Artiste showed you the Ped West car route. You can walk past hotel Hacienda and turn North on Revo, walking on the car bridge to Ped West area. There are narrow pedestrian lanes both ways.

But the walk around hotel hacienda and the bus stop on Revo is dark and sketchy. HK's limo and vans drive the same route, dropping off near Ped West. Take the limo and tip the driver. Would be safer.

You can also walk the bridge starting in Zona Norte just past the Hotel Hacienda. The walkway is really tight but the bridge is completely out in the open. No dark corners like the Ped bridge.

The street action was about average for a Thursday in recent years.

Actually the bridge is safe so long as follow some basic rules. I avoid the bridge after 9 pm. It is also a good idea to try and walk with other people Usually there is always people walking across the bridge. I avoid the stairs. I only use the stairs on the east side on the 2nd level that goes by the bar. The stairs can be dangerous since the walls are so high that you are not visible to other people.
