No, not in these times. The foreigner is not treated any different than a local guy, generally. There are exceptions but I did not find them too offensive. I made close to 20+ trips to the FKKs over the years.

The only FKK that is going to be worth a shit in Vienna is GoldenTime (I haven't gone to Fresh but avoid FunPalast at all costs). Prices are going to be inflated by Hessen / NRW standards but there are quite a few beautiful women there. Yeah it's just like an apartment. That's why I said agencies won't send girls to go private apartments or Airbnbs. This is Tijuana we are talking about. Not the safest of places. Hotels and love motels provide the girls with a degree of security, which they won't get walking into some stranger's building.

It looks like you want to set up shop for a month in a place with an in-room jacuzzi. That's doable but you'll have to pay. The market is very small for such rooms, and anybody who has one for rent will be renting it to cashed-up gringos. So you either pay the market rate, or beat the bushes on the web sites I gave you earlier and find your own. Just understand that pickings are slim.

Once you establish a base of operations you will find getting women to visit will be difficult, assuming your base is a house or apartment. Reputable agencies will NOT send girls to a residence. Period. An AirBnB qualifies as a residence. You'll need to comb mileroticos and sexoservidoras for indies who will go to a residence. Some will, most won't. As you'll be there a month you will at least have time to meet some of them in a motel and establish something of a rapport. It's a known fact with most agencies. The reputable ones won't send girls to an Airbnb (or an apartment, for that matter) for their safety. If an agency sends girls to an Airbnb they aren't doing much to keep the girls safe, and probably aren't doing anything to protect you. I am planning to visit Puerto Nuevo for lunch or dinner possibly. Elizabeth lives near Rosarito. So I thought it might be easier to meet her there. Elizabeth wants to meet me in Tijuana instead. So I will meet her there.

There are a couple that I know of but I can't think of their names offhand. There's one south of town in Potpola near the titty bars and the other is just north of downtown near the beach. There's a drive-in "love motel" at La Gloria if you're driving or you can get there by uber or taxivan but that may be a bit more complicated, IDK. I don't know anything about any of them; I've just seen their signs from the road. Generally speaking, if there's a neon sign and the price is less that 1600 pesos / night, it's a short-term rate. Expect to pay double or triple what you would in Tijuana.

I can spend 30 minutes in there every time I shower. All their rooms have that set up. They have apartment suite set ups in the very back. Worth looking into.

Rates are very high right now. You can't find much for $1,200. Doubt you could find what you're looking for under $2,000 short term.

What are you going to do with that hot tub in AirBnB? Agency girls won't come to private apartments or AirBnBs, they will only come to hotels. I doubt bar / street girls will be willing to come to AirBnB either, unless you're a well known client.
