Did the open the normal booths for foreigners to look at passport get the FREE FMM at no charge for 7 days.

I would like to hear from people who didn't already have FMM who entered in October by foot (at the old transit center entrance. Ped East) - did they make you pay a fee?

I was on SA tonight and checked a few cities. I did a really narrow search in LA and there were close to 6000 women on there. What happened to the feminist movement.
