IDK about this year but last year they honored it over my Memorial Day weekend Mon and Tues.

Yes they do. The other 5 nights a week are a 10 or 20% discount some posters have written its only 2 days a week discount. That is not accurate. One of the only good things economically, for me, in Tijuana besides 1 or 2 dollar beers, is that hotels don't gouge an delay games with prices. So even on holiday nights, a big Friday night Saturday night the prices are the same as the prior weekend night. Of course if you book on travel websites at last minute this won't apply.

So looks like you can stay in H. Garcia 24 horas? Did you? I like to get a day room too when down there and bringing a bro. Early 70's with me next weekend so want to get the best for the price on Sat. And Sun. Nights.

    Thank you.
Yes, two years ago I stayed at Hotel Garcia for 24 hours. It was a Thursday and must have paid around 800 pesos (give or take deposit), the room was clean and quiet with hot water in shower (didin't test the water at Leyva), cable TV, and satin sheets on bed which was rather sexy. There is a patio on the upper levels from where you can see some of the action on Ave Constitucion. Also, the premises felt secure (unlike the gaping holes at Leyva), and the location prime. The main issue for me was their Wi-Fi, but that may have been fixed, or you may not have that need. There are women who stand outside of the ground floor entrance, and also right around the corner in front of La Gloria Bar. You were allowed one free guest entry per 24 hour stay at Hotel Garcia. I don't know about current prices / availabiity.

    Mexican Cupid

Anyone here ever use Mexican Cupid instead of Seeking to find PPMs? Considering it, but I'm not sure if it would be out of place. Like the girls would say they're looking for a boyfriend not a PPM with a gringo. Not that I can't ask. Just asking if the energy on Mexican Cupid doesn't lend itself to PPM stuff.

In the room, I accepted her offer of 'servicio completo' for 600 pesos (I never do 'completo' but was willing to roll dice on this one). With all the clothes off, she was flawless, the service was good, definitely worth the cost. Her pussy had a slight smell, but not a bad smell, more like a nice fragrance. Some guys on here like to complain about smelly pussies, but the way I see it, smelly pussy is better than no pussy, hehe.
    What was her height?

    Hotel Leyva

I was in Tijuana last weekened. Had not slept well the night before so needed a hotel in La Zona to catch some sleep. I wanted a hotel close to all the action, with wifi, and preferably accepting credit cards--I'd previosly stayed at Hotel Garcia, which was cozy, but they were not tech savy, giving me their wifi password written by hand that I had to decipher, and was never able to get connected (had an old laptop at the time, and that was two years ago so maybe things at H. Garcia have changed).

Decided to try Hotel Leyva, having never stayed there before. Lyva's single rooms were sold out, so got a double for 700 pesos, and was able to pay with credit card (paid the measly 50 peso deposit in cash). Their wifi information was posted clearly on a printed sheet on the lobby wall. They gave me a room on ground floor facing the parking lot. The room was spacious, clean and quiet, but no TV set. The wifi worked without issues. I was able to rest well with no interruptions.

When I left the hotel to roam the streets, I offered to leave the key at the front desk, but they declined. It was a regular house key without attachments, so could fit in pant's mini-pocket. Upon returning to the room some hours later, there was a roach on top of the room's desk. I had read about roach infestations at this hotel, so was not surprised. Still, I can't complain for everything else the hotel offered, and it's not like there aren't roaches in my house too.

Out near the corner of CL. Coahuila and Av. Constitucion there is a taco stand convenient to those staying at Leyva; I ordered the Birria Stew to go to eat in the hotel room. Though they packed my "to go" bag with lots of lemons, tortillas, and spice sauce, there was no spoon included (have to get it yourself). Discovered the lack of spoon once in the room, but did not feel like venturing out again for a plastic spoon, so made-do with the torillas, the cup's lid, and my bare hands as makeshift spoons. Regardless, the birria was very tasty!

On the whole, I was satisfied with Hotel Leyva, well located right next to Chicago Club, only security is not tight, seems anyone can enter the premises with ease, especially through the parking lot.

I've pared there many times, without any problem.

I've parked there numerous times and never had a problem. I usually pay 70-100 pesos for a few hours and they have another parking lot near Senda Norte, Tropical bar. The other parking lot you could get validation if you were HK VIP. Just have to take parking ticket to get stamped at front counter of HK. Hope you have Sentri as the normal lines seem pretty long.

Thanks, both of you with the trolley idea.

    That's a good one.

I use trolley parking for years mainly Palomar and H Street. The last trolley from San Ysidro is 1249 AM. Next after 430 AM. They have cameras on the street lamps in the trolley parking lot and watch the 24 hour limit.

Anyone know any better (but still secure) lots? If not I'm thinking it's probably better to just park in a residential community outside SD and then Uber to the border. The Uber would cost far less.

It's harder in Mexico because I don't know how to word it in Spanish and it's more dangerous in Mexico for her as someone else said. In the states you deal with it differently because the friend isn't as worried about her friend's safety. The girl was about 20, and I look about 40 now that I lost 15 pounds. Her friend was giving me bullets with her eyes like she ain't going anywhere buddy. I was dressed nice clean and all shaved. Not threatening at all, other than being twice her friends age. We were clicking but I just couldn't close the deal. DD naturals. Cute as a button in front of Plugas. I forgot how much I hate gaming regular girls.
