There isn't a topic for small bars in Tijuana.

I used to frequent El Fracaso, there were some nice ladies there. It's kind of dead now.

Also, Rio Verde. But the problem with RV is there aren't barfines, you can't take the lady out of the bar without a hassle.

Long time ago I went and played pool on a small bar near Revolution but I didn't remember where it was. I did a search on my maps app and show a few places. They have a place on the West side of Hotel Cesars. They also have a few places closer to the Zona one that I think is what used to be the old La Tropa bar.

If you take a short cab ride outside the Zona you can also find some better places like Pockets in Zona areío that had been talked about before.

The strip club Amnesia on Revolucion used to have pool tables. Haven't been there in years though. I'm assuming they are still there.

You are 100% correct sir. I cut my international mongering teeth in Tijuana for 5 years before taking a trip to Costa Rica. While I enjoyed it it wasn't anything to write home about. Then I went to Thailand. WOW night and day between Tijuana and Pattaya or even Bangkok. 99% sessions there include BBJ, kissing is hit or miss but usually kissing is allowed. The girls genuinely "take care" of you. They'll clip your nails, pop the zits on your back, wash your ass in the shower for you, and more. Costs for short time run from 1000 (or less sometimes) to around 5000 baht for a gogo stunner.

Sadly the flight is a ***** and the time change is wicked hard to deal with too. But the country (and it's women) are beautiful and incredibly affordable. I go for somewhere between 4-8 weeks at a time. I wouldn't suggest going for less than 2 weeks. But if you're young and adventurous a week to 10 days is the bare minimum.

While I will still frequent Tijuana from time to time. It's simply a small 1 to 3 night trip for me and my MO of seeing escorts might change to the clubs as the costs are just about the same. I can see myself grabbing what I can for a dollar in the club, enjoying the shaving cream show, and then hitting the alley for a less expensive piece of the action.

Sounds like we're in the same boat and of the same mindset.

And you're not being hyperbolic when you say the Thai gals pop the zits on your back, I had a massage lady there that would always pluck them with her fingers, she seemed to enjoy it. Whereas the Tijuana chicas don't even allow real GFE kissing.

I also go to SEA for two months at a time to make the long flights worth it. Looking forward to those two months every year gets me through the days.

I see Tijuana getting worse. Food is insanely expensive. The chicas are getting inflated egos.

I love La Gloria, I have been known to frequent the place. You probably mentioned some good reasons to hangout there. The bad, fichas even in La Gloria are 10 dollars now and no more 2 beers for 5 dollars.

Where else could you ever find a woman who would tell you I can tell the boss I'm going on my lunch break and come to your room. It was BB sex and she didn't even want to get paid. LOL! Thanks for the quick reply. Yeah I've found some really sweet types in there who just are expecting to make a little fisha and dance money and have really really now expectations. The last time I was there. As we were leaving the room she asked me to come have another drink before I left. I said I could t and really had to go but handed her 200 pesos to buy herself a drink. She took it and handed me back 100 and said 200 was more than she needed for her drink.

I used to be very active here on on TJA (RIP) But life's changes have prevented the trips I used to take. The only thing I question is your "24/7" trophy. I don't hang out in the clubs past 11 pm but when I did. The "trophy's" all left the building by 11 -12 am if you were lucky. I would even have to say if you were looking for a trophy at HK you better be there between the hours of 3 pm and 10 pm

I'm not sure what your idea of a trophy girl is but as long as I've been going to Tijuana the young and best looking girls work between 8 pm and 4 am. Some of them don't even start till 10 pm and work till 6 or 7 am. From the early 90's going to CC and AB till now. I didn't even think about going to Tijuana in daylight hours until some guys on Redsnake had good things to say about it.

When I went they have some good looking girls still but the impression I've always felt is that the afternoon girls are more about business in a place like HK, just trying to go up with the Americans that are trying to visit Tijuana before they go back home to the wife. Even when I lived in Tijuana we would hang out only in TB because they had consistent young girls that were much more fun and we never stepped into HK.

That's why many times when I read stories about bad experiences guys have in HK I wish they gave the time because I think it's a different atmosphere in the afternoon compared to late night. That's one of the main reasons I don't bother getting to HK till after 10 pm.

HK is a crown jewel in the mongering world and doesn't exist in CR, closest are german FKKs or maybe termas in Brazil. True, Tijuana has more clockwatchers because the market is mainly club girls and escorts who have pimps pressuring them to sell more ass; CR is all independents so they are free to make their own decisions and stay longer. You can find independents in Tijuana say on seeking who will be much less likely to be transactional. I can see preferring CR to Tijuana but completely abandoning Tijuana for CR is the wrong move.

Yes, Global Entry allows you to cut the whole line on foot, or if driving you can cut those lines too (though you have to register your vehicle with SENTRI). On my first trip there was a reggaeton concert and the line to enter SD was literally miles long but I just waved as I walked past in less than 5 minutes.

A lot of people on here would disagree with you about the club girls and street girls being mainly pimp handed unlike CR. But you are correct the CR girls do seem very independent although I am sure they have some supervisors especially in San Jose. Actually it seems like their "pimps" are just their boyfriend's or family that drop them off at work. HK being the "crown Jewel" wow, I have never heard that said before but I'm glad you found your happy place. Lucky for you it's close by. For most guys HK is like a cup O noodle when you're starving. It gets the job done, but it's not even close to a decent meal.

I got back from a holiday trip to CR and thanks to people here on this forum and a few on the CR forum I made a great choice. NYE is always a tough time for vacation and fun but even as I was told it was as dry as could be in San Jose / Jaco I was able to spend time was a few superstars and a handful of cuties. The best thing was all were GFE or close to it. Nothing like military clock watching "get in and out sailor!" attitude most common in Tijuana. It will be hard to adjust back to Tijuana service. - I am shocked after my first trip to CR that people will fly from far away NY, Miami or Norther states to SD or Tijuana. Why not just fly to CR. Maybe the airfare costs a tad more. The food down there was pricey. The ladies and hotels are not as pricey. And provide better service. I'm pissed I didn't bother to check out CR 15 years ago. I'm sure 95% of you guys on this site have already tested CR. If you have not. Don't think about it, do it. It's well worth it. Just don't over pay as some dip shits like everywhere will pay what the ladies quote. CR women work on supply and demand. Perhaps even HK women. So the price can start high but if you have any balls stick to script and your menu price order of $60-80/100 will be accepted.

With all the border issues happening lately I was also worried about getting stuck in a 5-6 hour line. Does anyone with a Global Entry card know if your pass is a means to bypass all this drama?

Yes, Global Entry allows you to cut the whole line on foot, or if driving you can cut those lines too (though you have to register your vehicle with SENTRI).
