The only really bad time of the year to go to Tijuana is between Christmas and New Year's. Monday and Tuesday nights are the slowest, but you will still be able to find girls. Adelitas and HK have the most number of working women, so those are the best clubs to go to anytime of the year. Working girls only wear coats when they go outdoors during winter. I've never seen a working girl in pants.
