or unofficial. Thanks guys any info I'm sort of in rush to go.

Live from Tijuana hotel room.
Arrived last night in Nuevo Laredo aduana who issued a permit for $0. 00 since my stay is less than 7 days. This was a bus ride from Laredo TX to Monterrey. Instead of going from MTY to CDMX decided to toss in a side trip to Tijuana. Not entering USA. Upon landing and baggage claim THEY SWIPED MY PERMIT! I pleaded that this is a stopover and I am going onward to CDMX after Tijuana monger. Not entering Cali.
I wasn't done with that permit. What are my options?

Posts: 2344So Cal shuts down again
Due to the rise in new Covid-19 cases in California, Governor Gavin Newsom today has announced revised stay-at-home orders for California.
In 19 California counties (just three weeks after re-opening) restaurants again cannot have indoor dining (only outdoor seating).
San Diego County is not among the 19 affected counties. Affected counties can remain seating restaurant diners outdoors, but indoor dining is shut off in LOS Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino (& 15 other) counties. Theaters will be shut down again in the 19 affected counties.
All bars in all of California (not just the 19 affected counties) will also shut down again.
These re-closing orders are initially ordered for the next three weeks.

Hotel Santo Tomas is probably the best place for visitor, nice, clean, secured, on the main road with lots of shops, restaurants, street food, across from the fish market and the malecon where there are lots of good food offers. I stayed there many times with GFs at check in time for double room, never had a problem. They just don't want you to drag in street girls, hanging out on the side street Miramar, through their lobby with families and kids ect and has a security guy to enforce it at night. But you can always convince the guy with a propina.
I also brought girls from the old Bar Anthony to hotel Villa Fontana, no problem.
A little further East is the hotel Hacienda, near club Paris de Noche. This area is sketchy after dark. The hotel is walled in. We were there in Feb. Their sign said rooms for 500 pesos, probably much lower now with CoVid19.
In Feb I drove down with 2 other guys. We wanted a hotel to bring in escorts so we booked a motel South of downtown. It looked pretty near on the map, but it was a long drive. The place has about 40 rooms, dusty, run down, no hot water, with iron fences on windows, had no guests. At night there was 1 guy sleeping in the office, he told us OK to bring girls in. Day time 2 security guards with guns and knives patrol the compound. I had tels for a couple girls living in Ensenada but could not raise them. The local escorts also turned out to be ugly housewives.
Outside of the tourists area, Ensenada is a real risky, run down ghetto.
