    It happens to me, too.

I too have a history of not recognizing a girl I nailed just 24 hours prior. This happened several years ago with little America in Hong Kong. On the first day she had her hair, makeup, and clothes in a certain way and she looked great. The next day she was dancing right in front of me trying to get my attention. Eventually, she just said "Don't you remember me, I'm America from yesterday?" Everything was different (hair, clothes, makeup) and she looked rather ordinary. Since the prior day's sex was great, I took her upstairs for another round. Though she was as sweet as could be, she just didn't look as good and the sex was not great. Women can be such chameleons.

I wonder if this is the same America who cleaned out the Captain's wingman. At that time there were two Americas, big America and little America. I never spent time with big America, but little America was a true spinner and a sweetheart. Just the kind of girl who could clean your wallet and leave you hurrying to the ATM for more money.

    Back Pain

For you guys with bad back pain, your primary care doctor will probably send you to physical therapy. Take that as good advice, it works. The PT will give you a thorough exam and develop a treatment plan. In many cases that will bring you to the PT "gym" about 3 times a week and force you to do specific home exercises. Those exercises will strengthen and stretch your muscles and that is often effective at eliminating back pain. Those home exercises are important. It worked for me and I continue to do the exercises to avoid future back pain. Back pain no longer limits my sexual positions.

The PT treatment takes a lot of your time and energy, but it can often prevent surgery and help you get off the undesirable medications.

I break the 800 into 2 and hence take 400 MG when needed. I also have 600 MG that my doctor in USA has prescribed for me. I try to take as little as possible and tough it out. Will be in Tijuana in a couple of weeks for my dental work but will stay about 4 nights as I have not paid a visit for a while. Had rotor cuff surgery couple of months ago and recovering.

Sounds to me you have sciatica nerve inflammation it's very painful pain in your lower back by the waist line. I had a few of those before not fun at all I couldn't get out of bed and had to take a leak in a bottle because I was like paralyzed. Sciatica is very common to men or women fat or thin it doesn't matter this pain can strike without warning the only cure if you have it chronic is back surgery. Next time try ice compress take aleve or ibuprofen it does work. Pain Narcotics and cortisone are the best but they are dangerous. It sucks when you get this back pain flare with a girl.

    Health Care in Mexico

If you're an employee of most companies (HK dancers, for instance) you'll be covered by what they call Social Security, aka IMSS. If you're unemployed and indigent you may be covered by Seguro Popular, but I'm not up on all the requirements in order to receive free care. If you have money you can get private insurance and go to private hospitals. But there is little "free" medical coverage in Mexico and certainly not for gringos.
Seguro Popular is the national health care plan for the very poor and is free to anyone who cannot pay. Including prescriptions and hospitalization. Seguro Social is a national health care plan that is for those who can afford to pay between $200 and $300 usd a year as a premium. Many employers provide this for their employees. It has more complete and prompt service than Seguro Popular. There is also a health care plan similar to Seguro Social which is for all government workers and is provided free for them. Even foreigners that live in Mexico with a residence visa may sign up for Seguro Social. A gringo resident pay about $300.00 usd once a year for his health care. He sees his family doctor once a month every month, all medicines are provided, lab and x-rays are free and so is hospitalization. Any one who lives in Mexico with a residence visa is required to have a minimum of $2000 a month income from their home country to support themselves. With this income, it is not at all difficult to pay the once a year premium of $300 usd for the Seguro Social. In other words, medical care for foreign residents has a very modest cost. Visitors to Mexico are required to have travel insurance or PAY for their health care if needed while in Mexico. FREE health care is for Mexican citizens who need it.

    Sciatica

In Sciatica, the nerves, coming out of your spinal column into the muscles, get pinched by bones or muscle tissues. It hurts like. Everyone is susceptible as they grow older and fat. Physical work or regular exercises tend to prevent it.

Best bet is physical therapy with rolling and vibrating machines on your spinal column down to your butt and your legs, wherever the pains are. The vibration loosen up the pinched nerves. The last resort is surgeries to remove the interfering bones or tissues.

