Can anybody offer their opinion on the best restaurants in Tijuana? So far I've tried Caesar's, Los Arcos, Villa Saverios (my fav), along with the restaurant at Ticuan and a bunch of taco stands. What is everybody's current fav? I'll be visiting next month and looking forward to trying out Mision 19.

Really nice. Dinner and tits / ass look great. I must thank the ISG members (guess Keg or you) for suggesting Taberna Espanonla. The tapas were excellent. Ceasar's was ok too.

I used lista Readi but Sentri I read here even better. Coming back July 4th evening (a Fri.) my wait was minimal (less than 10 min.) however it was after 10 P. The next night I learned that best to wait to cross back after 9 PM which I did without knowing the night before. I heard peak time to wait for "Readi" up to an hour but much better than 4 hrs. En lista regular. Sat. Night coming back zero wait time at 10 P +/- but needed a ready ID. Lista regular I guessing 45 min- 1 hour.

Zero hassles or hard questions from CPB. In fact coming back Fri. Evening there were 3 standing at the preliminary entrance screening IDs before I arrived at the sitting down agent that were extremely polite & helpful once I showed them my ready I'd. Sitting down Agent asked me what I was doing (relaxing, shopping) and what I bought (few beers and a T-shirt) and was decent to me.

I always were slacks or clean jeans with nice T-shirt or casual Polo which helps blend in whatever country I go to in Latin America. Also just being polite in general and confident with the Spanish even if only a Beginner pays huge dividends.

I have been a long time lurker of this sight and it has helped me tremendously in making the most of my experiences down in Tijuana. Thank you to all who offer there experiences and advice along the way. This is a quick tips guide that I feel might help lots of people and were gray areas for me.

First and foremost. Anywhere you go, please go into it with the best intentions and try to not be nervous. It will show through to the ladies and make it wierd. If you treat them with respect and are open for a good time, your experiences will be incredible. That said, also do not be a push over and put yourself in a position where the ladies or workers take advantage of you. They are here for our entertainment and it is not looked down upon so please take full advantage of this unique place of adult fun!

Now, I will break this down into sections to make it easy. Like I said, these were gray areas for me and hopefully it is helpful but does not give up too many insider secrets.

The Drive down and Parking and border crossing.

Pretty standard, take 5 south al the way to the last exit, go right off the freeway then take a left at the fork. Make the next right towards the Jack in the box sign, and there are 2 parking lots there. One is 7 bucks and is on the same side as Jack in the Box just up a little more. Another option is across the street and up a bit from Jack in the Box and is 8 bucks on weekdays, 13 on weekends. Do the math on which one you like. I like to keep the parking money hidden in my car just in case I happen to lose all my money down south, but the key word is hidden. Be smart about what's in your car. Also, you can take the trolley down and it drops you off right at the border. Walk past the Mcdonalds shopping center and keep heading back toward the concrete path, make your through the large turnstyle and your in. Armed mexican guards are there stopping anyone with large luggage, I have never been stopped. Stay on the path and someone will guide you up a large walking bridge to the taxis. Its your choice, but do not look at anyone on the bridge, they all want $$! Keep your head down and you will make it to the cab line. Someone will guide you to the cab and ask where you are going, I always do not say where I am going until I am in the cab as there is a guy hustling girls he wants you to meet. Ignore him! $5 bucks easily gets you to the zona, just say Adelita or HongKong and your off.

The Zona Norte.

Should take about 5 minutes to get there, and you will know, bright lights and activity fill the streets. Keep your head up and be confident with your moves. If it is your first time, stay close to the bars (AB or HK), feel free to just stand outside and watch for a min and take it all in. At Adelitas, the normally just let you walk in, sometimes an I'd check happens. Hong Kong does a pocket check pat down and has a $5 cover on weekends and Thursday which gets you a beer you can trade in at the bar if you do not want it. Make friends with the doorman if you plan on going back and forth so you don't get hit with double cover! Outside the clubs are girls for hire and taco stands. I have not tried either but they are there and covered on these forums in detail, just look.

