    Paxlovid?

By any chance has anyone seen Paxlovid for sale in Tijuana and how much was it? By prescription only I assume?

    Thanks.

What Cascadas could be but isn't IMO

With this hotel being right in the heart of the action and with its association to HK it could be a gem. But it isn't a gem to me because of the small things that just add up.

    Pros:

Proximity-first and foremost. Again, right in the middle of action IE multiple clubs surrounding & scene.

    Reasonably priced rooms.

Reasonable room accommodations: WiFi strength, room cleanliness (I dare say).

Rooms are literally built for sex LOL: furniture, multiple porn stations on TV, pictures on the walls, hot tubs, showers, etc. It's sex sex sex.

To boot, the 24/7 bar and restaurant is decent too.

    But Cons:

Doing anything is a freaking burden at this place; checking in, checking out, walking around the hotel (multiple checkpoints to get patted down and metal detected, etc).

Price / money gouging at every point / minute; checkout I only got a portion of my $50 back because they said my room was dirtier than most? And by dirty, they meant (beer bottles that were not drank everywhere).

And why were the non drank, full freaking bottles everywhere? Because when you bring a girl to your room from the club (a room you paid for, not rented for an hour) they constantly call your room every 30 mins or so to make you buy drinks or gouge you for something. It's terrible.

Basically improved efficiencies and leaving true guests the hell alone would go a long way for me.

In summary, I'm still a bigger fan of getting a nicer hotel (Pueblo or Ticuan) outside the zona and calling over multiple agency girls at my leisure.

Wifi just went down actually. It's all good just going to be here for one day, I'll come back likely later this week to take the car to Kali Kustoms.
Wifi teeters on and off all day just like the rest of Tijuana but there will be enough times during the day with plenty of stability to get things done. I get the same treatment on my local Telcel phone so go figure.

Rio Rita is perfectly located and rooms even have a fridge which is great because many chicas love cervezas and a couple cold ones can lead to amazing sessions. Having said that, the thing to know about Rio Rita is once you register one chica, that's it for your stay. She can visit you as often as you want but only her.

Thanks, that is what I am looking for.

Sorry I should have been more specific. I would like the option to bring someone back because in my experience where some ladies conduct business is just above toughing it out with a tent.

Cheap, fairly clean hotel Hacienda de Santiago

If you drive down to have your car fixed, hotel Hacienda de Santiago is on the corner of Coahuila and Revo, abut 500 - 600 ft South of that Kali Kustom body shop. I stayed there 1 night waiting for my car.

It's $33 a night week day, may be higher on weekend, with free parking. The room is about 2 x as large as Cascada's single room, fairly nice and clean with windows to the street, a fridge and stove. I felt better having windows compared to Cascada's small, windowless rooms which feel claustrophobic. The guy rolled up the sheet and mattress to show me there was no evidence of bed bugs. I saw no roaches.

There are car and street noises all night so bring ear plugs.

    Good body shop

    DJ,

This guy is very good, much better than any shop I have used in US and Mexico.

My car had a gouge about 12 inch long by 1 inch deep on a complex curved surface. I resigned to the fact that no body shop can make it look as beautiful as the original shape, but this guy did it. He sculpted that surface pretty much exactly like the original. The paint is fine and shiny, looking like a new car even before polishing. He also detailed the car and degrease the engine for free.

I would trust him with expensive cars with complex shapes like Ferraris or Porsches. Lamborghinis have mostly flat surfaces, would be easier.

There's no simple answer to your question. Read the Tijuana forums. All of them, at least until you get your bearings.

Isn't this rule number one dealing with women overseas? They aren't American and since when do American women approach you unless you are obviously attractive or smell of money?

This applies to pros, semi's and non-pros especially, you make the first move, they expect it.

Found Kali Kustom at the North end of Ave Revo. Alejandro Deras and his wife operate a body shop and car detailing. He said rather than trying to match the original paint, better to repaint the whole car, takes 2 days. Agreed on a good price, made an appointment and drove the car down in the morning. He had 2 other cars being repaired but started on mine immediately, carefully marked down the gouge and all dings, washed it down, knocked out the gouge, patched up all blemishes, sanded them down. I went to dinner with a girl that night, rode back past his shop in an UBER at 10 PM that night, he was still working on the car, his wife and workers eating dinner with food spread out on the floor.

Came back the next morning, the car was all taped up ready for paint. He said he had to work all night with no sleep to finish it on time for me, poor guy, LOL. He sprayed the car multiple passes with a better sprayer than the rip shops on Calle 3. The paint and clear coat looked like original factory metallic paint, smooth and shiny even before polishing very little orange peel problem. This guy is really skilled in his craft. After finish, he carefully removed all little paint smears, also detailed the car, cleaning glasses inside and out, The car looked very good, pretty much like a new car with original factory paint. He said wait 3 weeks for clear coat to harden then bring it back for free polishing. Mexico allows solvent-based paints which are harder, more durable, adhere stronger than US' water-based paints. He also has a guy who can repair leather seats with good prices.

This guy Alejandro and his wife are good, honest, hard working people. He's a perfectionist. His quality and workmanship are far better than any body shop I have used in US and Mexico. Gave him a good propina for good work. Avoid the rip shops around Calle 3. They employ low-skill workers with cheap equipment, do bad jobs and their prices are even high, sometimes higher than shops in US.

Tell him you are a friend of Capitan Solo. He will give you good deals. Contact me for details.
    Thanks Capt Solo.

My car was repaired from a minor accident on the last day of 2021.

I still have a small dent in the lower driver's door that I would like repaired.

Also have the car fully detailed inside and the driver's seat repaired since it's coming apart.

Do you think your connection can handle this?
