When someone asks for advice or help on how to negotiate fees with Tijuana chicas, I assume that person either wants to receive services at the lowest possible costs. After mongering in LZ for ten years, I am embarrassed to admit that I still lack the ability to hold a conversation in Spanish. I speak and understand Spanish only at the level of a two-year-old. I'm a numbers person and not a language person.

But since I knew from reading monger boards like this one, that Spanish speakers got better deals when compared to guys that only knew English. The first Spanish I've ever placed great emphasis on learning for myself was the easiest Spanish phrases I would use in negotiating for services from Tijuana chicas.

My attempts at fooling chicas into thinking I speak some Espanol works better with SG than it does with Bar Girls.

I realize that you have asked for the average price for a full hour's time with a Street Girl, and by the end of my post I will provide that information to you.

But firstly I want to explain to you that Tijuana street girls by tradition rarely perform sessions of that length.

And for your first visit to LZ (or even later ones) it might be best, when in Rome, to do what the Romans do. Traditional Street Girl sessions are for 15 or 20 minutes. You are best to anticipate 20 minutes as the standard. But the bottom line is that her specific host hotel is either a place that gives door knocks at 15 minutes or 20 minutes, with a few exceptions. Even if her hotel knocks at the fifteen minute mark, she and the hotel desk clerk will passively agree to 20 minutes if you specify, then they will only give you their traditional 15.

My recommendation is to never discuss session length during an initial negotiation, just the services you desire (I. E. Sin ropa, fucky / suckie, tres posiciones, etc.)

My next recommendation is to offer a lowball rate for the package of services you've expressed rather than ask her "how much". (I. E. "sin ropa, fucky / sucky, dos posiciones per cien why cincuenta pesos). You would be surprised how many SGs will just accept a clear, yet low offer.

And if she balks at the low compensation offer, 80% to 90% of the time she will make a counter offer (for you to decide to accept, or decline & move on to the next desirable SG). Since you will be SG "shopping" in the area of the alley close to Cascades' lobby, you will be in the 'high rent district' as far a Street Girl economics go. Expect to get very few SGs in that specific area to accept 150 p for full service (fully nude, BJ & fuck in multiple positions). But I still encourage you to make that initial lowball offer because it tends to keep her counter offer to low and reasonable fees. The prettier SGs in that area typically will accept 200 pesos to 300 pesos (for standard length F / S sessions) with most at the higher end of that range. If they ask for more than 300 p for a F / S standard length session, my recommendation is to thank them for their time and promptly decline.

You really should always start with a standard length session with any street girl since a good portion of them are notorious for providing poor service.

If you are having a good time in the room with any particular SG, you always have the option of doubling the session length or negotiating a longer session the second time you choose to take her to the room.

Many Street Girls will offer a significant discount from their standard rates for longer sessions (I. E. Like 600-700 pesos for an hour when she otherwise gets 300 p for 20 minutes). This discount on multiples of her standard rate are more likely to be accepted by a SG after she has some "in room" experience with you already.

Some SGs are hesitant to agree to a long session with a monger they do not already know, so they sometimes price themselves at unacceptable levels as a way of discouraging you from taking them in for a long session.

But many, maybe most, will just require a standard multiple of her rates for short time sessions (I. E. A 200 pesos per 15 minute chica insisting on 800 pesos for an hour) regardless of whether they know you or not.)

Yes you are correct so much for the zone of tolerance. Not really sure exactly what the laws are. I have heard of gringos walking with a lady who looked to be a hooker over on Rev. And being stopped by the policia and questioned if he was with a working girl.

One time I was in Anaheim at a Circle K and a van with Baja plates pulled in the parking lot. There was a guy driving and 3 girls inside. Pulgas is huge. There are 4-5 "salons" and each salon is the size of a large club. Lots of big name live performers play there on weekends leading to a $200 mn or so cover charge. A lot of the patrons tend to be of the norteno type. You know, Mexican cowboy, big belt buckle, boots, etc. Not that many hot girls compared to Alebrije and other clubs in Zona Rio. Overall, it can be a good time but mostly depends on who you are with. And watch out for the meseros when ordering food. They generally won't try to rip you off on alcohol since there's signage everywhere with the price of drinks listed. But there is no signage for food so they tend to embellish the price of snacks.

The zone of tolerance does exist. It's not strictly the area where P4 P occurs.

Prostitution was decriminalized in Mexico a long time ago, and is regulated by each state. Prostitution is legal (the practitioners are supposed to be registered and undergo regular medical checkups), but brothels and pimping are not. In addition, they are not supposed to solicit in public. Now, in the "zone of tolerance" you will see lots of chicas standing around, soliciting all and sundry. Pssst, pssst, pssst. Let's go to hroom, baby. Note that you do not see this sort of thing anywhere else in town. (if somebody knows of someplace, I'd like to know about it, because I've never seen it). This sort of thing happens in the "zone of tolerance. " In other words, a lot more crap is tolerated, prostitution-wise, in LZN than in other parts of town.

Walking around with a hooker is most definitely not illegal. It's yet another scam pulled by Tijuana's Finest. I've had it happen to me, years ago. How do they tell if your girl is a hooker? By the way she's dressed? Dayum, they'll have to arrest about 80% of the girls in Las Pulgas on a Saturday night. LOL.

La Cueva, 7 de Copas, etc. , are certainly hooker bars, but you will not see girls hanging around outside peddling their wares. Overall, these clubs are somewhat more discreet (I use the term loosely) than those in LZN.

Great thought. That would have made the story rather humerous if there was a sign in the van showing the current exchange rate, but they were dealing strictly in dollars.

After Badidea provided some more info another idea that came to mind was it could have been girls put out there to solicit groups of americans to go to a club. Something like transportation, no cover and no charge for your first drink for everone just pay $20. I see that kind of thing all the time on the Vegas strip. Probably a more likely scenario than last chance for a back alley BJ. But then again its Tijuana so expect the unexpected.
