You are 100% correct sir. I cut my international mongering teeth in Tijuana for 5 years before taking a trip to Costa Rica. While I enjoyed it it wasn't anything to write home about. Then I went to Thailand. WOW night and day between Tijuana and Pattaya or even Bangkok. 99% sessions there include BBJ, kissing is hit or miss but usually kissing is allowed. The girls genuinely "take care" of you. They'll clip your nails, pop the zits on your back, wash your ass in the shower for you, and more. Costs for short time run from 1000 (or less sometimes) to around 5000 baht for a gogo stunner.

Sadly the flight is a ***** and the time change is wicked hard to deal with too. But the country (and it's women) are beautiful and incredibly affordable. While I will still frequent Tijuana from time to time. It's simply a small 1 to 3 night trip for me and my MO of seeing escorts might change to the clubs as the costs are just about the same. I can see myself grabbing what I can for a dollar in the club, enjoying the shaving cream show, and then hitting the alley for a less expensive piece of the action.

I'm not sure what your idea of a trophy girl is but as long as I've been going to Tijuana the young and best looking girls work between 8 pm and 4 am. Some of them don't even start till 10 pm and work till 6 or 7 am. From the early 90's going to CC and AB till now. I didn't even think about going to Tijuana in daylight hours until some guys on Redsnake had good things to say about it.

When I went they have some good looking girls still but the impression I've always felt is that the afternoon girls are more about business in a place like HK, just trying to go up with the Americans that are trying to visit Tijuana before they go back home to the wife. Even when I lived in Tijuana we would hang out only in TB because they had consistent young girls that were much more fun and we never stepped into HK.

That's why many times when I read stories about bad experiences guys have in HK I wish they gave the time because I think it's a different atmosphere in the afternoon compared to late night. That's one of the main reasons I don't bother getting to HK till after 10 pm.

On my first trip there was a reggaeton concert and the line to enter SD was literally miles long but I just waved as I walked past in less than 5 minutes.

NYE is always a tough time for vacation and fun but even as I was told it was as dry as could be in San Jose / Jaco I was able to spend time was a few superstars and a handful of cuties. It will be hard to adjust back to Tijuana service. - I am shocked after my first trip to CR that people will fly from far away NY, Miami or Norther states to SD or Tijuana. Why not just fly to CR. Maybe the airfare costs a tad more. The food down there was pricey. The ladies and hotels are not as pricey. And provide better service. I'm pissed I didn't bother to check out CR 15 years ago. I'm sure 95% of you guys on this site have already tested CR. If you have not. Don't think about it, do it. It's well worth it. Just don't over pay as some dip shits like everywhere will pay what the ladies quote. CR women work on supply and demand. Perhaps even HK women. So the price can start high but if you have any balls stick to script and your menu price order of $60-80/100 will be accepted.

Yes, Global Entry allows you to cut the whole line on foot, or if driving you can cut those lines too (though you have to register your vehicle with SENTRI). Maybe going to SEA the last few years has spoiled me as you get much better customer service and true GFE out there for a fraction of the price, but Tijuana is simply going down the drown. Can't imagine I will go back, only if I happen to be in SD and I am blue balled I will cross over and take a SG for a qk and head right back across the border.

Yeah, I just got Global Entry last October. Saved me a 3-4 hour wait in line when I was last in Tijuana this past December. You can go right through the Sentri line on the right to the front and the US customs official will waive you through. So yeah, you'll never have to worry about a long line with Global Entry.

My understanding is Global Entry applications are taking longer than usual to approve at the moment. Took me nearly 9 months from my initial application early last year to finally getting fully approved in late October. Can take anywhere from just a few days to a little over a year to get approved with no rhyme or reason behind the processing times. Most applications do take several months to get approved.

YES. I have global entry.

It provides all the benefits of Sentri line and more.

I never wait at the border. I walk on the sentri path to the US Border police at the end of the line and they waive me through to USA. You still need to go through the almost zero line inside the building and see the border agent at the window who will also waive you through without any hassle.

After applying for global entry you need an interview.

The talk about shutting down the border worries me. The last time there was a problem at the border, PedWest was closed, and there were 6 hour lines at PedEast.

I've got a Tijuana trip lined up in March, but may cancel if they shut down PedWest again.

Wouldn't your post be more useful in the Costa Rica section? It sounds like a ringing endorsement so guys looking at going there could benefit from your post. After all, if someone was considering going there and wanted to do some research, he wouldn't be looking for it in the Tijuana threads.
