Tomjackin has been roaming the zona and the boards for years and is highly credible. Yes Caesars definitely has a puta-friendly policy. There are actually a few putas that on occasion hang around outside their door at night, waiting to proposition single men who are coming and going. But it is not up to Caesars to decide whether a SG will accompany you there. It is up to the SG and / or her padrote. You may find junkie SW's in the zona that may be willing to go to Caesars but SG's generally will not. Not unless you have a long history with them and / or willing to shell out an exorbitant price. The chances of walking up to an unknown SG, offering her the standard 200-400 pesos for a 15 minute session at Caesars and having her agree, is 0%.

If you have a room in Cascadas and want a girl to leave her post in front of another (non-affiliated) hotel, the hotel may charge you to not use their hotel. I think the girls who are willing to walk for a minute to Cascadas will not be willing to leave Zona Norte on a long time trip.

Ahh I can see this adding up if you have to travel multiple hops. Luckily, I live close to a major airport which is a Spirit Airlines hub. My last flight was $170 round trip on Spirit, direct to San Diego. Hard to beat that.

If I lived on East Coast. I'd probably just drive to Montreal, which also has a great mongering scene. Quite different from Tijuana, but very good.

I live on the east coast. I enjoy going to san Diego for the climate, beach, and those nights in Tijuana. I try and use my miles, and get a cheap flight. Basic rent a car, and hotel to crash.
