    My personal experience that the alley girls don't like to blow anything, they don't like it for whatever reason the might have and it's a lot easier for them to just laid down and do nothing and collect the $20 and go back to the wall just like playing monopoly.

    More to blow than fuck ?

    That is strange. I have known only known the opposite. To fuck they have to undress, dress and clean up. For a blowjob all they have to do is spit and go. Maybe for some reason they did not want to suck on your lollipop.

    Because when you fuck, you do the work. When it's a blowjob, she does all the work. They don't call it a blowjob for nothing.

    If you are a U.S. citizen just tell the BP that you are a U.S. citizen even if you don't have anything, lying about citizenship is a felony, so if you really are a U.S citizen don't worry about it if they have any doubts who you are they will ask you a bunch of questions or they will take you to your car so you can show them your car registration.
    Don't take copies of any important document, just take the original you have and you should be fine, but get your passport whenever possible so you can avoid any problems or you can just live in TJ for a few years, lots of chicas, salmonella tacos and cheap rent, you can get a job as a barker for the bars just kidding!

    BTW, your passport can be a life saver in Mexico, if you ever get stop by TJ police, my understanding is they will like to see a Passport rather than just a driver license, I don't know why but they might think you have more respect for the country if you bring one when you're in Mexico, they see you more like a clean tourist I guess?

    Went down on Thursday for R&R.

    Hong Kong. This feels like the new Aleditas. The girls are younger than in the past. There are one or two ex-Adelitas girls here. The club was expanded and now extends from the main blvd all the way to the alley. There is always some kind of strip show. Girls here generally have not yet discovered plastic surgery and wear club clothes instead of "Fuck Me" clothes.

    MIAMI. Same as Hong Kong. They've expanded the club to run all the way to the Alley. The girls are older. Or they're thicker.

    ADELITAS. The girls are more glamorous than the other clubs. Unfortunately, they have discovered plastic surgery. For some reason, it doesn't feel like the old Adelitas. But most wear "Fuck Me" clothes. And real or synthetic, the biggest tits are here.

    CHICAGO. Ask to leave by a waiter again for not buying a drink within the first 5 minutes. Why should I buy a drink when there are more waiters than girls? If you use the restroom and forgot to tip the last time, the bathroom guy will hang on to the handsoap until you tip. This used to be a great club. Now it's run by the waiter mafia. I don't know what the fuck happenned to this place.

    ALLEY. For some weird reason, the girls want $30 for a blow but only $20 for a fuck.

    GIRLFRIEND TREATMENT. IMO, buy a girl a drink. If they make out with you in a bar, they'll provide GFE experience.

    US BORDER & REENTRY. What ever documents you provide whether it's a birth certificate, passport or citizenship papers, the Border Patrol wants original documents. NO copies. They were very clear to me with this issue.

    MISC ISSUES. The streets are actually cleaner than the rest of Tijuana. The absent of graffiti is noticeable. The red light district has really cleaned up other than the prostitutes on the streets. I don't know if it's actually safer. But at least it feels more accomodating to tourists like me.

    The following summarizes information available on the Department of Homeland Security’s website.

    * CURRENTLY:
    U.S. citizens need to present either (a) a passport, passport card (scheduled to be in full production beginning in July 2008), or WHTI-compliant document; or (b) a government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license, along with proof of citizenship, such as a birth certificate.

    * LATER:
    On June 1, 2009, the U.S. government will implement the full requirements of the land and sea phase of WHTI. The proposed rules require most U.S. citizens entering the United States at sea or land ports of entry to have a passport, passport card, or WHTI-compliant document.

    According to California law, you are only entitled to privacy if there is a reasonable expectation of privacy. Taping someone in the bathroom where they are alone would be a violation of the law. Taping someone in the bedroom where you are as well is fine, not illegal and perfectly admissable in court.

    Phone calls are another story. The laws vary from state to state with California having the most strict laws. In CA, you cannot tape a call unless BOTH parties are aware the call is being taped or an audible beep is played at specific intervals.

    Of course, law enforcement can disregard these laws, but they need a court order to do this.

    Good place to stay. The manager a couple of years ago told me they were wanting to split off from Travelodge as it was no advantage being part of the franchise. They didn't really receive many customers from the Travelodge relationship but more from passerby traffic going to Mexico. So they wanted to cut out the overhead fees. Maybe this explains the change or possibly new ownership. I've stayed there countless times and always had good service.

    The only truth to that statement is the "required" part. When I got my Passport it was neither fun or easy. And I recall I had to pay like $80 bucks.

    So where is this Palace nightclub located, cross streets?

    IF you do not have a passport, expect to be sent to secondary inspection for a stern lecture and serious delays in getting back State-side.

    They want a passport. Get a passport. It's easy, cheap, fun and required.

    University girls hang out at the Palace and other hot nightclubs and bars in Plaza Rio area. Some make it Las Pulgas but the youth scene in TJ is away from those places. Check the local free publications and post-bills that are up around town.

    A few girls work at the bars for extra cash, as in any city. You are dealing strictly with non-professionals however so your results would be as unpredictable as anywhere. The only saving grace is that the women are much hotter than any Gringa, so the chase might be half the fun.

    Travelodge - San Ysidro

    I found out because I went to get the hotel's address from the Travelodge website, but could no longer find the hotel. After calling customer service they were even unaware that the hotel had changed, but the phone number didn't change so I was able to call and get another reservation. I'll be sure to post some reports. Maybe I'll even run into some of you guys next weekend.