I know an Internist in Santa Ana who also has licenses to do chiropractic and acupuncture. He would walk his fingers on my spinal column and tell me which spots were giving me pain. After running through so many doctors and therapists, he was the only guy who got rid of my sciatica pain entirely by physical therapies. The other doctors were recommending steroid injections to locate the pinched spots, then surgeries of the spinal column. I did not want to go that far.

I know a soccer player who was strong like an ox, but had pains across the shoulder blades. He went for surgery on his spinal column. The surgeons made some mistakes. The guy is now a quadriplegic, totally flat in bed, had to be fed, washed and cleaned everyday. It's a sad scene.

The damned doctors all had kick back schemes with each other. I had to pay thousands in copay for exams, therapies, Xrays, MRIs etc. On top of my private health insurance. That anesthesiologist early this year got slapped with 40 felony counts for worker comp kick backs to 2 chiropractors in San Diego. He will go to prison for decades, and he will spill names of the other guys whom he kicked back. Too bad his GF is tall, healthy, sexy and attractive. While he has his long honeymoon with Bubba in prison, his best friends will naturally fuck his girl friend every day, before they too will be indicted and head for prison.

I tried walking to across the street and hopefully make it to New York club and rest. But I could hardly manage to cross the street and I literally was on my knees across the street at the entrance of the bar. A waitress who was outside, grabbed me and got a stool for me. I told her what the issue was and she talked with some other waiters. They suggested there may be some spine adjusters near the church up the street and they may be able to help. Then her and another waiter almost carried me up the street and found one of the spine adjusters sleeping in a van. They alerted him and then talked to a small store if we could use their back room. They agreed and this man massaged my back and did his adjustments, good enough for me to straighten up. All this while, the two waiters stayed with me. After this was done, I tried giving money to the adjuster, the waiters and the shop owners and none would take it. I had never known these people and there they were helping a stranger. Will not happen in USA. I forced everyone to take the money as no money was sufficient for their help. I made my way back to the hotel as my trip was 'finished'.

    The Opioids addiction

Tijuana doctors on Calle 3 and 4 would charge $20 to $40 for alleged examinations then prescriptions for highly-addictive synthetic opioid pain killers, Oxycodone and equivalents etc. Available at the farmacias right next door.

Opioids addiction usually lead to Heroin. DEA has as of 2014 started investigations and prosecution of many US doctors and pharmacists who sell prescriptions of pain killers to addicts, the so-called pill mill doctors.

A Chinese female doctor in Rowling Heights got 30-year murder sentence for the death of 3 young guys. Many more cases in CA, TX, FL had similar stiff sentences or are still pending. One of my Anesthesiologists is looking at 40 class-1 felony indictment. His young GF is very beautiful, but he will be going away for decades. An Indian Anethesiologist in El Cajon hook girl patients on heavy dosage of opoids, then demand bare back sex from them. What an asshole! MF will have 20 years in federal prison and be raped up his ass every day I am sure.

The Opioids addiction is the latest, most severe epidemics, leading to Heroin, far worse than Cocaine. Search under pain management medicine, Opoids, pill mill doctors. Be very careful with pain medicines.

There are a ton of doctors in the tourist / downtown zone a couple of blocks down. Many of the bigger pharmacies will be right next to a physician's office. While medical care is generally free, there is often a long line that can be bypass with cash.

But I don't know what the renewable terms are, or how much I can trust Mexico's federal government or any Mexico's banks.

Without owning the land outright, it's risky for investors to sink hundreds of million in buildings and structures that may have be be removed after 50 years. This law would severely restrict foreign investment in property in coastal areas. In 1960's, special resort hotel investment deals were made in Cancun. I believe Mexico granted land use rights and foreign investors paid for construction, each owns half of the equity.

