I am still looking for someone who has had experience with either the brand name or the generic (in Tijuana.) Back in the states I talked my doctor into giving me some samples. I found that Cialis worked better for me than Viagra. It gave me a lot get window of opportunity; 4 hrs vs 1 HR.

I buy 28-packs of the "Daily Dose Cialis" (5 MG) for USD $90 at a Calimax store that is FAR off the tourist track. Calimax is a major chain, and there's at least one near the Zona, but the prices may vary from store to store. And the first time I asked for the 28 X 5 pack, they had to order it. They did have smaller packages in stock.

I don't know what the prices are for the larger (non "Dialy") doses, and I'm sure the prices are higher for smaller quantities. And, in any case, it's a lot more expensive than the generic Viagra at Piri. I tried Piri once, a couple of years ago, but (at that time) they didn't have ANY Cialis.

I bought a box of 10 Cialis 10 MG, about $12 a pill, in Rio, took 1 whole pill and had erection for 36 hours. It took much longer and harder work to reach climax with the big Cialis boner.

From the farmacia at the Mercado Artesania, bought a box of Cialis sealed with hologram about $7 a pill. The farmacist swore the were genuine, but they turned out duds. Again in ZhuHai, China, Cialis in sealed box sold by a pharmacy turned out fakes.

In both cases the pills were tested negative on El Capitan and a few other guys with questionable libido.

I used Milenia on my first couple trips. No more. One other that I've used is Tijuana Farmacia on Revolucion. That was before I went to Piri. But Tijuana farmacia sells then for $1. 20/ pill. They aren't open all hours of the night but I've walked past at 8 PM or so and they were open. Like everyone else, I'd recommend Piri over all others. But if you are on Revo, Tijuana Farmacia seems to have the best prices.

Next time I will be earlier. BTW taxi driver didn't know where is Piri I told him to go to the hotel Nelson. Farmacia Piri is about 1-2 min walk from the hotel Nelson.

$20 US is way too much for 4 pills. I think you are talking about Farmacia Milenia. Last I checked, that's what they charge. They have a monopoly at the border area. But paying $5/ pill is crazy. Piri has it for 70 cents / pill. And there are other farmacias on Revolucion will have them for no more than $1.50/ pill. Milenia is convenient but you'll pay for that convenience.

I responded well to brand name Cialis bought in Tijuana, but it cost about the same as those bought in the USA at the time because it was imported from the USA. The generic Cialis was worst than worthless. Because it was ineffective It ruined sex for the following 24 hours since I was unable to take another ED fearing overdose. In the end, I said good bye to Cialis and switched over to generic Viagra since they are made in Mexico and too inexpensive to be fakes. I now buy the lowest dose of generic Viagra and take it right before going upstairs.

Farmacia Piri closes too early. You can buy at farmacia by taxi stop open late in the evening. (go from San Ysidro trolley station to border and from border to taxi stop (5 min.) IMHO Figral is the best (Sildenafil 100 MG) producer "Mavi. " Prices I do not remember exactly but 4 tablets cost USD twenty and something if you buy 10 tablets USD thirty and something. (4) 100 MG tablets for 20 something USD? What a ripoff. Better get to Piri Pharmacy before they close. No need to throw your money away. You can use the extra money you save on a hot chica in la zona. Ijs.

Costco in Tijuana also has generic Viagra / sildenafil. A dozen 100 MG tabs should be just barely over 10 US dollars. Works great. Close to the border and a big international company with a good reputation too. No prescription needed but you do need a Costco card.

‎Levitra or Vardenafil works for me the best, It has no side effect. Does anyone know if they have Levitra. I usually take Vardenafil 10 MG plus Depoxetine 15 MG to get me longer action. Just wonder if they have Dapoxetine 60 MG as well.

But if you can get there in daylight, they sell a 10-pack of 100 MG Figral for IIRC 112 or 122 pesos (the equivalent of around $6 or $7). I think the 4-packs were around 52 p or $3.

I can find the Wax Museum on a Google map, but the farmacia does not show up. Is it a small or big place. Another poster said that the Hong Kong is about a 7 minute walk. Is it a safe walk during the day or do I have to dodge miscreants.

It's about 10 city blocks, straight down Constitucion. If one follows the walk / don't walk crosswalk signals, it would take about 25-30 minutes.

What you are failing to consider in your lengthy analysis is that tourists that use pesos are treated more like locals and that tourists who spend dollars are treated like suckers (to be taken advantage of).

Many merchants will negotiate and sell goods at higher prices when the customer is spending dollars. Many merchants have "pesos' and "dollar" prices for the same goods that don't follow actual, current exchange rates.

An extreme example is street girl pricing. This is not true for all street girls, but many of them (desiring simple math) use a 10:1 exchange rate and will settle for either $20 or 200 pesos to go arriba.

I didn't miss that in my analysis because I was not trying to account for street merchants or even street girls for that matter. Both posts specifically and exclusively look at the bar girl scene. That is because we can take take the general information from the big clubs and draw some averages that allow a basic baseline on cost and ability to save money between pesos and dollars. Based on the available data there is no way to create the same baseline on street girls, taco vendors, farmacias, and every other vendor type out there.

I would also point out I made the case at the end of both posts that if an individual has advantages to assist their negotiation which would change the maths. In general though I stand by my analysis as a solid baseline where at current exchange rates and given a limited ability to negotiate there is no savings for the club going monger to choose pesos over dollars. But hey if it works for you because you have become a quasi-local great, that just isn't the typical person here.

Yes, there are some girls that struggle with the math. SGs and I've also had a few in HK that screwed up the math, even after pulling out their phone calculator. LOL.

As for local vendors, I think, if they see a gringo, pesos or dollars do not matter. I think familiarity is far more important than the currency. I always stay in Ticuan and I've got to know most of the vendors on Revolucion from my countless walks to the zona. They pick out the tourists to be taken advantage of before they know the denomination in your wallet.
