I am only available to do weekend trips to Tijuana the rest of the year. Thinking of either trying to stay at Chicago Club hotel or La Cuevo Del Peludo hotel.

What are the going rates for girls at LCDP?

Are there taxis around or you need to arrange uber / lyft?

Is there food, entertainment or other bars nearby. Within walking distance? Is walking in that area safe?

What's the closest or best border entry to go to from LCDP?

There really isn't much out that way next door to Cueva. You would need to be willing to walk a lot or at the very least take the red ruta taxis. That would get you to Galerias shopping plaza and the restaurants near the Grand Hotel. Easy to do but it might be an inconvenience to you.

If I were you I would hole up in the Grand Hotel and use that as an incentive to the Cueva chicas to visit after work. You can also receive escorts there so if things don't go as planned you have a sure bet with the escorts.

If somebody shot up HK, perhaps killing several people and wounding many more, what do you suppose would happen to HK's business? Hint: it would evaporate overnight, along with the business of all the other clubs in the area. How, exactly, is killing the Golden Goose good for any cartel? You go from millions of dollars per year to zero. And it would be years before the gringos started coming back. Look how long it took for things to return to normal after 2008.

I really don't think the cartels operate on the "if I can't have it, nobody can have it" business model. And that's exactly what you would have if somebody decided to shoot up the joint.

You guys keep defending these pieces of trash like they are honorable criminals that only hurt people in the business. They torched the casino, they killed those black people that were getting surgery, they killed a bus load of teachers and students. It's all bad attention, but they have never cared. They are illiterate mass murderers that are capable of anything even if it hurts them financially. They kill in Cancun, which is supposed to be a no go zone because of the cash cow that place is. They were killing people in major resorts there on the beach.

Here is all you need to know to get to the Hong Kong club area.

10 August 2023 Enter Mexico from PedEast where the trolley stops, by a McDonalds. Walk past the end of the tracks, bearing left and up a ramp to Mexican immigration and go through and show your passport (not sure what to do if you don't have one). When you exit the building you have to go left and down a long walkway. Where it turns left, there is a sliding gate by a hut you would run into if you didn't turn. Tell the guy Zona Shuttle, slide the gate to the left and go through into a small parking lot. Go to the right and exit onto a street. Looking left you see Zona Shuttle painted red on black on the wall. Walk there and go right and through a bigger parking lot, seeing Zona Shuttle, red on black, on another hut. Exit onto that street and go to the hut and tell them you want the shuttle and wait for the one of their black limos. It starts at 2 PM and runs to 3 AM (not sure about the 3 AM). It takes you to Hong Kong for free but tip the driver. Coming back, you wait for it outside HK and it takes you back to where you got on it. Facing the shuttle hut, you walk left along many shops to get to USA immigration. There is often a line stretching back past the hut in the other direction. If you have a Sentri or Global Entry card, you can walk along the line to skip it and enter the Sentri lane. If not, you may be in for a long wait in the line. Guys will try to sell you line bypass but they just walk you to the front of the line and leave you there to cut in, nothing official about it, just a scam. There is no separate line for US citizens who don't have Sentri / GlobalEntry.

Last time I checked this section of the board is dedicated to Tijuana so I'm not sure what happens in other parts of Mexico in a non tourist area has anything to do with HK getting shot up. The Cartels have been trying to force or recruit young men in the more rural parts of Mexico for many years. My ex had to worry about this with her family but luckily nothing bad happened. I follow different people on X / Twitter and you see kids around 10 years old that have been recruited into working for the Cartels with rifles. I've also recently saw one post that had the prices the Cartels were willing to pay for different jobs. None of that has anything to do with how things are run in Tijuana and some high profile tourist bar possibly getting shot up.

HK and other bars have been around for a long time and nothing like that has ever happened, and Tijuana in general just look at how many tourists travel there every day yet it's very very rare that a tourist is murdered so that's why I always claim that Tijuana is no different today as far as dangers to tourists as it was before. Does Tijuana have a high murder rate. Yes but the very high majority is Cartels fighting between themselves. So if you are are worried you can not come but with all the shootings in the US I would say that your just as likely to get shot at your local mall.

Also the link you provided is from a biased news that seems to be tailoring its report for its viewers. I'm not sure what Mexican news outlets they got their information from but reports I've read have different details and this case is still being investigated so what really happened might be better reported later but leave it to the news to jump to conclusions before doing any actual investigations.

I also was impressed with Washington dental. Basically its a gringo dentist right on revolution. Locals will go to cheaper ones but it's good prices. I went to do work my usa dentist said I needed. Washington dental said nonjust leave it alone. So they made no money off me. Exam was free x rays free. I did like 5 implants in last few years which is mostly why I had no $ for hk woman. I didn't do them in mexixo becaise for some reason they wanted me to get blood work and then the graft wpuld happen 1st. My usa dentist just did both at once. Possibly a rush job I don't know but so far all my implants are good, next time I'll try do Mexico. I was also worried I'd never return to California and you have to return a 2nd time for implants months later in most cases. As far as implants go it's very quick 2 minute procedure no pain.

I've had a lot of cleanings and dental work at Washington Dental with no complaints. It's also nice to be walking distance from the Hotel Ticuan and they also offer the Medical Fast Pass which kicks your vehicle right to the front of the line, saving you hours in the process.

I broke one of my front teeth went to Washington Dental. It was fixed within two hours of it happening. Zirconium crown for $750. Comparable to USA prices perhaps? My only complaint is when I went back for a dental guard they sold me a useless soft guard when you need one that is more firm.

No appt needed. First come first serve. You just show up.

1. What makes it "better" is the fact that it is much cheaper LOL. I have basic dental insurance, but like the guy mentioned in the video, it's basically worthless, save for maybe a couple of check-ups a year that get covered. A few years ago was quoted $1000-$1,200 for a deep cleaning in the USA I got the same deep cleaning done at Advanced Smiles in Tijuana for only $200 LOL. Also, most places in the USA Perform deep cleanings over 2 visits. Advanced Smiles did the entire cleaning in one visit, though I did have to be there for 2-3 hours.

I'd imagine the "quality" of dentists in the USA Is a bit better in the USA Than Tijuana, but highly doubt it's nearly enough to justify the price discrepancy, especially for non-major procedures like deep cleanings. Personally, I think the service I've gotten at Advanced Smiles is great and on par with any USA Dentist I've ever been to.

I had a pretty bad snowboarding accident last season and lost three front teeth. Had the bone grafts and implant surgeries done here in Denver. But even with my "good" dental insurance, my out of pocket with my regular dentist was $3200 for the crowns.

Found BioDental Care in Tijuana where price for same was $1600. Everything about the office and dentists was above board professional and top shelf.

I split it into two visits over two weeks and enjoyed 6 Tijuana chicas while visiting.

A friend just got a porcelain on metal crown at Washington Dental in Tijuana for $275 including $28 payment for taxis, said equal to US. Savings paid for trip from IL and some girl money.
