You seem to really know your stuff around Tijuana and what you say makes sense to me. Would I be better off not staying in the Zona Norte and hitting up the online escorts? Also I was guessing that the lineup at HK have high prices attached to them. I think that I will make the border cross, just have not figured out the best strategy yet.

Were I making a special trip, and had no civvie / semi-pro options, this is exactly what I would do. I have had reasonable luck with online ads. Others prefer agencies. I'm not an agency guy, so I'm not a good resource for that. Personally, I would never stay in the Zona Norte, but doubly so at this time. Not out of any sense of danger, I just don't think it's worth it.

The last time I was at La Mansion they allowed all night during the week. However, I think they have changed their policy. If you must stay there, I would call and check. I know that El Parador allows overnight stays during the week. Villa Dorada has all-night prices and 4 hour prices. I think Via Motel does, too.

Now a word of caution about motels. They do NOT allow in and out. Once you're in, you're in for the duration. So, you may want to re-think a multi-day stay in one. Frankly, for a multi-day stay you will be far better off getting a regular hotel where you can come and go as you please.

The room is comfortable: air condition, television, shower, large bed etc. But this price of $ 29 US maybe $ 30 was always for only 4 hours stay not for the whole night. You'd better call the motel and make sure it's the price for the whole night, not 4 hours. They also have rooms with a jacuzzi for 4 hours, something about $ 40-45 US. From the room you can order food and drink including alcohol (the menu is in the room).

I think depends on the day that you go to La Mansion. Friday to Sunday is only for 4 hours. Monday to Thursday is for whole night. I don't know if I remember correctly.

Cross into Mexico by foot, Uber to Hotel Ticuan, hire as many escorts as it takes to empty your clip, and return safe. Done. Simple.

Ignore the "muggers on every corner" contingent.

Yes, you could get a room at Cascadas for a few days. Many paraditas will go to Cascadas, although some won't. Cascadas does have a lineup where you can choose. The general opinion is that they are the be Team and see Team. Some, but very few, escorts will go to the Zona Norte and see you in your room.

So, if this is what you have in mind for a few days, by all means visit.

I know the bars are closed and would just be interested in banging some Mexicanas in my room at the Hong Kong. $250 and up is why I usually monger in Colombia, Costa Rica or Mexico. I would think there would be some passable escorts doing a half hour for $150-$175 during these hard times.

Okay, as I mentioned in one of my previous reports, I know an American girl who lives in Rosarito. I asked her to gather intelligence on the subject opening. Her surveillance only involved Rosarito. Her report is as follows. In Rosarito you can open your bar if you pay the authorities $1,000 American dollars. A bar called LOS Amigos in Rosarito did just that and has opened. She went there "undercover" on Thursday night and they had a band. She said the bar stools were removed and you needed a mask to get in but then you can take it off once your seated. It sounds to me like they are shadowing San Diego policy with the exception of the money to open. When I asked her about Tijuana she said she believed they would have their own policy because of a different mayor. I do not feel this operative can provide anymore input for us so I thanked her and told her cease any future surveillance.

I was craving Auntie Anne's pretzels last night so I popped down to San Ysidro outlet mall as the pretzel place is opened again. I was so close to the girls of Zona Norte. At that last exit before turning off I was thinking. What if my car just veered off and missed the exit. Ended up in Tijuana.