Trump's organization had a condo development South of Playa which went bankrupt in 2009, burning 275 depositors out of about $40 M.

    http://www.theyucatantimes.com/2015/...rty-in-mexico/

"The Mexican Constitution had previously banned foreign nationals from owning property within the restricted border zones. This was intended to protect Mexican soil from foreign invasion. The Foreign Investment Law of 1973 was a constitutional amendment which changed this allowing foreigners to now purchase real estate free outright except inside the "restricted zone'; consisting of all lands within 100 km (64 miles) from an international border and 50 km (32 miles) from the coastline at high tide. For properties within this zone, foreigners need to use a bank trust called a fideicomiso. All real estate transactions involving these trusts are governed by federal law. Merida and all coastal properties fall into the restricted category. Outside the zone, you can own property with a title issued in your name.

The fideicomiso is a bank trust in which the bank acts as a trustee by holding the trust deed for the purchaser who is the beneficiary of the trust. The fideicomiso is authorized by the Mexican government through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The bank is the legal owner of the real estate, but the beneficiary retains all legal rights of ownership and as a result may sell, rent, and bequeath the fideicomiso or property to whomever they choose or their heirs. "
You are correct I am very aware of the laws on buying property in Mexico. No body cares to live OUTSIDE the restricted zone. The coast is the whole idea of living in Baja. Also I find ironic Mexico worrying about US invasion with the whole immigration mess here in the US.

Trip Report (Last Week): "Tom's Farm; La Bolsa Negra; The Wrong Girl" (Part II)

So, let us continue. Baxter and I would wake up the following morning around 11:30 am and would meet on the balcony for check-out. Being the second night, the plan was to head over to Hotel Ticuan which of course has nice rooms, better pillows, better shower pressure and better food. The only problem is the location, but it is still near "Las Pulgas", "Ricardo's", "Caliente" and a nice little park. If you need to get to the Zona, you can walk during the daytime or take a taxi for $4 or so at night. So, day 2 would commence. It's funny really when you are in Tijuana and you only get the chance to visit every few months. It's like you wake up around 11 or 12 and the next thing you know, it is already 5 pm. That's sorta how this day went. We stored our bags (less my bolsa negra) at Cascadas for a bit and went to meet ArtistyP at the Caliente book across the street. For the record, Wendy was present wearing some orange and black thing. Very Halloween. Baxter and I made a few bets, I played a few horses and we chatted for a while and were just waking up. We would then go back to get our bags and our deposit money for the rooms and we walked up to "Caesar's" Ristorante (photos below) for lunch. We each ordered something different. One of us had the lamb, the other had (cannot really remember) and I had the Caesar salad, fries and some coffee. For those who have not been, this place is very nice inside and the service is quite good. Thus, I highly recommend it.

Anyways, we would then say goodbye to ArtistyP after lunch and he said he would meet up with us later. Baxter and I checked into Hotel Ticuan around 3 pm or so and kicked-back in our rooms for a while. Now, the funny thing is that I was on the 5th floor, Baxter was on the sixth floor, but he never heard all the construction and drilling that would go on there over the next 36 hours or so. Anyways, since the hotel was so busy, we had made reservations, but we each had the executive suite for about $5 extra from the basic room (habitacion sencilla). I originally reserved for one night and so did Baxter. We would then get to our rooms, relax for a while and then we planned to try to get back to the 'Zona (Valentina Bar I think) so that we could watch the Dodgers / Cubs playoff game (Game 4 I believe). It was also a Thursday night, so we wanted to go to Valentina's since they also had the NFL game on TV (Packers & Bears). We would watch the first half of the games in our rooms, and then we headed down to the Valentina Bar where Baxter met up with one of his local ladies. We stayed, had a few drinks and watched the rest of the games until about 8:30 pm at which point I had plans to go back to see the girl at La Gloria bar from the night before.

