I too have had this happen. I also have a few questions. My "novia" says she has papers in for a tourist Visa. She says she wants to see San Diego, Sea world, Disneyland and where I work and live. I have mostly dismissed this for a while as "Punta talk", you know about 98% bullshit!

Well she has a (real) job now (subsidised by SG work!) and has a few years history of rental residency in Tijuana. She is from Toluca / Mexico City. As far as I know no criminal past and she has a pre-adolesent son, never married single mother. My question is: (visa) does this sound like she has actually a chance of getting one? She says she could have it by Sept / Oct. I have the best of both worlds now. Visit and play in Tijuana. Love her and leave her and her "real life" for my "real life".

I; m realistic that there is NO WAY of a permenent long term relationship and I like (and NEED) that border between us! Does anyone have any info on this (her chances of getting it)? Mucho thank you. Cuidate'

The main requirement is that she must have a formal job the last six months, with mexican ocial security (IMSS) , where it has a net salary of 1, 500 pesos (120 dlls) per week at least, everything has to be proven with receipts pay and registration with IMSS.

Actually, even covering all requirements to the satisfaction of the immigration officer, I would say the chances of obtaining a visa for the first time is around 60-70%

i decided to stay the night at cascadas because i thought it might be a rougher night than usual, and it damn sure was just that!

Well summarized, the only girl that is coming close to actually going to the US (not "for" me, so I can claim an unbiased opinion) , is a chica who works in HK in the mornings, I don't know her stage name since I have ever only heard once in the 2 yrs I have known her so I won't be sharing her real name, she supposedly has a long running bf in SD (or LA) , whom she is gaga about forever, she speakers passable english, and she supposedly has passed certain requirements for getting her visiting visa.

Odd SBeach; I read your posts and those of others and wish the hell I was single again, and you guys seem like you are fishing for a live in! Look; anyone who has read my lengthy and numerous posts on this subject knows I say it straight. If I could roll the clock back five years and NOT go to Club Amnesia in Tijuana where I met my wife in 2007 I would! Is she hot; yes! Is she an excellent little wife; damn straight!