The Clubs and Club Etiquette.

As always be respectful and go in looking clean, would you fuck a dirty smelly chick?? No. I have a rule to wait at least a half hour before taking a chick up to get the feel of the club and settle in. These girls work quick and are great at what they do, which is sell themselves. Do not be sold to quickly and have buyers remorse. I have learned that when you do find a chick you like, you should have NO hesitation at approaching her to make a move. They are there for just that and want your business. But if you get a bad vibe for any reason, do not hesitate to shut her down, once again. It is a business and its your money. About money, I always have all the money I intend to spend on me so there is never a need to get more. At minimum it will cost about $100 bucks for a night of fun when all is factored in. Here's the math: $8 parking, $10 cab both ways (make sure you have enough to get back home! $10 for two drinks for yourself (approx), $16 two ficha drinks (if youd like), $50-80 for the girl, $15-20 for the room with tips for desk and cum boys, about $10 for general tips. So added up that's $120 on the low end to $155 on the more moderate end, and can rise to whatever you want depending on budget and # of chicks and drinks you want. I noramlly go with $160-$200 depending on how I'm feeling and leave with $ sometimes. General prices for AB chicks are $50-60, and HK $60-100. Please do not give into the $100, they almost always will take $70. In AB, it is a more chill vibe, just sit and talk to girls and buy them a drink if you'd like. This is a great way to figure if the girl will be good, try to get her to agree on whatever it is you want up front if your new, beacuse if it is unspoken it generally won't happen. Remember to not be in control and not let her pull you around or rush you upstairs, it almost always will be bad for you. In Hong Kong, it is better to watch the stages as there are incredible dance preformers and lesbian shows constantly going on that mesmerize the employees still on a daily basis. Here, $1 dollar gets you a solid grouping of tits, ass, and pussy in any order youd like. Don't be shy! The waiters, or meseros, are going to be omnipresent and quick to offer drinks and clean your table. Be firm but nice to them. And do not be afraid to tell them no. If you are running low on a drink and do not want another one, it will be a good idea to hold onto it, as it will quickly disappear from the table if it is precieved empty. On the flip side, a good mesero can be a wealth of info, especially if you are searching for a certian chica or type of chica, tips are always mandatory for this.

The Chicas.

This is why we are all here! And, these places have them all, from big to little, hot to not, nice to mean, and everythng in between. Whether you have a type or not, it is always funny thinking back on how I have selected some of the chicks I have. Sometimes I go in thinking I want the baddest ***** in the club, and end up with a sexy MILF type who is really good at conversation and has amazing skills in the bed. Other times I do find the smokin hot chick and tell her exactly what I want to do with her and do it. The point is, there are so many chicas it can be overwhelming. Also, it helps to know a little spanish but it is not mandatory, it will just help keep you both on the same page. Some chicas, mostly the vets, do speak english and are there with top notch service. The younger ones tend to not know as much english and its tougher to get them to get into it, although definatley not impossible by any means. Onto the looks, once you find the chicha you desire, please take time to truly check out the features you like on her. The club is built to hide flaws in there body and make them as appealing as possible to you. Several times I have rushed into it and found the girl to have horrible surgery scars, tons of strech marks, intense make up, bad boob job etc. The point is, know what you are getting before you get upstairs. None of the things I just listed are total deal breakers for some, but when you see a yound chick looking smoking hot in a dress in the club, she grabs you and whispers lets go, and you go, its hard to go back. Upstairs, she quotes a high price, you and your dick agree, then she takes the dress off and its a total let down and she doesn't even preform well, you're screwed unless you have the balls to say no and back out, which you should and can do, but it is better to avoid these situations all together. Bottom line- there are a ton of chicks, choose wisely and take your time.

Sealing the Deal.

