As to taking girls off the stage. This applies to a girl dancing on the main stage by herself. Not a lesbian show. It is my only experience taking a girl off the stage in HK.

This was about 13 years ago so take that for what it is. I was younger and less patient back then. I had fixed my attention on a girl named Barbie. Almost all of the dancers are available for sessions upstairs. Very few girls only dance and don't go arriba. Unless she's on the main stage, pretty much any of the girls would have no problem getting down if you asked her to go up with you right then. If you want her to sit with you and have a drink and interview her before a trip, just slip her a dollar and ask her to come see you when she is done. On a Friday or Saturday night, this may not work so well since there are so many guys there. She could easily be snagged by someone else.

I almost never use the ATM's in Tijuana. The HSBC is about the only ATM I trust in Tijuana. The good thing is that gives both dollars and pesos. The downside is that walkup ATM closes around 5 or 6 pm. There is another bank across the street this reasonable to use as well.