By 9 pm, Baxter and his lady as well as myself were inside La Gloria Bar and had our usual table. I had learned that my favorite waiter was now working the day shift at La Carretta, so that was a bit dissapointing. But, it was not dissapointing that just a couple minutes after sitting down, the cute little brunette from the night before sat right next to me with a big smile and asked how I was doing. So, the four of us were there. Candies were brought, drinks were ordered and games were played. We even danced a bit, but only to about 1 song every hour. I was asking my girl some questions about the night before (Did she have fun? Did she think I was going to show up at 9 pm this evening? Etc. Etc.) I did notice a little tattoo on her leg and on her neck that I did not notice the night before, but I was fairly hammered, so I must have missed it. Still, I usually don't miss those things. Anyways, come 11:30 pm or so, I went to the restroom for the second time. As I went to the restroom, I saw a girl looking up at me who looked somewhat familiar. Now, at this point, I was probably 10 beers in. Not drunk by a landslide, but somewhat buzzed. Moments later, I asked my waiter where I knew her from. He said, "She is the girl you were with last night". Um. What? I asked for a timeout. I actually did. I told the waiter and one of the waitresses (as well as the girl who was next to the bathroom) that I needed about 10 minutes or so to get my head straight. To collect myself. Had I been with the wrong girl the past 2. 5 hours and spending $$$ on her and plenty of it? So, I leave the bar (told Baxter I would return in 15 minutes or so) and walked outside, around the corner and up to the balcony at Cascadas where I sat alone and watched the working girls on the street. The air was cool, my buzz was increasing and I wondered how I would handle this situation upon returning. You know, I could tell that something was "off" when I was with 'The Wrong Girl' earlier that evening. I just didn't put a lot of stock into it. I didn't remember the tattoos, but she was still familiar to me so I rolled with it. What is even more relevant is that fact that 'The Wrong Girl' was a girl I was with on a prior trip even further justifying my confusion and comfort with her. But it was not the girl from the night before. And that is who I wanted to be with. So, I made a firm decision to go back to the bar and ask for the 'Right Girl' to come to my table. And this was precisely what happened as 'The Wrong Girl' stormed away and apparently was quite upset. In a sense, I cannot blame her. But, she was 'The Wrong Girl'. So, as the 'Right Girl' from the night before (who speaks absolutely ZERO English) came by, she gave me a kiss and I ordered her 3 drinks right away as I put my head on the table in embarrassment and shame (a little game really). And she felt bad for me. But, the truth is, I did feel bad. More importantly, I wasted my time and money since 9 pm. Also, 'The Right Girl' had an identifiable mark on her body which I should have remembered from the night before, but I didn't. So, we spent the rest of the night enjoying ourselves immensely drinking, talking, dancing and kissing. It really was fun. Roses started appearing on the table and Baxter couldn't figure out why he was being asked to pay for these roses. That was also good fun. As for 'The Wrong Girl' she (hilariously) went to another customer and kept looking over at me as if to say "See, I can find someone else just as good. " My reply (in my mind) was, "Is this why I am the only person in this joint with 2 servers who also escort me inside, outside and to and from the bathroom? Do you really think that guy is going to spend anywhere in the ballpark of what I will spend on 'The Right Girl' She was with the other guy for about an hour and then he left after buying her about 2 or 3 drinks. A riot. Now, when I visit Tijuana, I don't like to waste my money as I view every dollar as an investment. I come from a world of tipping and where tipping is a sure-fire way to earn respect and attention. So, when I visit Tijuana, I find one girl and spend money on her. And that's how I roll. It is the escape from the norm, the booze, the salsa and merengues, the latinas and all the other things that justify my visiting Tijuana every 6 or 8 weeks. So, 5:15 am comes and Baxter has already left. I am with the girl, but she says she is going to change clothes (similar to the night before), and we agree that I will walk her to her red-taxi bus again down the dark street. I am fine with this, and she asks to meet me on the corner of Coahuilla and Constitucion at 5:30 am. So, I do. She comes right on time, grabs my hand and we begin walking the same route as the night before. As we almost reach our destination (hers), she asks where I am staying. I mention that I am at Hotel Ticuan just up the road a couple blocks. She says that she wanted to go with me to my hotel. NOW, here we go. Does she want money? Is this the old, "come to the room, bang the buy and then ask for a load of cash?" I was not sure, but I held her close to me and said, "It's ok. You don't have to come to my room". I can take you to your taxi and you can just go home and rest. You do look tired. I asked, and she said she was very tired. But, she said she would go to my room for a while (because she had to get back home to take her daughter to school at 8:30 am). So yes, she has a kid. A daughter. I was not surprised in the least. This is expected down there. Anywhere really. So, we head to Ticuan, and as we are in the valet, I hold her near me one final time and say, "Are you sure about this?" She agreed and as she presented her ID to the front desk, we went up to my room. It made me wonder. And Baxter and I discussed this. Can working girls still be women too? And I never looked at her like this the entire time we spent together. But the question absolutely had to be posed.

