If you live in So Cal, then Tijuana. If you must fly regardless, then Medellin or any other destinations. Hell, if I need to go over night, I wouldn't go to Tijuana.

I want to buy Viagra / Cialis in Tijuana. Any recommendations for pharmacy and the pill brands.

I don't mind paying extra for good quality authentic stuff.

I see Roma pharmacy near pedeast, Can I just walk-in and ask for Viagra / Cialis or do I need prescription.

In Tijuana, be careful because Viagra may be fake. A good place to buy is the farmacia "EL PIRI" located opposite the Wax Museum. Walk 5 minutes from the Nelson Hotel and Tijuana Arch down the street Primera. Product name "Figral" Sildenafil. Pack of 20 tablets of 100 MG or 10 tablets of 50 MG. Made in Mexico by the company "Mavi Farmaceutica". It is not expensive, I don't remember the exact price, but for 20 pieces of 100 MG tablets you will not pay more than USD 20. No prescription needed.

Was wondering if anyone has been to Tijuana since the storm. The flooding was a mess in Tijuana. I am glad that went to Tijuana on Sunday before the storm arrived.

On Tuesday I traveled in a HK limo from the border to HK and back in the evening. No problem, everything was normal.

By Tuesday things were fine in fact Monday was the big flood day out here. Billi9ns of gallons sewage untreated flowed into ocean though from Tijuana. But the hotel in Tijuana was fine and yes you smelled shit on Tuesday as soon as you walk I to Mexico I thought the person on the 12 peso bus to revolution had sat in shit till I realized everywhere smelled of shit even the beach on Tuesday in San Diego you could smell the shit.

Also noticed that the Mexican customs have not finished installing the new x-ray machines. Kind of surprising since they are fairly easy to install The govt installed barb wire fences to keep people out of the flood control. The national guard & the police patrol that area a lot. There is the dirt piles in the canal for some odd reason.

Yes I do feel fortunate to live so close to Tijuana.

Dude you are so lucky if all you have to do is give up one visit / weekend.

I wish I could go often. But can't get away from work more than about once per 6 weeks. Plus there is the cost and hassle of flying, etc.

I am thinking of avoiding Tijuana in Dec / Jan / Feb. No matter how careful I try to be and get the flu and covid shots, I get sick like a dog when I return from the Tijuana during these months.

The Tijuana Costco sells brand name Viagra / Cialis for cheap. You don't need a prescription. Just a Costco membership.

I have tried just about every generic brand of Viagra there is in Tijuana. The best I have found is a brand by the name of Bullenza. It comes in a red box. Not too many places carry it. The best place to get it is at the Sanborns off of Revolucion by the Hotel Ticuan. It is about 3 bucks a pill.
