Pueblo Amigo is located near the border. You see it when you are on the bridge walking back to the border.

I hear you about remaining anonymous. If I meet somebody while in TJ then sometimes I hang out with them, but this is rare. I have only made one (male) friend in the last 6 years while in TJ. I think it is best to just go down alone and enjoy yourself. Otherwise, you bring TJ back to you in the states and the two do not mix. Keeping your fun on one side and work on another is a good idea.
Next week I think I may actually just hole-up in some hotel in TJ, probably Pueblo Amigo, for a few days and just run back in forth from the hotel to the zona by cab. Then on day three I will leave.
have fun. i may actually post o this site from TJ. There is an internet spot near the HSBC bank on Revolution.

Posts: 1185Thanks for the tip about the fat guy, I'll be sure and try avoiding him. I'll be down there for the 31st as well just like teajayfunaddict. I'd meet you down there and give you a high five but I think it'd be a bit awkward, at least for me. That's why I like the anonimity of the net. So instead I'll give you a high five here.
*Virtual high five!*
It's weird cause while I like going to Tj for some fun, I hate that its literally a mission just to get there. It's not just the drive but preparing for it the day before, that includes doing a check up on my car. At times I wish it wasn't so far away, but then I like that it is cause if it wasn't, I'd be going every weekend. Knowing how far it is discourages me which is good otherwise I'd be blowing all my money there. Plus since its such a long way from home, its also not easy for anyone else I know to get there. Cause I would be totally embarrased running into someone I know while I was in the Red Zone.

I will post on the girls I see tomorrow!
Oh yeah, if you get up to the border gate and see a rather large, white guy, with white hair and glasses, GET OUT OF HIS LINE! This guy checks every bag people have and then runs every ID. Of course, it takes a long time to find info. on some people in line. I was there recently and had only 10 people in front of me but stood in line over 30 minutes! Normally 10 people are out of there in under 5 minutes!
This guy actually walks every person with a bag over to the screener machine behind him!

Posts: 1185Not sure if this was already posted but here is a vid of outside of Adelitas. Surprised the police didn't stop the guy from using his camera in the Zona Norte and even let him get away with recording this event and them.

As for the passports, far as I know, requiring them to get through the Tj border begining Jan 1st 2008, has been postponed indefinitely. I'm gonna take mines anyway just for good measure.

Anyone heading down on the 30th or 31st? Are the passport laws still changing on the 1st?

I don't want to come off as a jerk, but remember guys that these are wh*res. You need not concern yourself that you will be blacklisted or not thought well of unless you are a downright 4th level asshole. Then you deserve it. But the girls want to go arriba to make money, and then they want you to buy fichas for them between sessions.
Nothing wrong with socializing, nothing wrong with buying a girl a drink to see what she does with her rack. I don't mind dirty feet as long as I got that big smile happening.
Dont feel like you have to buy every girl that says "BOO" a drink however. They play that game too.
Be safe and be nice

And I am a bit concerned about insulting them cause in a way, I'm not just there to "fuck" but also make some friends. And I think that if I insult one, she will tell the others and even make stuff up and I'll become "the guy to stay away from." I know I'm just looking too deep into this but thats just me.
Wtf is, "three three?"

If you wanna inject heroin into your arm, fine by me. Keep it off the street and off my front lawn. And don't expect me to use my tax money to dry your sorry ass out once you're a junkie.
But drugs are a commodity and are subject to the laws of supply and demand. Legalization will bring the price down by injecting more competition into the marketplace, will improve the quality, will put a LOT of very bad people out of business, and generate tax money (hardly my first priority).
We saw the same thing with Prohibition, but nobody learned. But, today, you'd be hard pressed to find gangsters killing cops over liquor distribution rights, and Ernest & Julio Gallo haven't corrupted the political infrastructure of any country's government. :-)
Sorry for the rant. The whole nanny-state mindset seems to permeate everything these days.

It's "fun" sometimes having the girl sit with you as you blow wads on drinks for her. She makes money on every drink so will not object.
Do not concern yourself about whether her feelings are hurt or if you insult her. Of course treat everyone with respect and be nice, but get it through your head that it's a BUSINESS. You will pay dearly for sex at Adelitas, you pay for the room, you pay tips you pay for your drinks. Let her buy her own unless you WANT to spend your money on drinks.
The cost of three three at Adelitas will get you laid in the alley. Remember that.

Posts: 1185But think of the moral issues it will bring up and all the people that will be saying, "Won't someone please think of the children!"
Drugs are an epidemic from what I see. In my earlier years there was all this stuff on tv and in school about "staying away from drugs." I followed suit and thought many people did as well being a naive young guy I saw drugs as only being used by street alley junkies. But once I got out there into the real world, the amount of people that are into drug use, hooked or just as a social setting is mind bending. I've never used drugs of ANY kind to get high but like I said before, its amazing how many people do and yet are hypocrites because they're preaching all the time that "drugs are bad, mmkay?"
