Posts: 244HK / Tropical VIP Card Discount. USA Holidays
Can anyone confirm if HK still honors the big Monday & Tuesday night discounts for Cascades and Rizo hotels on or near USA holidays. Such as Easter Monday, Memorial Day, Labor Day, etc. Think the 4th of July is a Tuesday this year & Christmas is a Monday.

"I'd previosly stayed at Hotel Garcia, which was cozy.
So looks like you can stay in H. Garcia 24 horas? Did you? I like to get a day room too when down there and bringing a bro. Early 70's with me next weekend so want to get the best for the price on Sat. And Sun. Nights.
Thank you.

Anyone here ever use Mexican Cupid instead of Seeking to find PPMs? Considering it, but I'm not sure if it would be out of place. Like the girls would say they're looking for a boyfriend not a PPM with a gringo. Not that I can't ask. Just asking if the energy on Mexican Cupid doesn't lend itself to PPM stuff.

I was in Tijuana last weekened. Had not slept well the night before so needed a hotel in La Zona to catch some sleep. I wanted a hotel close to all the action, with wifi, and preferably accepting credit cards--I'd previosly stayed at Hotel Garcia, which was cozy, but they were not tech savy, giving me their wifi password written by hand that I had to decipher, and was never able to get connected (had an old laptop at the time, and that was two years ago so maybe things at H. Garcia have changed).
Decided to try Hotel Leyva, having never stayed there before. Lyva's single rooms were sold out, so got a double for 700 pesos, and was able to pay with credit card (paid the measly 50 peso deposit in cash). Their wifi information was posted clearly on a printed sheet on the lobby wall. They gave me a room on ground floor facing the parking lot. The room was spacious, clean and quiet, but no TV set. The wifi worked without issues. I was able to rest well with no interruptions.
When I left the hotel to roam the streets, I offered to leave the key at the front desk, but they declined. It was a regular house key without attachments, so could fit in pant's mini-pocket. Upon returning to the room some hours later, there was a roach on top of the room's desk. I had read about roach infestations at this hotel, so was not surprised. Still, I can't complain for everything else the hotel offered, and it's not like there aren't roaches in my house too.
Out near the corner of CL. Coahuila and Av. Constitucion there is a taco stand convenient to those staying at Leyva; I ordered the Birria Stew to go to eat in the hotel room. Though they packed my "to go" bag with lots of lemons, tortillas, and spice sauce, there was no spoon included (have to get it yourself). Discovered the lack of spoon once in the room, but did not feel like venturing out again for a plastic spoon, so made-do with the torillas, the cup's lid, and my bare hands as makeshift spoons. Regardless, the birria was very tasty!
On the whole, I was satisfied with Hotel Leyva, well located right next to Chicago Club, only security is not tight, seems anyone can enter the premises with ease, especially through the parking lot.
The highlight of the trip was a 21 year old named Samantha that I found at night in the alley almost at Av. Ninos Heroes. I was surprised at how beautiful she was, stading in a dark corner of the alley where you'd more expect something old and ugly. In the room, I accepted her offer of 'servicio completo' for 600 pesos (I never do 'completo' but was willing to roll dice on this one). With all the clothes off, she was flawless, the service was good, definitely worth the cost. Her pussy had a slight smell, but not a bad smell, more like a nice fragrance. Some guys on here like to complain about smelly pussies, but the way I see it, smelly pussy is better than no pussy, hehe.

It's been probably 10 years since I've visited the zona. Always parked in San Ysidro or stayed at motel near the border trolley station and walked across border and taxied to the zona. But I see there is a new Libra parking structure at the end of the alley. I am considering driving in and parking. Is this structure safe for a few hours of fun before driving back over?

Thanks, both of you with the trolley idea.
That's a good one.