The keys at Ticuan are hard to figure out, but we eventually got into the room. As we entered, I went right to the restroom to brush my teeth so that she would have time to do whatever she was "planning" on doing. Was this going to be a 2-hour bang and done? I really wasn't looking for that to tell you the truth, but was open to whatever. Still, I felt pretty tired and in a way, I was actually hoping she might just want to lie down and crash for a while. As I come back from the bathroom, she is under my covers and is peeking out looking at me with a smile. It was quite a sight. I turned the A / see down and asked her if she felt comfortable. I opened a couple of waters and poured one into a glass next to her as I massaged her shoulders for a moment and we kissed a bit. Then, I went back to the restroom for a moment (to actually use it.) and when I returned, she was sound asleep. Totally exhausted. I lay there next to her and brusher her hair with my fingers as we held hands under the covers. She was somewhat conscious I imagine. The worst part of this (as we snuggled up to one another) was knowing that her alarm would be going off in 2 hours and she would be leaving. So, here are the facts of what happened: 1) We slept 2) Her alarm went off at 7:45 am and she turned it off 3) She called her mom to ask her to help take her daughter to school 4) She went back to sleep and we held each other until around Noon. At 12-Noon she said that she needed to go home for a while to help her family with some things, but she wanted to come back to my room before her work the next night at 8 pm. So, she said she would come back at 5:30 pm or so. I didn't know if she was coming back, but I got the vibe that she just might. She never asked for any money (even though we didn't do anything, it was still her time and she took a "chance" being with me from her POV). So, I gave her 500 pesos for a round-trip cab fare. She was very happy and she left the room after kissing me goodbye. Would she return? I figured it was 50/50. I went back to sleep (slept terribly) until around 5 pm and then did some work on the laptop until around 5:45 pm. It looked as if she might not be returning, but that was OK. Sorta. The A / see made the room pretty cold, so I decided to wake myself up and warm myself up with a shower. The shower at Hotel Ticuan is far, far superior to the shower at Cascadas. So, as I got out of the shower and brushed my teeth (dentists are very conscious of this by the way.), I wrapped my towel around me and began to choose some clothes to wear. Then, "knock knock". It sounded like Baxter was knocking at the door, because apparently he had been trying to reach me earlier I would later find out. I looked thru the peephole, and it was. 'The Right Girl'. She had returned and we cozied-up for a few minutes. She was wearing jeans and a floral top with sandals. Casual, but cute. I told her that I was happy she came back and she said that she was happy to be there. As we were getting cozy on the bed, I looked at my cell phone and Baxter was asking me if we wanted to meet for dinner at Vittorio's down the street (Italian fare). I texted him that the girl just returned, and after asking her if she wanted to go, I texted Baxter back to tell him we would meet at 7 pm. The girl took a shower (quite a lengthy one actually.) as I did a little work in the office area since I am a dentist and have many X-Rays to examine and procedures to prepare for.

Here was one of the best parts of the trip. When she came out of the bathroom, her hair was long, her lips were CHERRY red and she wore a red dress with little white shoes. She was just gorgeous. She took my hand and asked if I was ready to go. And it was 6:55 pm. Right on time. We arrived for dinner and all ate and were all merry for the next 2 hours.

