Cascadas and Rizo de Oro are the same company, so you can take girls from Tropical + HK to either place if you're staying there, but there's some incidental costs and tipping. Read through the Tropical bar reports, because there were some reports of Meseros pulling some shit with longer sessions in people's own overnight rooms. I don't recall exactly if the report involved an HK girl at the Rizo, or a Tropical girl at the Rizo.

Going south, get off at San Ysidro Blvd and head toward the border. That street is packed with exchanges with rates slightly better than PedEast, all with free parking. I've done a bit of comparing the rates at different moneychangers, and one of the best can usually be had at the one on the south side of Coahuila, just east of Constitution.

That's if I'm driving. If I'm walking, the changers right next to Ped East, on the USA side, are usually better. But not so much so that it's worth getting off the freeway if I'm driving in. (I haven't figured out how to get to Ped East when I'm driving down the I-5.).

Beware of ATMs. They try to trap you into an unfavorable exchange rate. Some allow you to reject their first offer, and take the rate offered by your debit card company, and some don't.

If you buy a VIP card for $ 60 (at the reception) you get a 70% discount on the room rate on Monday and Tuesday and a discount at the "Azul" restaurant on the first floor.