This is the toughest part and each time it goes different. Sometimes it can be very smooth and romantic, other times it is very business like. But, this is Mexico, always work out a deal. As mentioned above, the prices at each club are about there with $60 being AB and $70 for HK. Please try to stick within these numbers for your own well being. I'm not saying if you get the hottest chick who totally rocks your world to not give her an extra tip, but don't set the club standards higher. They will try. Both clubs offer private dances which in my opinion are a waste unless you do a VIP package that comes with extras. Drinks are $7-8 and will get you at least one song of some nasty grinding and petting and give you somewhat of an understanding of how she will be. Try to always set a price off the bat before you head up until you know what you are doing and are confident you won't be had in the room. Also, a controversial topic here is paying up front. Some guys say they never do it. I have more times than not and still had amazing sessions, so it is your call on how to handle it. A compromise would be to show her the money and say she will get it afterwards, but then you may feel more obligated to give a tip afterwards, its a wierd psychological thing I guess. At any rate, its a toss up in my opinion and I personally do not make it a deal breaker if she asks upfront. She doesn't want to get burned either in most cases. I like to shower with the chicks. Some chicks love it, others don't. Figure it out if its a big deal to you before you head up. I don't make it a big deal and if it happens it happens, I just go with the flow. As for the sex, I try and make it as natural as possible and let her show me how she does it best. If you try and force anything, it almost never goes as planned, just relax and be confident with your choice. Just like any sex experience, some are waay better than other and you never know until it happens. Best of luck to you guys there.

Heading Home.

Once your fun is done and its time to leave, just step out of the club and someone will ask if you need a ride. If you are new and alone it may be worth while to wait outside and ride with some other normal dudes so you are not alone walking across the border. If you do chose this route make sure you feel totally comfortable with the people you ask to ride with and do not feel bad if they say no. I have done this several times and had great conversations with fellow mongers and it also splits cab costs. That said, I have never felt unsafe crossing back into the US but there have been mentions before of some sketchy people hanging by the border line. Cab is 5 bucks back. Crossing is easy depending on the form of ID. A passport helps, sentri / global entry is same. Typical questions are where were you? (Bars or Clubs (non-specific)) Are you bringing anything back? (Hopefully not!) Once through you are in the same place you started!

Final Words.

I hope this helps everyone. I learned a ton from these forums and also from going myself. Everyone develops their own personal style on how to work the clubs, and this is just my opinion. I have a blast each time I go and can not believe these places are there each time. Stay safe out there and please feel free to add on anything I left out.

If you're looking for a gringo-centric bar, in some easy to reach city, then the answer is no. The closest I've come to that is when I had a tag-team of freelancers from the Beatle Bar in Jaco, CR.

First trip to Tijuana in 15 years! Yes my quince. Always enjoyed it whether for mongering or just plain party fun, they know how to do it right south of the border. So I last visited in 1999 before I moved to Florida. I had been down several times while in the Navy a couple times to party and a couple times to go with a "girl".

I have been itching to go back to Tijuana since my first visit in '12 (previous report on it). I have learned a ton on this forum, so I figured this time I would be more prepared. My live in ex girlfriend was leaving town so timing worked out perfect. I planned to leave immediately after work around 5:30 pm but decided to shower since I wasn't smelling as fresh as I could LOL. I hit the road at 7 pm from Los Angeles.

I arrived at the border parking (North West of freeway, $10 all day). I ended up walking the opposite way towards the shopping center which delayed me a good 10 minutes. I Just followed the crowd to the entrance. I don't remember the border being such a maze, going up and down stairs, filthy and Mexican police staring right into your eyes. There is a ramp to the right, some dude in a yellow shirt was directing people up to taxis; has anyone used this? I contiuend following the pack of people and some gentleman lead me to a cab. Super cool driver, loved Rolling Stones. Gave him $5 and he dropped me off across the street from AB (I jay walked, how bad is that in the zona?..