Now, I asked her if she was working that night, but she still looked tired and said she was not feeling too well still. I wasn't really either. My throat was bothering me a little. Still, the food and the company were very good, and as we all left, the girls spoke with one another as Baxter and I lagged behind for a few minutes. Then, we all arrived back at Hotel Ticuan (9:15 pm or so) and headed to our rooms. This was the last I would see Baxter for the next 15 hours. The girl and I went back to my room and I asked her if she was going into work as this was a work-night for her. She said she just wanted to rest and be with me. And she never asked for a dime. Ok, no sex right? Nope. No sex. We cuddled in bed (after I got us some hot tea with honey downstairs along with some Tiramisu from the restaurant to-go) and she asked me where certain countries were located such as Russia and Japan. So, I showed her a world map on the computer, we used Google Earth and had some fun with that. Then, we watched a YouTube video on how to make sushi in Japan and she really liked that as she had asked about it. Next, we both became very tired and as I shut-off the laptop, she moved towards my chest, lightly scraped her nails on my chest and kissed me every so lightly. She was wearing short yellow shorts (very soft) and her long hair was draped all along the bed comforter. It was both sexy and comfy. A very different Tijuana experience. And these kinds of experiences are ok sometimes. We would wake up the next day and as Baxter and his lady were having breakfast downstairs, he asked what time I would meet him so we could head to the ligna. So, I went downstairs to get some eggs and toast with juice and tea and brought it upstairs for the girl and I to share. We had 20 minutes left until I had to leave for the border (this part sucked. You know. Leaving). We cuddled, kissed and spoke Spanish in the most "loving" way I possibly knew how. I asked how much she wanted for all her company (without making her feel cheap) and she asked for nothing. So, I offered her taxi money and gave her another 500 pesos. As we walked downstairs, she said goodbye to Baxter, and I put her in the taxi amarillo. She gave the driver her destination, and as she kissed me goodbye, I gave the driver 600 pesos to take her home and back to her work later. He agreed, and she was very, very happy and surprised.

Baxter would then show me the "new" exit which I had never seen before: "PED WEST". We reached this area around 12:45 am and it took about 45 minutes at the most to get to the front. By 1:45 pm, we arrived at the car, and the next thing we knew, we were on the 805 North. Heading home. Thus the trip report. The moral of the trip: Tom's Farm is a forgotten entity; The Bolsa Negra has been replaced with Mexican hair and cologne products; We were dentists for 3 days; Be sure you have the 'Right Girl' with you at all times; and on a final note. Some of the best trips there do not always have to be sex-based. There is a lot, and I mean a LOT to be said for being in the company of a woman, especially under the right circumstances. We have made plans to meet again and have been messaging one another since the day I left. She is looking forward to my returning and has already said she will take the time off from work whenever I return. We plan to see the dog races at Caliente (she know I dig that) as well as visit Rosarito Beach. The main concern now however. Do I drive or fly? It's really that simple at this point. Hope you all enjoyed.......

Anyway my day was ruined by this enormous muscle pull in my upper back no more girls for me I walked out of the bar walking stiff like a momie I couldn't move my neck and my back hurts really bad so I started sweatting because of the pain I grabbed 2 tylenol and 2 advil together and I decided it was better for me to leave Tijuana so I took a cab to the sentry.

The line wasn't bad .People were looking at me like if I was high on something LOL.

Anyway I made it to the car but the pain was still there I rested for 2 hours and took 2 more advils then I drove back to LA without moving my upper body at all. It took 24 hours for the muscle cramp pain to settle completely wtf?

Like I said before it ruined my short Tijuana trip After only 2 hours after arriving in the zona I was going back home. Did anyone have a similar problem and where can you find a clean medical clinic in the zona that I can just pay to get a cortisone shot ?
I used to lift weights and it's a common to have such pains when we stretch out our shoulders. No more missionary position for you. Suggest the cow girl for safety reasons. There are a ton of doctors in the tourist / downtown zone a couple of blocks down. Many of the bigger pharmacies will be right next to a physician's office. While medical care is generally free, there is often a long line that can be bypass with cash.
